But I don’t think it’s too far-fetched to imagine that India and the Saudis and Emirates will be natural antagonists vs. Pakistan+China+Iran (who currently gain the most from American collapse in Afghanistan). The bottom line was that the President had obviously told Khan that, given his support for the wrong side, he would be held personally responsible for what happened as US forces were being withdrawn and what the penalties would be.
