CNN is reporting that the White House is contemplating pulling Joe Biden from the bunker in Camp David to give a national address “over the next few days”, in an effort to try and reset his transparent foreign policy failures. Meanwhile, President Trump is calling upon Biden to resign:

One option under discussion is to have Biden return to the White House, though the official cautioned that they had not completely ruled out making the remarks from Camp David.
Earlier today, CNN’s Jeff Zeleny reported that while Biden can receive the same level of briefings from Camp David, as he has been doing throughout the weekend, officials are aware of the optics of the President being out of town during this perilous moment. “…if the President-elect shall have failed to qualify, then the Vice President-elect shall act as President until a President shall have qualified; and the Congress may by law provide for the case wherein neither a President-elect nor a Vice President-elect shall have qualified, declaring who shall then act as President, or the manner in which one who is to act shall be selected, and such person shall act accordingly until a President or Vice President shall have qualified.”
Although it has not yet been admitted and probably never will be, neither Biden nor Harris ever qualified. Biden for the reason that he did not legitimately receive the most votes on election day. Harris for the same reason PLUS she’s not a natural born citizen and therefore not Constitutionally eligible to ever become either vice president or president.
But, there’s a Good, Bad and Ugly to that procedure!
The Good thing about it is that Trump DID qualify; and, in a perfect world, would be allowed to serve as president at least for the remainder of his second term.
The Bad thing is that Pence ALSO qualified; so, if Trump were to be allowed to serve out his second term as president, pence could legally claim the right to serve with him.
The Ugly is that neither Trump nor the people who elected the two of them would be happy with Pence being allowed anywhere near the office of vice president; and, that might have to go to court and end up before the Supremes while America would essentially be without a vp until that case is decided.

Barkley, who then became his vp during his second term.
The same happened when Andrew Johnson replaced Lincoln, when Teddy Roosevelt replaced McKinley, and when LBJ replaced JFK.
That lack of a system for replacing vice presidents who replaced presidents ended with the ratification of the 25th Amendment in 1967, approximately 4 years after Kennedy was assassinated. 25A is still in effect; which, means if Trump were to be allowed to serve for the remainder of his second term and the position of vp is not filled by Pence, that amendment makes provisions for that office to be filled.

Biden’s admin has failed but where was the Congressional over sight?
Some of these deceptive Congressional and Senate clowns, that are acting shocked that the Taliban are as strong or better than ever, must have known that the Afghan war was never intended to end. The restrained military was only being used as props by the corrupt backers of the “endless war.” Those that profited from the war for 20 years must be identified.
A planned withdrawal of troops with rigid conditions and warnings placed on the Taliban (ie. threats of Drone counterattacks) would have been justified given the horribly ineffective execution of the 20 year war by Generals like Millie. American soldiers should not have had to pay the price for the failings of their brass or the deliberate prolongation of the war to enrich the few.
But Biden’s handler’s quick withdrawal order without a plan has created an unprecedented cluster***k and handed the Taliban a “prestigious” victory in the radical Islamist world; and he will likely do the same or worse for Iran later. Despicable Liz Cheney must be beaming with pride.
Our founding fathers screwed up. There is Impeachment to remove a sitting president but absolutely nothing to remove a sleeping one.
