I hear you but the Veterans organizations DON”T!! Went to my local chapter Am Vets #237 meeting last night. Just wanted to point out that the Am Vet’s sign outside the post didn’t say anything about the F—up in Afghanistan and since we are a Veteran’s organization we should at least let the public know how we feel. I have several family members here who work for our small, rural, local hospitals which are mulling over the “take the vax or you are fired” mandate.
They are all adamant about not taking it and losing their employment if necessary but are also quiet about their attitude and do not talk about it between themselves.
I have passed the information back and forth a bit and it seems to make them fell better and less alone when they find out that others have the same stance.
It is not going to be easy, but I think people are being pushed too far.
It looks like from the post above the are charging $200/month for not taking the jab.
While I don’t like that I hope this becomes the compromise nationwide that gives those in similar situation time to look for new jobs and/or careers.

Print a religious exemption. Have her sign before a notary and file with the Catholic University. If they refuse to allow her to take classes, have them put it in writing. Then have her take her exemption (a copy) and their refusal to the local Federal District Court, specifically the Clerk’s Office where you live. Tell them you want to file a pro per or pro se complaint for civil rights. They will assist you.
Of course, it is easier to go to a Civil Rights’ lawyer and have them do it for you.

This law could gain support among RINO’s in the senate.

The only problem with your statement is that the Constitution clearly states it is the responsibility of Congress to set the requirements to hold Federal office and rules for Federal Election. Also, the Constitution is the basis for Civil Rights…so a court case finding Civil Rights have been violated brings the Federal into play to redress the wrong. HR 4 is the pre-planned mechanism to that case.

Furthermore, Amendment 10, clearly states: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.”
In fact it states exactly the opposite, namely that the ‘States’ have the power over how their elections are conducted. About the only window for Federal action is under the ‘equal’ treatment clause.
Everyone forgets that the States ‘created’ the Federal Government, not the other way around.

I’ve been reading of hospitalizations for covid. The number of vaxed patients is rising and surpassing those that are not vaxxed. What I’ve yet to read is the number or percentage of cases for those that have had the plague, not been vaxxed and then got it a second time and then ended up in the hospital verses those that had the plague, then got vaxxed, got a second infection and ended up in the hospital.
It seems to me that these two groups of the previously infected would be the tell all for the vax, if whether or not that the vax is a contributing factor in the spread of the plague.

Getting COVID gives a broad immunity which if reinfected later does not require hospitalization…while the VAX gives limited immunity that wears off and also disrupts other immunities the vax recipient had prior to the vax which require hospitalization for subsequent infections.
I believe that I had it in December 2019, before it was officially a “thing”. Was sick for weeks – hacking cough, exhaustion…worst “flu” bug I have ever had.
But then, this past February, I felt like I was coming down with a cold so I took extra Vitamin C and drank lots of hot tea. Felt all better in three days but then realized I couldn’t taste or smell anything. Found out that several people I know had tested positive and figured out that I probably had it again but it was a nothing illness, other than the loss of taste/smell (which I still only have back about 25%).
My doctor ran blood work, confirmed that I have high antibody levels, and told me NOT to get jabbed under any circumstances!
You won’t be able to go out in NYC but that’s ok.

Same with me in 12/19 as well. Went to the doctor as it lingered said it was a cold and all will be well. But it was different, nagging cough, low grade temperature, nothing tasted right. Similar experience.
Not telling the American medical community that there was a suspected virus of this kind out there caused a LOT of problems for some who had this and were not able to be treated for it properly because their GPs were not clued into the problem soon enough.
My friends daughter caught this in early January of 2020 and was very very ill ( the daughter is in her late 30s).
She kept going back to the GP who was treating her the best he could for colds, flue and even pnuemonia.
She even had several trips to the emergency room.
She was finally air lifted out to the big city hospital where they actually surgically went into her lungs and scraped off the mucus and then treated her the best they could with the information they had at them time.
Her health will probably be impacted for the rest of her life because of this ( she use to be a healthy 38 year old woman), because the medical professionals were not alerted to this covid virus sooner she went through almost barbaric treatment to try and save her.
She was saved thank Heavens and the doctors were doing the best they could but so much information was held back and so many of us have suffered because of this action.
We really should be a lot less trusting of any of the government agencies until they prove otherwise.

I’ve had the plague, I have no plans on getting vaxxed.
I use to have very violent dreams and over time figured it to be caused by what was being injected into pigs and cows. When I cut out store bough beef and pork from my diet my dreams became peaceful. I began a life style of raising my own chickens, turkeys, growing much of my own food, hunting, fishing and buying from local hobby farms. I don’t plan on getting in line to be injected with a questionable pharmaceutical compound.

The raw numbers of vaxxed and non-vaxxed don’t tell a complete story. Situational context means far more. In an area with a high percentage of vaxxed vs non-vaxxed, (example 70% vaxxed and 30% non-vaxxed), a ratio of hospitalizations of vaxxed to unvaxxed would be 70-to-30 if the vaccinations were doing nothing. The picture is not as clear when you consider a higher percentage of older people who also have comorbidities and general frailness got vaxxed than younger people. Then the numbers have to be looked at in age groupings to get more clarity.
I believe that the numbers of hospitalizations for unvaxxed but had covid previously would be extremely difficult to tie down unless there was proof of the prior infection and that antibodies existed prior to the current hospitalization. It sucks to not have control groups who can be monitored.
If there were trustworthy epidemiologists doing the deep diving into the proportions of the numbers without bias and the fear porn narrative, we might learn something factual and useful.

Yes, that detail was carefully edited out. Also lost in the bafflegab was that the Pfizer and BioNTech vaccines are one and the same. However the BioNTech vaccine is in short supply so Pfizer vaccine the one most will still receive. Convenient because while the Pfizer vaccine is still under EUA, anyone with an adverse reaction, cannot sue.

They very purposely did not give the Congress any part in establishing or controlling the processes which – of course – determine who gets to be a member of that body. Instead, voting procedures were placed as the sole dominion of the particular body within the government of each state which is the most representative of the people.
Maybe this is the reason why evil people in Washington are now trying to usurp the Constitution as a means of consolidating their own power. The wisdom and the foresight of our Founders is standing squarely in their way, even as these evildoers illustrate our Founders’ wisdom and foresight. These men (and women) were wise beyond their years.
