A Public Health England Technical briefing released in September 2021 entitled “SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern and variants under investigation in England” has some findings that do not bode well for vaccine supporters. The numbers show vaccinated people contracted and died of the so-called “Delta” variant of Coronavirus at a far greater rate than unvaccinated people between February 1, 2021 and September 12, 2021.
During the time period in question, unvaccinated people reportedly accounted for 257,357 Delta cases out of 593,572 total Delta cases (approximately 43 percent), and 722 out of 2,542 Delta deaths (approximately 28 percent) “within 28 days of positive specimen date.” What does that mean? It means that the vast majority of Delta deaths in England during this period occurred among vaccinated people, NOT unvaccinated people.

Playing with this site, Cases in the UK | Coronavirus in the UK (data.gov.uk), it looks like they are currently in a prolonged wave of Covid, but this wave has a much lower death rate than previous waves. According to the site, the UK has fully vaxxed over 80% of the people eligible for vaccination. And they were over 60% on the first of July. (about the start of recent death peak.)
The data in your link is only for cases that have been proven to be Delta. That may erase some of the early data, (not as much delta), but it still biases in favor of unvaxxed cases and deaths by including time where the vax rate is much lower.
You are right to wonder about the time limit on deaths too. How many deaths occur outside of the 28 day window? And are all cases tested? How many aren’t Delta? How do the tested cases compare to the untested, not delta, and/or outside of the time window cases?

She then cited the potential for heart-related side effects stemming from the the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. “Literature has demonstrated that natural immunity is durable, completed, and superior to vaccination immunity to SARs-CoV-2. mRNA vaccines produced by Pfizer and Moderna both have been linked to myocarditis, especially in young males between 16-24 years old,” wrote Long. “Research shows that most individuals with myocarditis do not have any symptoms. Complications of myocarditis include dilated cardiomyopathy, arrhythmias, sudden cardiac death and carries a mortality rate of 20% at one year and 50% at 5 years,” Long continued.

It’s a sworn assertion by a doctor who hasn’t actually examined any of the patients he’s making assertions about. It therefore has no force of law whatsoever. Totally useless. In court you have to be able to swear “I examined THIS person, and they had this problem.” No better than an educated guess.

They testify about the soundness of a practice, the reliability of a procedure, whether best practices were followed. This doctor is not giving any information about specific injury to a specific individual, which is what you are referencing. What she is stating is that the peer-reviewed medical literature contraindicates vaccinating her population of patients, young men in flight training, with Pfizer or Moderna. She is within her scope of expertise to make those assertions and she appears to have the gravitas to support her position well.

Soldiers and servicemembers across the country need to be made aware of their rights: THIS IS FOR ALL UNVACCINATED SOLDIERS, SAILORS, MARINES, AIRMAN, COAST GUARD, HEALTH SERVICE, and ALL FEDERAL EMPLOYEES: You have the right to refuse vaccination under the mandate if they are not offering you FDA Approved COMIRNATY which is the only vaccine the FDA has approved.

I am a physician in the Army, but have to advise I am not representing the DOD or Army and I am only speaking as a concerned citizen. I would like to make certain that the following information is put out for all Soldiers and servicemembers as well as federal workers, so they understand their rights under the law. After reading the excellent article from the EPOCH Times last week that discussed that COMIRNATY is the only actual approved vaccine, and is “legally distinct” from Pfizer BioNTech, I also found out from that same article that the FDA approved version of COMIRNATY is not even available in the United States, and may not be available until October at the earliest.
I did further research and in the same location where the FDA publishes the Vaccine Recipient Fact Sheet… there is also the FDA BLA (Biologics License Application) approval letter outlining what Pfizer needs to do before manufacturing the approved version of COMIRNATY. On page 2 under “FDA Lot Release” it states “Please submit final container samples of the product in final containers together with protocols showing results of all applicable tests. You may not distribute any lots of product until you receive a notification of release from the Director, Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research (CBER)”
Only future versions of COMIRNATY manufactured with the approved ingredient and manufacturing approval from the FDA will carry the official “approved by the FDA” package insert. Furthermore, on the Vaccine Recipient Fact Sheet for Pfizer BioNTech and COMIRNATY, on page 1, the FDA clearly states that COMIRNATY is “legally distinct” from Pfizer BioNTech (bottom of the page – small writing).
Therefore that means that although a mandate has been approved by the Secretary of Defense, and although the Assistant Secretary of Defense released a memo yesterday which has similar language to the top of page 1 of the Vaccine Recipient Fact Sheet, they fail to mention, and it is failed to be mentioned anywhere in Army information that I have seen, that the two are “legally distinct” as stated at the bottom of page one of the Vaccine Recipient Fact Sheet… Which means that the mandate is unenforceable under the law with the current available vaccines.
BOTTOM LINE: The current mandate by the DOD is not enforceable under the law with the currently available vaccinations. Under EUA authority, until the actual FDA approved COMIRNATY has been manufactured, and that version verified by the FDA for release and is then available for distribution and use, and also accessible to the servicemember, a service member is authorized to refuse any non-FDA approved COVID vaccination. This is a black and white issue. Which is also why no enforcement operating procedures have been released. They legally cannot enforce this mandate with the currently available vaccines. Servicemembers have the right to refuse an EUA vaccine.
With a stroke of a pen, FDA approves it all.
I don’t know how to upload my photo, but in Pfizer document dated 9/21/21 it states at the end under what is EUA, that both biotech & Cominaty are under EUA until HHS approved.

Yeah it’s one government department suing another government department. Those who know Australian politics well know that Victoria is monumentally corrupt with most of the benefits going to big unions who underpin and bankroll the State Labor Party. Over 800 people died in this botched operation so that someone could steal probably $20 million. No one has ever followed the money. The $1.3 bn was allocated and presumably spent, but only a handful more beds exist and still no one asks Dan where do the money go?
Unfortunately Victoria is like California. Every institution is corrupted and held by the Left. The police are politicised to support Dan, the courts have been stacked with far left advocates, the Department of Public Prosecutions (like the DA) is run by hard core Labor zealots. This is medically, factually true. After many surgeries, clots are common which is the reason for heparin shots as standard protocol post surgery.
It is so disheartening that we are taking every cancer case, heart attack, blood clot and twisting them into vax related events. This is no different than “their side” counting every death as COVID related.

TBC, I do not rule out clotting, high altitudes, shots on pilots. When I was working, had a patient who had a clot we were treating him for that was likely due to his frequent flying. Doctors advised him not to fly for 6 months. He went against their advice since he had to testify at the Enron hearings. He was on blood thinners and made it without incident.

I could use clarification on a couple of things. Some help would be great as I am spending a lot of time and energy trying to help people see what’s happening and calling people to action. I can see the tide turning and hope you all are doing the same. Keep your heads up, we are winning the arguments if we enter them.
Anyway, if you could help me with answers these questions I’d appreciate it.
1. After an election happens, does fraud have to be proven in order for the result to stand, or if it can’t be proven that there wasn’t fraud should the result not stand? I remember being told it was the latter, and if so I think this should inform our arguments. People in think Biden won are under the impression that I need evidence that shows otherwise and I don’t believe that is the case. A source or good explanation here would be great.
2. I brought up the contrast between Scheller and Vindman yesterday, and was told that Vindman followed the law and that’s why he was able to keep his job despite compromising his command. I was under the impression that if you compromise your command you are removed from your job, regardless as to whether you are following the law and even if you are doing the right thing (not saying he is). Can someone please advise on why Vindman should have been removed, if he should have?
3. Speaking of Scheller, his argument is essentially that orders given were so obviously bad that someone in the chain of command should have refused. What is the line between the expectation that orders are followed, and the idea that a soldier has a responsibility to not follow orders that will have a catastrophic outcome?
I would appreciate any help and engagement I can get on this. We need to win the arguments in our circles and to get people moving in the right direction. I suggest we help one another as much as possible!

So, just this one State – the Pennsylvania Legislature, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court – and Congress ALL = every one of them, corruptly imposed on us an illegitimate Executive.
States that conducted spurious elections committed a very serious transgression against other States, and the U.S. Supreme Court refused to perform their duty as commanded by the U.S. Const. to adjudicate “controversies between two or more States”.
We have witnessed enormous crimes against the Constitution.
The motive which set all this in motion is the Democrat’s lust for power by any means necessary. The DNC, Biden, Perkins Coie, et al engaged in a campaign to debase election systems so they could be exploited with a sea of ballots of unknown provenance and lacking any authentication measures. They were quite public about their scheme.
The revolution is behind us. The overthrow is behind us. Most people have yet to see this or they avert their eyes. Strong leadership from States is our only hope in this bleak situation.
As I see it that’s the cold truth.
A note regarding the Pennsylvania Legislature

The Penn. Const. specifies the term of the legislative session and the circumstances when the Governor may call a special session.
The U.S. Const. is the supreme law, “anything in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary”
The Penn. Legislature, having seen that Electors were not appointed as they had directed, is bound by the U.S. Const. to assemble themselves to appoint Electors. Instead they used the excuse that the Governor would not call a special session. A legislative or a special session is not required for a State Legislature to perform this duty commanded by the U.S. Const. The duty lies with the State Legislature, not a Governor.
The Executive Legislative and Judicial branches (this includes judges) of government state & federal are captured operations. Looking for a solution within this system is useless.
We are the solution. Keep your head up and help others to see what you see. The system works if the people within it run it correctly, and We the People need to demand that it is run correctly.

The concept is worrisome. Who decides that somebody isn’t eligible to run for President? We don’t even have a legal definition of natural born citizen. How do candidates prove they are of age? What legal authority will stop Obama from running for a third term?
Getting put on the ballot is handled differently for each state. So too are the election laws. The constitution puts the state legislators in charge. There is also some judicial interference, both state and federal.
The ultimate authority is congress. The constitution requires that congress is the final authority. That is what was happening on Jan 6.
But if Obama ran again, and the states all put him on the ballot, and he won the vote and the electoral college, and a democrat congress rubberstamped him, and the Chief Justice swore him in, what recourse would there be to oust him from that unconstitutional usurpation of power?
Is Ted Cruz a natural born citizen? The republican party keeps letting him run for the nomination.
When it comes to courts, who has standing to sue? And if you are deemed to have standing, will they reject your arguments? Will they even let you subpoena for facts?
There are lots of steps along the way where a fuss can be made, but who has the controlling legal authority? Right now, all executive authority is vested in an angry, vicious, senile old man who was installed via a massive fraud conducted by both parties against the then sitting President. Congress took part in the fraud. So too did the Courts. And the Chief Justice sanctioned it all by swearing him in. Not a single one of them will make a move to undo it. Instead, they are starting their efforts to expand their massive fraud.
