Viti, the long hair, and Reles the blue got through out of a car window right in front of my daughter who had to swerve to miss them. Thanks to the heart of a benefactor who paid the bill to keep them alive they are my special gift. Rescuers called to get them help and the woman responded.
Good for your daughter, good for the benefactor, the vet . . . and, especially, good for you and your kitties. I detest that kind of of gratuitous cruelty shown to animals that trust us.

Purple Heart Day, on August 7th, commemorates the creation of the oldest American military decoration for military merit. General George Washington created the Badge of Merit in 1782. Our Lord’s childhood was not immature manhood; our Lord’s childhood is an eternal fact. Am I a holy innocent child of God by identification with my Lord and Saviour? Do I look upon life as being in my Father’s house? Is the Son of God living in His Father’s house in me?
The abiding Reality is God, and His order comes through the moments. Am I always in contact with Reality, or do I only pray when things have gone wrong, when there is a disturbance in the moments of my life? I have to learn to identify myself with my Lord in holy communion in ways some of us have not begun to learn as yet. “I must be about My Father’s business” – live the moments in My Father’s house.
Narrow it down to your individual circumstances – are you so identified with the Lord’s life that you are simply a child of God, continually talking to Him and realizing that all things come from His hands? Is the Eternal Child in you living in the Father’s house? Are the graces of His ministering life working out through you in your home, in your business, in your domestic circle? Have you been wondering why you are going through the things you are? It is not that YOU have to go through them, it is because of the relation into which the Son of God has come in His Father’s providence in your particular sainthood. Let Him have His way, keep in perfect union with Him.
The vicarious life of your Lord is to become your vital simple life; the way He worked and lived among men must be the way He lives in you.

PRAYING ON THE ARMOR OF GOD
Father God, I now follow your command to put on the full armor of God, because my battle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, authorities, the powers of this dark world and against spiritual forces of evil in the unseen world.
I first pray on the Belt of Truth that it may be buckled around my waist, may I be centered and encircled by your truth dear Lord. Hem me inside all that is true and right, and may I be protected and held up by the truth of your living word, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Breastplate of righteousness, please protect my vital organs and my inner man, cover my integrity, my spirit, and my soul. Guard my heart for it is the wellspring of life, please strengthen and guard the most vulnerable places in my life with that which is right, good, and noble that I might not receive a fatal blow from the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
I pray on the Gospel Shoes of Peace. I choose to stand in the shoes of your good news, and on the firm foundation of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the solid eternal rock. All other ground is sinking sand, I pray that I will not slip or fall, but that my feet would be firmly fitted on your lordship, my Lord Jesus. I submit every captured thought to the Lordship of my Lord Jesus Christ, and ask that you would imprison those thoughts that are not of you my Lord. Transform my mind and renew my thinking that I may think God thoughts, and have a sober mind that is focused on your glory. Please protect me from being double minded that I may allow my mind, I reject to live an earthly life, because I choose to live a holy one, governed by you My Lord Jesus, the prince of peace, please have my mind to be saturated with the holy mind of Christ, in my Lord Jesus name.
Finally, I take up the Sword of the Spirit which is the holy word of God, I pray this powerful offensive weapon into my hand, and ask that your holy word would be fitting for every encounter I face. As the enemy gets close to me, please give me the insight, wisdom, and skill to wield the word of God to drive away the enemy, in my Lord Jesus name.
May the enemy and his team flee from me, upon hearing the word of God spoken by the power and direction of the Holy Spirit. Give me the sword of the spirit to cut through the wiles of the devil, so that I may discern the schemes of the enemy when he is near.
With all kinds of prayers, supplication, and intercession I pray to you my Lord God as the one who fights my battles. Now that I’m in your holy powerful armor, I walk away covered and ready to face my day as you go before me, and please protect me in the midst of the spiritual warfare in this unseen world, in my Lord Jesus name.
Thank you my Lord, for the spiritual weapons of armor and prayer that you have given me. It is written no weapon formed against me shall prosper, and you will refute every tongue that accuses me.

I think about quite often, what exactly happened with this 2020 election steal. I mean we know politics is a dirty game expect hitting below the belt. It’s a no hold barred fight we all know it’s treacherous business at best.
But no one expected I know Trump didn’t expect it. We all knew the possibility of an orchestrated uprising a takeover by the Democrats.
But what they did was really over the top five plus years of an organized campaign settling up one the most sophisticated fraud system ever leaving absolutely no avenue for us to win.
It was like bring a nuclear device to a gun fight.
It’s quite remarkable they completely annihilated any opportunity for us to vote.
So, what does this tell us about them. About their willingness and dedication to get what they want.
They are to be feared and rightfully so because they have the arsenal, they have complete and absolute control and we are scrambling around with virtually nothing.
This is partly in hindsight, but we all witnessed them developing and deploying their improved massive cheating.
We witnessed massive vote fraud in CA and NY in 2016. We also witnessed CA destroying records.
We witnessed the complete resistance to and destruction of Trump’s attempt to shed light on that cheating.
We witnessed the legalization of ‘vote harvesting’ and continual after the vote vote collecting and how it was used to overcome 10 pt leads in places like Orange California in 2018.
We witnessed scores of unconstitutional actors abuse covid scares and lockdowns to impose similar vote stealing rules on so many of us.
We witnessed Cankles’ last minute attempt to stop counting and steal votes in 2016. That failed. She lost despite heavy cheating.
Having learned their lesson, Nipples’ team was prepared to employ a preplanned last minute stop the counting and steal the vote scheme in 2020. That succeeded.
We also witnessed massive ramping up of censorship and many other abuses. We witnessed massive coordinated smear campaigns. We witnessed using false accusations to destroy supporters in the courts.
We witnessed tons of horrible things happening before our very eyes. All with the intent of destroying President Trump and those of us who made him President.

But despite realizing that we have depraved enemies who will stop at nothing, who will leave no evil unused to achieve their ugly desires, it is not clear that we truly fathomed the evil about to overwhelm us.
It is really hard to believe that your fellow man is truly evil and planning your destruction. If you can see that truth, no one wants to listen to you. That makes it very easy for the evil to succeed.
That also makes it very easy to cover up their evil deeds. But they never stop. So eventually their evil becomes well known.

You know I was thinking about the history of our country. Suffering, sacrifice, the whole lot of it. I live in West Virginia where life as a coal miner was everywhere. The song Sixteen Tons brings the whole past into focus. When I was younger there use to be towns just like in the song. They worked, paid rent for a run down shack to their boss and even had to buy their groceries from the company store. What a life our past forefathers had. I grew up with my mom using a wringer washer, hung the clothes out to dry and sometimes brought them in frozen. Drank from a well until my mother put to much salt in it. Then we drilled another with a pump. Our first phone was a party line. Didn’t have to worry about the government listening to your calls because the local busybodies kept the line tied up. Swam in a creek, caught crawl dads, minnows with a feed sack. By the way those feed sacks were used to make our clothes too. Pair of shoes for Easter, walked five miles to and from church and absolutely loved revival time. Maybe the best thing God can do for us is strip us of all these new stuff and put us back to the time appreciation was an every day affair with nights filled with the songs of peace.
I grew up doing a lot of these things. Even got my arm in the ringer on the washer. Fortunately I was young and didn’t have very big arms. I loved those tent revival meetings. I still hang out my wash. Love the fresh sunshine smell and yes sometimes wash is frozen. I put it on great grandma’s clothes rack by the wood stove to dry.
