Do we have a Constitutional attorney amongst us that would produce a Withdrawal of Consent Declaration for “We the People”?
Our Declaration of Independence states that we have the RIGHT, and the DUTY to alter, abolish and remove an oppressive, abusive and incompetent government. There is a long list of crimes against We the People, blatant violations of our Constitution, dereliction of duty, a lawless Justice system, treason, bribery, total disregard for our safety and freedoms, etc., etc.
The election and voter fraud in Arizona will be exposed in the next few weeks, and when that happens, I imagine there will be millions upon millions of people who are finally ready to stand up to this fraudulent and criminal administration.
We will not obtain any satisfaction while setting in our individual cities and states. We must take the fight to them…..and they are in Washington D.C. This government criminality and treason will continue until WE stop it. They must be stopped by what ever force is necessary.
I will gladly be the first to donate towards any legal expense to have a Withdrawal of Consent Declaration produced and I will gladly sign it on my way to D.C.

I was originally for the Convention of States but I have learned since that it is a very dangerous way to go. We could end up without a Constitution. I know the ‘rules’ say only those issues that have been past by I think its 2/3 of the state legislatures can be voted on but once they are together things can change. The left may be able to take over the Convention.

Steve Waterhouse, I have heard that too, but I don’t necessarily believe it. The states that call for the convention can set what changes can be considered at the convention. The state legislature then selects the people who will represent their state at the convention. I think they would select people who would follow the rules.
If somehow it goes sideways and something is changed the states didn’t authorize, it still has to go back to the same states who voted to have the convention and what it was authorized to change passed by two-thirds of those states. The leftists do not control two-thirds of the states.
Our current crop of representatives in congress are totally against this as the first thing on the agenda would be term limits for them.
I would love for this to be true, but my concern is our experiences with both political parties being either instigators of the problems are enablers (by not opposing the instigators).

I’m not sure it’s the best way to go, but I do like a few changes that have been suggested such as term limits for congress and setting terms for federal judges instead of lifetime appointments.
Two-thirds of the states would have to vote and pass any changes the convention made. I seriously doubt they would approve any provisions made by leftist groups. The majority of the states are conservative. The people who would be most opposed would be our current political class who want to get reelected forever and groups that get their leftist judges appointed for life.

as a Brit , having witnessed the last year in the USA, I have come to conclude that the only way Americans will recover their Constitution and democracy is for State governors to combine to secede and to formally call for State Militias to combat Federal forces and oppression.
There is just NO WAY joe Biden won that election outside of NY and CA states(the media power centres) but the fact is that the media/banks/pols in these 2 states control the USA and are leading it to totalitarianism , socialism and destruction.

I tend to agree and have given a lot of thought to this approach. I think it would be a last ditch effort if the audit the vote is unsuccessful at exposing the fraud and getting the traitors convicted…it seems to be the only solution left after that point.
The militias would then consist of a lot of veterans..some retired for a long time and some likely newly “retired” due to their stand for freedom.

Yes, no doubt the election was stolen. Secession sounds great but getting ten states to agree on anything (much less 50 states) would take too much time even if it was possible. Publicizing the facts pertaining to the vote fraud and stolen election gives support for the calls for more forensic audits.
If the audits prove the election was fraudulent, State Legislators may pass resolutions withdrawing their endorsement of the Electors that were wrongly appointed to represent their States..
By replacing them with correct Electors that reflect the Will of the People, it will likely be found that the Biden administration should not be exercising the levers of power of the United States Government. This would undo much of the evil done by Traitor Pence and is worth doing by itself..
It’s true this will produce a crisis, but it will be no worse than the crises poured on our heads and this Country every day by the Machiavellian scheming of the Biden Cabal. This IS entirely consistent with our Constitution.
The solution to the crisis would NOT be under the control of Nancy Pelosi, the Supreme Court, Corrupt officials and Lawyers, or even the Legislature unless it results in a Twelfth Amendment election by the States. It does NOT require Amendment Process or a Constitutional Convention. It would NOT involve Economic disruption or Military action, violence or secession of States, would NOT be disruptive of Social Security or the safety net many rely on.

You can overturn a fraudulent election. This is a principle of Common Law that applies in every state. If an election or a legal contract is the product of fraud or coercion, it is void ab initio – ‘void from the beginning.’
The flaw in your argument is that before the left seized power they arranged the chess board in their favor. Too many in the states legislature’s are corrupt at best, part of the overthrow at worst. It’s already been evident that not enough audits can be done in good faith nor in a proper time period to bring about a peaceful resolution.
The left will not relinquish their hold on power without a bloody fight. The speaker of the house aka the pig broad pushed through the house the election theft bill that cements in their control over the voting process. It’s now up to the senate republicans to block it or the supreme court to rule it unconstitutional. The supreme court will not make a ruling until someone has “Standing”. Standing will not happen until after the damage is beyond repair.
I don’t know what the answer is for a peaceful resolution that will bring us back to a constitutional republic, one that follows the rule of law, with a justice system that applies equally to all.

This would more than likely require a Convention of States which has its own hazards.
If we could have an honest Convention of States I would like to see not only the removal of the 16th and 17th Amendments but an Amendment that would require the funding of the federal government to be through the states. In Pennsylvania, the entire election was illegal according to the State Constitution. IMO, that is reason enough to withdraw the electors and the only fair resolution is to hold another election because legal voters should not have their votes eliminated based on illegal decisions by the State Supreme Court.

IMHO the investigations provide a “cause celeb” for which two-faced GOP politicians, sometimes directly, and sometimes hiding behind PACs and other seemingly “activist” organizations, use to solicit a TON of $$$$$ donations.
Their solicitations tell you your donation will enable their effort to proceed and always tell you of the lofty objectives, either to prove the fraud in 2020 or to use the findings to “improve voting security” for the future.
I have to admit that I have found no shortcut to vetting these solicitations as to which ones are pure con artists versus real, honest people genuinely trying to achieve a valid audit that can be used to legitimately overturn the fraudulent results that were wrongly approved last year and on January 6.

Note, India used a pretty wide spread Ivermectin program in order to get their cases, hospitalizations and death rates down considerably.
There is an actual peer reviewed document showing around 85% reduction rates when Ivermectin cocktail was used.

Peak spike production is around 2 days after the jab, and peak clotting is around 4-7 days. The second shot has same profile but only significantly more problems.

Today Geneseo College in New York sent my daughter an email instructing her that because of this FDA approval the vaccine was now mandated to attend in person classes. School starts next Monday. So she followed up with an email and told them that it was our understanding that the currently available vaccines were still under an extended EUA and that the FDA approved vaccine is not yet available. They sent her an email saying NY says its mandated. I’m calling tomorrow to speak with someone because email tag is not cutting it. Thank you for these postings. I’m going to watch now and take some notes for tomorrows conversation with the college. I am hoping this is illegal and I can tell them so. I’ll get a lawyer if need be.
Edited to add: Staff and teachers are NOT mandated to get the vaccine.
