True. He did say the media is wrong. What Pfizer has available for use now is still EUA. The new version (different name, but same formula) to come out later is the one that has final approval (and Pfizer liability).

Very interesting Dr Malone said that Pfizer did not get FDA approval, Biontech did and their “vaccine” is not currently available and with the conditions laid out in the approval may not be until 2023…
Very key points. They only jabs that are currently available are all ‘still’ under the EUA.
Plus I agree that when you read all the conditions for the one that is ‘approved’ (ie Biontech) I don’t see how it could be widely available for sometime? How can you ‘approve’ anything that still has all these test that take years to do?
Yet Dr. Malone ‘also’ made it sound like they are in the process of manufacturing the approved Biontech that is no longer under the EUA?
One is left with the conclusion that all the confusion is in fact a feature not bug. Use the approval of non-existing version to push for the forced injection of the EUA version on everyone to get all the money with none of the liability.
If this is true than a counter move would be to force your organization to ‘accept’ the liability associated with the EUA jab if the exemption path doesn’t work.
Point out the fact the FDA ‘approval’ is for a version that isn’t even available.

Glocester, RI School Committee voted last night to allow parents to make the decision to masks or NOT their children in school. They are using medical exemptions, religious exemptions and conscientious objections. RI k-12 Council on Elementary and Secondary Education voted last week against their lawyer’s LEGAL objection to mandate masks for all staff and students in all schools. This is a NON-Elected board. The Glocester school committee also voted to sue the non-elected state education board for breach of open meeting laws because that board did not properly advise their meeting. It is starting. I hope it continues!!

Multiple options appear and I scroll down until I find that persons twitter link that includes replies. I selected the link and am in twitter. She asked him some very direct questions about the view that the Republican base is very frustrated with the Republican Party. They are not recognizing and fighting for election audits or the boarder issue or the racial division Biden is pushing or the January 6 arrests, etc. He just said the states are driving the audits and for the rest of the stuff-Democrats are really bad.

I actually think he’s alright. He’s just not as tough as he would like to think. He caves too easily on some things and I disagree with him on a few others (like moving out of my home state, for example). He’s generally a good voice and does a lot to get our message out. Nobody’s perfect. We do need at least a few people out there pushing the envelope a little on the mainstream news outlets. FOX is mainstream (I don’t watch it).

Seems to me full FDA approval can only happen ‘after’ both efficacy and safety testing is complete? Seems to me we are still in the Experimental Use Authorization phase.
