Sheriff Wayne Ivey in Brevard County, Florida, releases shocking video of an officer involved shooting that took place August 30th. The video was released September 10th and shows just how dangerous it is to be a police officer.
During a traffic stop a career felon with outstanding warrants was a passenger seated in the rear of the vehicle. When the officers instructed him to exit the vehicle, the suspect immediately pulls out a short barrelled rifle and starts shooting at the officers. A total of 61 shots were fired in the exchange.
.
The other two KNEW their friend had a gun in the car and did NOTHING to alert the police. They should be charged to the fullest extent.
At first they ran, then came back and let go! What’s wrong the police down there?
Just glad the only one dead was the perp.
Not the police; the problem is the state/county District Attorney that has the authority to file criminal charges.
I love my Sheriff!!!
“Evil can never be dead enough”
Sheriff Wayne Ivey is the man!!! We love our Sheriff Dept. here in Brevard County!!
I hope the state/county District Attorneys do not charge the officers
with officer -assisted suicide through the administration of a lethal lead overdose.
So literally the other two dindu nuffin?
I guess you smugly made your points; but there is a hell of a difference between having a right to be armed and pulling the trigger to discharge the weapon. The thug got EXACTLY what he deserved and your comments about the police just show YOUR ignorance,.
Yes,” IGNORANCE” is right!!! Thank you.
You should consider a career in law enforcement. They could use a brave man like you.
Troll.
They announce themselves.
Winning.
You might want to check on Florida law for transporting weapons, before you come back to apologize. On second though, you might just want to stay away. This isn’t gonna be your crowd.
Not felons. Nice try, though.
Actually, I believe the Sheriff plainly states that the other 2 did NOT know about the intentions (my word not his) of this maniac.
I recall being very surprised he stated that.
It would be tough to prove in court. Kill the perp and let his confederates go.
Officer we knew he had a gun but we didn’t know his intentions.
Yeah, ILLary allegedly didn’t intend to commit crimes either, but it is what she does. Same as Slick Willie.
Maybe he had hid it up his big rectum so they did not see it?
It was never stated, that I saw, for a reason to stop and detain the vehicle, but the assailant in the back was not being bothered until such time as they needed him to step out of the vehicle which may have been because of outstanding warrants and other felonious reasons they mentioned.
And yes the people do have a right to keep and bear arms, but this is why we have and used to enforce the death penalty for certain irredeemable criminals that were violent offenders, rapists, and mass murderers.
If a criminal has gone to prison and served their time they are supposed to have a clean slate and be able to fit into polite society which is why they too would be allowed to have firearms.
But when we remove the ability to remove the dangerous criminals, rapists, murderers, and other dangerous elements to every day life for citizens (including innocent children whom are often targets) we need to look at who stopped the righteous removal of these creatures and why they are allowed right back on our streets. Maybe when we reinstall the death penalty we will add all the politicians, lawyers, judges, and advocates of terrorism to death row for their part in the travesty of removing justice.
Remember, the death penalty is not to punish the most violent of criminals, rapists, and murderers, but to set examples for the crimes and to protect the citizenry from extreme irredeemable behaviors that do not belong in polite society and will never coexist with it.
The Second Amendment does not differentiate between a former criminal that served their time or other “law abiding” citizen. But we used to remove the most dangerous of elements in a permanent way that did not allow them back into society to find more victims.
To Chris Mallory: The police in our suburbs routinely ask back seat passengers to step out of the car. I don’t know why you would call these men, who daily put their lives on the line, ‘felons’. I do hope you never need one to come to your aid.
They do that here in SC too. They do so they have less distractions to deal with.
Exactly.
Convicted felons cannot own, possess a firearm. Period. So, he was in violation of that law plus outstanding warrants. He was a POS that got what he deserved. Lucky for the two officers his gun jammed.
They didn’t “pull him out.” The requested he come out.
He himself SHOVED THE CAR DOOR OPEN INTO THE OFFICER, AND brandished the fire arm.
For EVERY traffic stop LEO’s check for warrants for all occupants of the vehicle.
Backs-seater knew this and why he attacked.
I don’t believe it was an ambush more so an opportunity to murder cops and evade capture.
The salient point is the guy should never been allow bail.
That was a good day in Florida. We prefer our thugs laid out and thoroughly prepped for the undertaker. If you are anything like this guy, best you stay away. You can be prepped too.
DSAF…doing society a favor
I’m pretty sure that it is illegal for a convicted felon to possess a firearm.
BINGO!
The perp had warrants. So the police conducting the traffic stop had every right to pull him out. The perp also was out on parole, so the officers had every reason to pull the perp out.
I am against illegal stop and ID by cops. But that isn’t what happened here.
Get a better perspective on your outrage.
Traffic stops occasionally evolve.
The driver turns out to be unlicensed, suspended, or wanted.
Contraband is observed in plain view while interviewing the operator.
As the circumstances change, the level of intrusion changes.
Your assertion is as ludicrous as it gets. The deceased perp had a lengthy violent rap sheet. Hopefully, he suffered greatly before he passed…
According to a local report I saw by this same sheriff, he stated the two who ran came back after the gunfire stopped and cooperated. The exact nature of the relationship between these two is not known yet. They were probably as afraid of the back seat passenger as they were of the cops and what might happen. Apparently stuck between a rock and a hard place which is why they are uncharged as yet unless more evidence may come to light.
Hitchhiker,
Without knowing more about the two other car inhabitants, your assessment is very plausible. If nothing else, they did not try to help the criminal, which is something in their favor.
I know the moment I laid eyes on that guy my thoughts were I’d like to kidnap him. He reeked of big money ransom
Man, are you in the wrong website. Law enforcement officers are “road bandits” who “rob and kidnap” citizens? What color is the sky in your world?
In Florida, it’s up the State Attorney’s Office to file charges.
That guy did NOT have the right to be armed. He was a convicted felon multiple times. Know what you are talking about before posting.
Too bad the perps associates were not shot dead.
That thug had NO right to be armed, since he was already a convicted felon. Even if he wasn’t, he had absolutely NO right to fire on the officers. What is wrong with you? Never mind…that was a rhetorical question. I know the answer already.
Not sure that convicted felons have a “right to be armed”.
In Florida, it is against the law for a convicted felon to own or be in possession of a weapon. The reason officers often ask others to get out of vehicle, is to make sure they can see where everyone’s hands are. I can’t even comment on your last sentence as it is too stupid for words.
They do it here in SC,NC and MI that I know of. Think it’s pretty common.
How many felonies was this guy known for? “right to be armed”?
You are a moron. Isn’t that mommy calling you for nap time
The perp came out of the car firing. At that point, any other status is null and void.
YES!
They want us to ASSume that the no name perp was going to kill the four of them, and msybe the baby too. With any luck, the dog would survive. ?
Over the course of time it might be found that the baby and the other folks outside the vehicle were hostages of the bad guy, who is now dead.
They officers got lucky. Actually, it was the Grace of God.
I’m sure they will be reviewing how this stop was conducted. I won’t point out the errors and missteps, but I have seen a lot of cringeworthy dash cam and body-cam videos. I don’t know if it is poor training, insufficient training, or officers not following their training. But it needs attention.
As for the Chief, its fine to THINK about killing evil, but officers are allowed to use sufficient force to stop the threat, nothing more. The officer is going to have to articulate why he fired those shots. The Chief’s statement makes that harder.
My thinking is you keep on firing until the perp is dead. I wouldn’t take a chance with 2 -3 bullets, would you? I’d need to see his brains flying around or some other physical evidence that convinces a non medical professional he was now a corpse. This is real life, not Hollywood.
Early in my dad’s police career when he became a sergeant, there was an officer decorated for bravery that was shot SEVEN TIMES and he still subdued the perp.
Officers are trained to shoot until the threat is stopped. Nothing more. Nothing further. If it took a full mag, then the officer must be able to articulate that action. If the subject was down, not moving, and not in control of a weapon, then its over. Secure the weapon, handcuff the subject, and conduct physical search for additional weapons.
Not Dead Enough
ROFLMAO
?
?
As the Sheriff mentioned…”the suspect got exactly what he deserved”…
Well done…
…there is some serious tracking to do, within the mis-system….that aided and abetted this scenario to unfold for months, years…
[ and a 20 year late, glossy no fault report is insufficient ]
imho
Hopefully the child can be raised – without dishonest thuggery being shown as the means of surviving. (right jb?)
A total of 61 shots were fired in the exchange.
The last 15 are the most satisfying.
That would be pretty close to my Orange Tip bottom stack…
Does make a nice show.
The learning moment was as both LEO’s were looking towards front of their vehicle. One officer looked left and saw perp coming from the flank and got a few rounds off before getting off his X escaping then getting back into the fight.
The intriguing aspect of this dust up is that the man with the rifle was outnumbered, shot in the leg and still managed to flank his adversaries, attacking them from behind.
This demonstrates that a determined man with a (reliable) rifle is fully capable of defeating a patrol unit armed only with sidearms.
If the orc had given his weapon the same loving treatment he evidently lavished on his dreadlocks, those three cops would all have been sent to the morgue.
So why’d ya shoot him 15 times? Cause he was still quivering!
Hence, the stereotype of young black men. Profiling is an instinctive survival tool. I use it every day. The day that I lay down my intuition, life experience, and my instinct is the day I will die.
? Better to be called raycisss by racists than carried by six.
We always said, “it’s better to be tried by 12 then to be carried by 6.” And, “dead men tell no tales.”
There’s one villain the left won’t be able to spring from jail again. ?
But he will still be able to vote.
“But he will still be able to vote DEMOCRAT”. Fixed it for you.
Dead Felons Vote Dem.
As heard at the Weasel Zip Shop numerous times…”Taxpayer Relief Shot(s)”
“EVIL CAN NEVER BE DEAD ENOUGH”
perfection
Wows to Sheriff Ivey —”For those out there who might be foolish enough to ask why we shot him so many times, the answer is simple, because evil can never be dead enough.”
Well that and pistol rounds aren’t as effective as incapacitating/killing as high-powered rifle rounds are. Just look at Miami-Dade 1986 shooting.
“routine traffic stop” NO such thing! Read that *they* questioned why so many shots from police… WTF! One official answered … they ran out of bullets… Need more of those type men!!! #BACKTHEBLUE.
He is right, it was an attempted armed robbery and kidnapping by the government thugs. On a routine traffic stop no citizen should be removed from the vehicle.
You are ignorant at best. You were not there, you have no idea about the purpose of the stop.
I took Chris Mallory’s comment to be sarcasm; but, I could be wrong. If he WAS being sarcastic, making that clear would have been helpful…
I see you have a beef with cops. Okay.
But, from the video, we do not have the information as to why there was a traffic stop in the first place.
We also don’t know why 2 passengers were out of the car when the mayhem started.
Your blanket accusations, without all the facts, is just ignorant.
If you are legally transporting firearms and you get pulled over, you don’t jump out of the vehicle like a lunatic and start shooting everything in sight. I should ignore your postings, because it’s obvious you’re just here to disturb the peace. Please go away.
I think he identifies with the cop killers.
I think he was being sarcastic; but, making that clear would have been helpful…
I took Chris Mallory’s comment to be sarcasm; but, I could be wrong. If he WAS being sarcastic, making that clear would have been helpful…
Give it up…you keep trying to hijack the comment threads with your trolling toxicity.
To me, Chris Mallory’s comment appeared to be sarcastic; but, he left himself open to criticism by not making his intent clear…
Why didn’t you tell him that? He wasn’t removed – he removed himself. There’s a difference.
Calling arrest of a fugitive for outstanding warrants coupled with the fact that the fugitive has the most lengthy arrest record of probably any other fugitive currently in the state of FL kidnapping? OK. Whatever. Try Websters. What was the ransom demand going to be? Where they going to rob him of his weapon? child? dog?
Could he prove ownership of any of these things?
I took Chris Mallory’s comment to be sarcasm; but, I could be wrong. If he WAS being sarcastic, making that clear would have been helpful…
If they want to stay alive they need to shoot. It makes sense to avoid riding with armed killers who shoot at cops. The killers associates were lucky to get out alive. They could easily have been collateral damage, they should be charged as accessories to attempted murder.
Don’t feed the troll. All his posts are the same. Stop feeding this.
Don’t feed for sure but, one decent reply is always called for just for posterity. I love that stuff used to get left up forever for posterity and sometimes still does but, nowadays too easy to delete and pretend you never said it on this world wide web thingy I have come to love so much even as everything is two edged and used for both good and evil. God would have it no other way. It is up to us to judge for now. Too many replies is feeding I agree.
His comment sounded like sarcasm to me; but, if he had made that clear, he could have saved himself from becoming a target…
Are you sure he wasn’t just being sarcastic? That’s what his comments sounded like to me. But, making that clear would have been helpful…
We didn’t see enough of the video but undoubtedly the cops asked the back seat felon for ID and he probably had none. Cops have a right to look around the passenger area of the car without a warrant and they’d need the felon to exit the car. I’ll bet the cops asked the driver if they could look around. I’ll bet he told them “yes”. How’s your Aunty Fa, Chris?
I think Chris Mallory might be wishing he had made it clear that his comment was sarcasm…
There are so few things in this world so satisfying as justice being administered…… and so effectively!
The cops saved the taxpayer $80000 per year, heroes.
First smile I’ve had all day. Way to go! davewaybe.
“This individual got exactly what he deserved. And to those out there who might be foolish enough to ask why we shot him so many times, that answer is simple: Because evil can never be dead enough.“
Spoken by Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey. Truer words were never spoken.
https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/dash-cam-video-shows-gunfight-between-brevard-deputies-and-suspect-after-ambush-attack/ar-AAOiVZp
It was God who jammed that career criminal’s sawedoff gun. In your heart you know I’m right.
That plus a cheap older keltec if I saw it right. That definitely wasn’t a short barrel rifle though. That’s twice I’ve seen weapons by bad guys mislabeled as such. Hidden agenda maybe?
And the autopsy will show he was shot multiple times in the back! ……while he was bludgeoning the other officer he had on the ground …oh….
Btw a single manned police car would have ended in tragedy
I believe each of the 2 officers were in separate vehicles, the Sheriff described one of them coming to back up the other if I recall correctly.
I watched this — in full which I highly recommend — a few days ago.
Thank you for sharing this video.
Videos of such incidents are extremely valuable for learning how first responders (in this case, law enforcement officers, but, it could be anyone) should handle similar situations in the future.
The perp is out of service.
The deputies will relive this incident a thousand times with the same emotions resurfacing each time.
These incidents live beneath the skin and long after the perp is rendered out of service.
Pray for these brave deputies. The need to be on your prayer list every day.
Not a short barreled rifle.
It’s the only reason those Sheriff are alive is because of the short barrel rifle jammed and he wasn’t skilled enough to clear it. If that would have been a handgun. The outcome would be different.
Honestly if he was dumb enough to not clear a rifle malf then he probably might have induced a similar jam on a pistol.
Christine…we’ve been kind enough to let you play…
But you’ve exceeded your ‘post limit’ for the day 🙂
Yes he has……and noted.
“Because evil can never be dead enough”
Perfect.
Here come the DEFUND THE POLICE! political hacks. Code for: eleminate police protection for eveyone except me.
I was dismayed to learn that Black people have been teaching that all Whites are dangerous, all can’t be trusted, a White person only wants to kill Blacks, and so on for I don’t when it began.
In the late 1990s my father stopped to help a young Black couple with 3 small children. Their car broke down, no one was stopping, not even Black people, in West Texas, very hot day. My father stopped because of the kids. The man refused help many times, but eventually relented because of the kids. They had no money except enough for gas to get to their destination. After all was taken care of which took all day, and they were ready to go, the man told my father why he refused help at first…..he was taught that all White people were evil, all would kill a Black person, all would never help a Black person, etc. The man said that no one in his or wife’s family would believe a White person helped them, but my father helping them changed their attitudes and perspective towards Whites.
I am confused: you write that your dad stopped because “no one was stopping, not even Black people.” Then you add, “The man refused help many times, but eventually relented because of the kids.”
It’s unusual in TX for people to not stop to help.
According to my father, he passed the couple……he watched in the rear view mirror to see if anyone would stop….no one was … so he turned around.
My wording was not good, apologies…..was trying to keep it condensed. When my father stopped and offered help, the young man refused, my father kept insisting and the man kept refusing……he refused my father’s offer of help many times. My father finally got through to the young man that it might be a while before anyone else stops to help and the kids needed to get out of the heat.
I don’t know why people in Texas didn’t stop to help that day. My mother was born and raised in Texas, I was born in Texas, and raised in Texas and New Mexico. It is a true story. My father worked in West Texas and traveled extensively for his work. He had a small motorhome he drove and lived in while travelling for work.
My father was born and raised in Alabama, and even he was taken aback that the young man admitted, while thanking my father and apologizing for being difficult when my father first stopped, that he didn’t want my father’s help at first because my father was White and the man was taught that White people were bad, the young man was actually scared to see a White person stop, and they were hoping a Black person would stop to help.
Blacks don’t trust other blacks as well.
Why should they? They KNOW, more than anyone else, who is performing the criminal activity in their neighborhood.
The way I read it, he refused help many times from his father but, his father did not give up because he knew they needed the help. Only one stopped to help. That one’s offer of help was refused many times but, eventually relented.
And this is what hate mixed with fear is like. And I’m willing to bet their parents were good, church going folks too.
Yes. My father was surprised to learn that the young man was taught to fear White people. My entire family was. My father had Black friends while he was growing up.
And maybe other cars weren’t stopping because they were black. Good for your father to stop and glad the black couple was able to see a different perspective.
Exactly.
I see it all the time in S. FL. Black people with a huge chip on their shoulder… Sullen, resentful, rude. One person at the Atlantic Broadband called me a bitch to my face.
I called the company, talked to someone in NH, she said she would forward my complaint to the local office. I never got an apology, a call back, and the negro beatch is still at the job.
Nobody gives a crap anymore. I’m moving to Mexico, where at least, I don’t have to deal with the black sullen crap anymore.
i think that there is less trouble with black and white within the same socioeconomic levels. In our neighborhoods, we get along.
I’m not going to apologize about being afraid of some blacks depending upon where I run into them bc I’ve been mugged bc of my skin color vs theirs. Not my neighbors.
As far as stopping to help? Idk, I think it’s stupid to attribute all things to race. My mom and I had a flat tire in 90s on highway and nobody helped us. Bc we were white?? Hot summer day. Finally a trucker stopped and put himself out to help us bc someone had helped his wife.
This site isn’t usually ignorant, but this thread “white people, etc” is ignorant. My family is all kinds of colors. Racism exists but again, I think economic snobbery is far more prevalent.
God bless these Bumbling cops , slipping, falling , it’s a good thing the crims gun jammed , and who was crying I’m hit , why yell that out ? the criminal actually snuck up on the two cops , then he got the better of the 2 cops , ungainly the other cop runs away, again , to sneak up behind him shooting him in the back ,
Even in stupidity the right thing can happen
Often in high-adrenaline dump situations such as say, A SHOOT-OUT, the body and mind are relegated to how well or not the individual has trained.
In other words, instict.
The fingers become sausages.
Tunnel vision occurs.
Bodily functions are often no longer controlled.
You verbally exhibit your thoughts without even knowing you are.
In essence, CHAOTIC!
You get VERY myopic in a gun fight.
You can also get very dead very quickly if you don’t train well.
Poor ol chris can’t get an amen…….
HA! 🙂
Aaaaand paging Atty Crump.
YAY!!!!! Another one permanently off the streets.
Immigration status of dead perp?
Deported to six feet under ground!
Talking to the perp in the back seat, the cop’s intuition was probably off the charts, but he had to hide it and play nice. Never works.
I agree with the Sheriff and all said below, except for the glow worms comments. Just want to not what is always the case with these future astronauts, scientists, and Fortune 100 CEOs is they are too stupid to know how to shot a basic AR 15 (easiest to shoot). How mentally impaired do you have to be to miss from 1 foot away.
That’s why at first the criminal hid behind the 2-month-old baby and the dog in the backseat.
How mentally impaired do you have to be to miss from 1 foot away.
Only those who’ve never been in a gunfight would ask this.
Young Black Males (18 to 32 yo )are 6% of the population. They commit nearly 60% of violent crimes in America.
Young black men are statistically a danger to your family and community.
.
Actually, they’re less than that. Way. Deduct from the 6% demographic all of the young children and older black males.
I am unable to see the repeated blows to the head by the perp? Can you?
God bless our law enforcement. I have family members who face this every day. I pray continually for them.
May God bless this Sheriff for telling the truth and not backing down.
One of the reasons this country is in such dire straits is because law enforcement has been ham strung by corrupt District Attorneys, and corrupt Politicians.
Thank you for posting the video. I had heard of it through the grapevine.
P.S. The rule is you shoot until the threat is eliminated and that goes for private individuals as well. Thinking you can shoot someone in the leg is pure folly. Did you see how that guy kept going after being shot in the leg? If you don’t eliminate the threat, it will kill you.
Yes, and let that be a lesson for all the idiots who say stuff like that.
That and honestly hitting something like the leg with just pistols (which are harder to shoot than long guns accurately), under stress and adrenaline is just folly. There’s a reason why you’re taught to make chest and head shots. To end the fight as fast as you can.
Good use of ammo, money well spent.
Some Blacks may be being “taught” this, but what about the Blacks who are doing the “teaching”? They know it is simply a cover for violence and racial hatred. They are evil racists.
Thankfully, bangers are so often miserable shots.
This one needed the extra 9mm just to be sure.
Florida does get some of the craziest, bullet resistant cases (e.g. “Face eater”, 2012)
What’s the most alarming part?
That society breeds these types of felons in our schools and media-driven culture?
That the state festered this antisocial behavior through social policy, law enforcement tactics, and system of “justice”?
That the felon was released onto the streets?
That the police methodology for making contact with felons is through essentially random dragnet stops and searches?
That these stops and searches are conducted in a manner that inevitably allows and provokes these types of events?
That neither the officers nor other civilians are really equipped or prepared to respond when they do happen?
That everyone involved showed such poor firearms expertise?
That the incident is likely to be carted out as some example of individual racism?
That nobody will change anything to correct this system as it tilts over into collapse?
NO… the only thing anyone will start alarmingly breathing all over themselves about will be the existence of short-barreled rifles!
Why? Because it’s the only part of the problem that CAN’T be changed, and it’s the “solution” that impinges on citizen’s rights and empowers additional State use of force.
The “solution” is for that felon to have been in prison and not out on the streets
I’m keepin’ it simple
Who is Potter firing at just before the 7 minute mark? The perp is about to attack him from the rear.
As TZ mentioned, they did not show great training or very good skill with firearms. The guy ran around the vehicle and neither one saw him until Potter got conked on the head of the thankfully jammed by that point weapon of his attacker. He was still going down on his own and thankfully his partner saved his life.
Good reporting. Thank you.
Probably won’t see this in mainstream media.
Welp, this’ll guarantee BATF reclassifies pistol brace AR15’s as SBR’s that must be registered under NFA.
They’ll also soon declare a firearm barrel by itself, without trigger, sear, or stock, is a firearm and can only be purchased through dealer
At 6:57 look like the Deputy is shooting at the guy that ran into to grass.
I guess he thought the guy that was leaning on the trunk and ran away was firing on them…
Sheriff Ivey is the Sheriff of my county; Brevard. He is super MAGA. Always has his big bloodhound with him named Juny. Dog was named after a 10 year old boy who was raped and murdered several years ago.
Brevard County is a great place to live and Wayne Ivey is a great sheriff.
Brevard County is 57.5% Republican. That explains how they have a law and order sheriff.
i’m going with the perp was feeling very emotional or it was just an emotional time
Good one! ?
maybe he’s a so-called “menstruating person”
.
Does anyone have the name of the judge who was responsible for letting this (what’s his name) piece of filth out on bail?
This is a really good point. Whatever happened to three strikes and you’re out?
It is a great day when a worthless piece of human debris is removed from society, and he did not succeed in taking anyone from law enforcement with him.
I left my son a vm in Madison, Wisconsin telling him to watch the video and to keep an eye out for white Libs in his neighborhood dragging their kids out for a walk to shout, Black Lives Matter!”, which is what happens every time a black criminal gets killed by a white cop.
Deputy Thoman will be charged with excessive force. Sad to say
NOPE
Day after day here on the Oregon Coast, we read the Police Reports that suggest person in question taken to jail, arrested, let out immediately, no matter what they have done. Is that JUSTICE? NO.
And hence Portlanders tore down the statue of Abraham Lincoln, and are still having unrest.
At 7:04 Deputy Thoman (the thin officer in foreground) attempts to train his weapon on the attacker but mistakenly drops his magazine. He immediately recognizes he’s now unarmed and ran to get out of potential line of fire from attacker. Whether a more experienced officer or one with combat or heavy firearms scenario training, would’ve reloaded on the spot can be debated.
Thoman’s a kid and for a scared kid he acquitted himself well enough.
61 rounds? Not seeing it.
Perp never emptied his 30 round mag; fired maybe 8-12 rounds. Officer who was hit got off 6-10 rounds, max. Other officer put 10 rounds into perp on ground. Total 24-32 rounds, maybe 35-40. But not 61.
Evil can never be dead enough
<why this web not improving my comment?>
And God knows your comment definitely needs improving!
Two questions:
1. What is your first language?
2. How much do get paid to post scam website links?
I am kind of curious why the cop at the passenger door stepped to the back as the passenger exited. Perp easily used his body to hide the weapon as he exited and turned. If the cop was in front of the door as it opened, the door would both be an obstacle for the perp to raise gun up and over the door (or at least shoot thru the glass) and maybe the cop could have slammed the door back in the perps face further destabilizing him for the crucial few seconds.
