Arizona Senate President Karen Fann gave an insightful interview earlier on Tuesday.
Within the interview Senator Fann is asked what is her sense of why Maricopa County has been fighting against the audit? As noted by Fann she suspects the legal team advising the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors was likely fearful of what might be discovered if a full forensic audit was completed.

Senator Fann said everything was good until the supervisors held an executive session with their lawyers… then they stopped cooperating, and instead built a Twitter page to start messaging what they want people to think ( lawfare)
They have in-house counsel. Tom Liddy is the BOS Counsel. He is the Chief of the Civil Services Division of the Maricopa County Attorneys’ Office.
He is the son of G.Gordon Liddy of Watergate fame.
They may have outside counsel as well but the letter to the BOS from the state attorney general was sent to Liddy.
Liddy’s office was listed under the dba name of perkins coe until they changed it two years ago. Liddy also served time in dc working for you guessed it perkins coe and providing counsel for the clinton foundation. Any more questions?

You don’t get arrested for ignoring or defying a subpoena, initially.
Bascially, think of them as a polite way to request information, documents, evidence. You would be given a date to present what was requested or show up in court on that date and explain to the court why the requested information shouldn’t be handed over. But, you’re supposed to bring the stuff with you.
Judge makes a decision. Hand it over or you don’t hand it over.
If, after the judge tells you to hand it over, you don’t then you’re in contempt of court and can be arrested.
However, if the auditors and Fann had obtained Search Warrants, that’s a whole new category and the Maricopa Board, if they refused to let them have the info, would be arrested for Obstruction of Justice and a few other charges.

They need to be enforced by judges. Judges are often corrupt, or even more often, unwilling to do anything that might perturb the powerful or the merely aggressive. They are conflict avoidant and frequently infantile. Only very rarely do I hear of a judge who is not corrupt with the sand to see something through. Seems always it is the corrupt who possess the brazen “courage” to simply assert control. I think it is often because they are psychopaths. Psychopaths do not possess a nervous system that responds to anxiety so they are fearless. They don’t care if people despise them, only that they fear them. They have also learned that being intensely disagreeable almost never leads to sanction, but rather intimidates everyone into acquiescence. On average people are sheep. Wolves exploit this knowledge.
Practically all lawyers are liberal progressives. It’s nice that we try to fight that front, but why isn’t there just a reward system that goes like this?

She discusses that thousands of duplicate ballots are there that DO NOT follow the proper procedure ( duplicate marked with same serial number as the ballot they duplicated, so it can be matched with the voided ballot).
Implying the duplicate ballots could all be new fraudulent ballots.
I wonder if the auditors have tallied all the votes (for every race) shown on all the “spoiled original ballots” and compared that with tallies of all the votes on the “duplicate” ballots. Do the totals align? Any differences in the frequency and accuracy of adjudication between Presidential votes and the other races? Were are particular races acting as “triggers” for adjudication at an unusual rate? Seems like a lot could be revealed without even matching the specific originals and duplicates.

They could have wiped them clean immediately and turned them over with some excuse. By defying the lawful subpoenas and making a mockery of the state and the law, they are making themselves and their lawyer Tom Liddy the focus of the coverup and they look guilty as hell. One of the lawyers at Mike Lindell’s symposium gave a reminder about this. I don’t remember what his exact words were but basically we need to stop following them down the rabbit whole and stop at the law broken. We don’t need prove why they did it, just that it was done.
Basically the law requires ALL items (including electronic records) related to a Federal election must be maintained for 22 months. It’s not a suggestion and there is no provision for “good excuses”. Ignorance is not a defense. If the drive is turned over and found to be “updated” and reimaged; stop, the law has been broken. Shut out the other noise and prosecute what you have. I believe it’s $1000(?) for each offense. Delete 100,000 ballot images and well, you see how that quickly adds up.
Who prosecutes? Federal? Ain’t gonna happen. State? Maybe, depends on who the AG is. These states have had Dem or RINO AGs to block or stall legal action.
The Maricopa supervisors likely met with members of the Mueller SC for a quick lesson in how to wipe electronics clean. Most of the most critical SC phones were “accidentally” wiped. If the NSA records all calls and data transfers, why not just get copies? Were they wiped too by entering an incorrect passcode 10 consecutive times as well?
Apparently, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors are of the opinion that what MIGHT be discovered is an existential threat to them. If they were innocent, they would not worry about what MIGHT be dicovered.

Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich sent a letter on August 6th to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ attorney, Tom Liddy of the County Civil Services Division with a copy of the State Legislators’ Request for an Investigation.
The letter basically says if the investigation shows the Board violated state law or the state constitution, and the Board does not resolve the violation within 30 days of receiving notice, the state will withhold and redistribute from Maricopa County “state shared monies.”
If the BOS “may” have violated state law, the A.G. will file an action in the Arizona Supreme Court.
The letter gives Liddy until August 20th to respond.
Sorry, but this is total BS. This is more playing tiddlywinks with these people. How about writing a letter and delivering it in person that says “enough of your BS. Comply with the subpoenas or I will issue an arrest warrant for your lying a*8.” I am sick of this legal political maneuvering. Our country is at stake. Enough.
Perhaps, but this is a state law that the AZ state congress passed within the last year (can’t remember off the top of my head, maybe since the election) giving them the legal authority to punish lawbreakers in the state government. I have been saying for some time that we have them on massive mail fraud, a federal crime for every instance. The same applies to identity theft, which is federal, state and local, but that is a totally separate matter.

I knew the USPS photographs all mail and has time stamps and tracking data logs and much, much more, and they are actually discussing that here, in relation to the act of canvassing on certain specific issues and irregularities (deviations) they have found within the audit, 74k of them. This would of course be in direct disregard of the lawless threats received by the DOJ.
Whatever charges apply to USPS also applies to all other mail carriers, whether contract or private (UPS, FedEx, fax….) They must follow and abide by the same rules and laws, and therefore charges would apply the same way.
Every state needs to ask USPS and all other mail carriers for these records STAT! We all know the USPS is in on this, in multiple states at least.
Mail fraud. That is a lot of fraud, and all demonstrably provable federal crimes.
This could very well be the only way to root this evil out, as others states and our evil Congress are doing everything they can to push forward with a complete mail-in ballot system to steal our country forever. California is even printing their own ballots at home or in Kinko’s, per #HeelsUp. What could possibly go wrong?

USPS and all of the carriers would also have copies of all of the mailed envelopes that seem to have been shredded everywhere. The ones with the signatures on them. They discuss this issue too.
They would have records in and records out.
Ballot drop boxes should fall under the same exact rules, regs and laws. They are, in essence, election mail drop boxes. And, in fact, should probably be legally contracted for pick-up only by carriers such as the USPS who provide legitimate tracking services, not Just any guy who has a car.

I’ve written to multiple fraud detection people about this, especially in GA, where there were all these ballots that came back the day before they were ostensibly mailed!

The BOS is doing precisely what the legal team assembled has advised their attorney to tell them, stall, delay and do not comply. Meanwhile what’s going on with the routers and other evidentiary items. These items should have been seized long ago. It’s beginning to look like the AZ senate is another powerless apparatus.

If I remember correctly the routers were not allowed to be examined due to some law enforcement scheme that would potentially harm a security issue.

No, because they did nothing on it legally during the audit process. They waited until they finished the audit to issue additional subpoenas even though they knew they weren’t getting them from the get-go, and there were already legally issued subpoenas, as I understood it.
The ruse was it had sheriff’s data on it too. And pension info I think. Stupid stuff that should not be on the same routers to begin with. Easily overcome by an in-camera hearing, if I understand correctly.
In-camera proceeding is used in sensitive cases essentially to protect the privacy of the parties. Simply put, ‘in-camera’ proceeding is a proceeding carried out in private, in the absence of the public and the press.
Since pension and sheriff’s info is in a database that is Internet-capable this alone tells us the election machines were web accessible making ANY results issuing from them incapable of certification by AZ law

if I’m running a election fraud, the routers would be the prize… that’s how I would do it…
once that is exploited and owned… coordinating how to match and mix actual ballot images is stupid simple.
There’s only one shared login, also, so no way to nail down who conducted what activity. Clever.

Absolutely yes, the routers are a required part of the audit. That is where the PCAPs come from. They were requested. Denied. Judge rules they had to turn them over and they were denied again. Nothing was done during the entire physical audit to legally go after them.

My understanding of commercial routers is that they store packet length, origination, destination, a time stamp and not much else. I’m continually amazed that nobody in the press is calling out Sheriff Penzone for his obvious lie. That was interesting. The state Senate coordinated with the supervisors to provide the subpoenas so Maricopa County would have the legal pretext they needed to conduct the audit, and then the supervisors feigned shock and surprise when it happened.

Audits should happen after every General Election in every State. It does not have to be the ‘whole’ state, pick at least 2 Counties and conduct transparent forensic audits…this should be Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Transparent audits ensure the integrity of the election and give “We the People” confidence that our votes are being cast in a free and fair election…and IMO would inspire more people to vote, seeing their vote really does count. ?
MCBOS already revealed that they broke the law by admitting there are routers since the machines were not supposed to be connected to the internet. On top of that, they said law enforcement was also connected which be another violation. My guess is they don’t have the routers or will claim that they don’t.

Three questions that spring to my mind about duplicate ballots; first, can we use the names recorded on the duplicates and check them to see if that individual is recorded as voting twice, or more? Next, and related, did the individual vote for the same candidate(s) on more than one ballot? Finally, which candidate benefitted from the duplicates?
