The answer in this case is not in accordance with the textbook. Thus, the indy doctor can say, legitimately, that the inoculation is NOT a vaccine but is instead a therapeutic.

Just came from weekly trip to Walmart’s and YMCA.
I don’t know that people are worried and scared at all. It looked the same as last week, the week before, in fact every week in recent memory.
Maybe 1 out of 100 masks at Y. 5%-10% masks at Walmart. No signs about wearing masks. The non-masked looked happy and friendly. The masked looked scared and not friendly and seemed to have an air of “I am smarter and superior to you.” Or maybe I am projecting. Employees in both places were masked (some pulled below noses).
From what I see people are not scared and are done with all this (except for the hysterical fringe.)
Where are you located. There is an incease in masks here in Western NC..blue areas…maybe 50% wearing masks again. Also, starting to shut out non vaccinated from yoga center, hiking club, etc. But, still at least half are not wearing masks so that is a good sign for now

Masks are the best tool we have to stop the spread and, if you just wear them for a few — 4, 6, 8 weeks — we will have Covid under control. Stated under oath before Congress by the CDC’s director in September following multiple previous statements over a two month period in the summer by the CDC and NIH which urged (and got) the issuance of mandates. FALSE and known false as Hawaii took a ten times case rate spike a month after their mandate. This was known before Redfield perjured himself before Congress. There are ZERO states which did not take a monstrous spike in the winter despite mandates including California with the most-strict lockdowns and mask mandates in the nation. Compliance via multiple surveys has been around 90% with no evidence of effectiveness anywhere against non-mandate states and counties next door. Those states including South Dakota and Florida who repudiated the mandates or refused to issue them in the first place had identical or better outcomes than the states and locales that imposed them. The CDC has now itself published a MMWR (weekly report) in which they “claim” masks work — their definition of “work” is a shockingly tiny decrease in death and case rates and this assumes you ignore the confounding elements in their study that could invalidate even that tiny impact. Their “study” also deliberately did not include the control counties (where there were no mandates); if you did, for example, Blount .v. Sevier, it would be obvious that the curve in fact was worse in the mandate county in many cases. In other words despite the nearly year-long and continual screaming about masks even the CDC itself now states that out of the 500,000 dead statistically no lives were saved at best, they deliberately ignored the control counties and further, statistically-speaking it is entirely possible zero lives were saved. REMEMBER, WE WERE TOLD IN THE SUMMER AND EARLY FALL THAT MASKS WOULD ABSOLUTELY CONTROL THE VIRUS — NOT JUST SLIGHTLY REDUCE CASES — AND IN FACT THE CDC STATED UNDER OATH THAT MASKS WERE BETTER PROTECTION THAN A VACCINE. THIS LIE WAS REPEATED FOR MONTHS AND IS STILL BEING REPEATED TODAY. This wasn’t a random statement made “off the cuff” it was made under oath to Congress five months ago and has, over time and by the data, been conclusively proved to be a lie.

That being said…where the heck is Ted Cruz or one of the other “conservative” constitutional experts to sue on behalf of their constituents, the property owners as well as forcing the DoJ to at least explain their ruling.
The US Constitution says that no one can be deprived of property without due process of law, and that property cannot be “taken” without just compensation.
And yet, here we have an edict, already formally declared to be Unconstitutional, which does exactly that. This is not an act of any Legislature or other deliberative body. The persons who are being deprived of their property rights are given no chance to contest it. This is unlawful on its face, as the Supreme Court has declared.
Sounds nice and is correct in theory but…
Nothing has been “declared” with respect to THIS edict until a case hit the courts.
Somebody has to sue TODAY, to stop these edicts.

Facinating thing about those tent pictures, there was no forced air exchange equipment evident. WASHINGTON — The Department of Homeland Security said Friday they have observed “an increasing but modest level of activity online” by people who are calling for violence in response to baseless claims of 2020 election fraud and related to the conspiracy theory that former President Donald Trump will be reinstated.
“Some conspiracy theories associated with reinstating former President Trump have included calls for violence if desired outcomes are not realized,” according to a DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis bulletin obtained by ABC News.
There is no evidence that shows there was widespread voter fraud in the 2020 election.
“Over the last few days what has occurred is there’s been much more public visibility, meaning the discussions and these theories have migrated away from being contained within the conspiracy and extremist online communities, to where they’re being the topic of discussion on web forums, or more public web forums, and even within the sort of media ecosystem,” a senior DHS official explained.
DHS says in the bulletin they do not have specific evidence there is a plot imminent.
“As public visibility of the narratives increases, we are concerned about more calls to violence. Reporting indicates that the timing for these activities may occur during August 2021, although we lack information on specific plots or planned actions,” the bulletin sent to state and local partners reads.
The department “does not have the luxury of waiting till we uncover information with the level of specificity, regarding a potential location and the time of an attack” to act on potential threats due to the threat environment, the senior DHS official explained.
Past circumstances have illustrated that calls for violence could expand rapidly in the public domain and may be occurring outside of publicly available channels. As such, lone offenders and small groups of individuals could mobilize to violence with little-to-no warning,” the bulletin says.
The senior official said that one of the lessons learned from the Jan. 6 storming of the Capitol is “that information that may reflect a growing threat may be communicated on public forums.”
“The current threat environment is one which is fueled in large part by conspiracy theories and other false narratives that are spread online by foreign governments, by foreign terrorist groups and by domestic extremist thought leaders, and are consumed by individuals who are predisposed to engage in violence,” the official said.
The official pointed to the events of Jan. 6 and the attacks on the synagogues in Pittsburgh and Poway, California, as examples.
The senior DHS official also pointed to the balance DHS has to walk when putting out products.
“We don’t want to overreact, but we want to make sure that we are at the earliest stage possible providing awareness to law enforcement and other personnel who are responsible for security and are critical to mitigating risk,” the senior official said, adding the bulletin was done with civil rights and civil liberties in mind.

No one needs to call for “violence” – what is needed is very simple justice, and there’s a big difference.
Both Federally and in every State, “election fraud” is a felony. Everyone has the right to know that elections were “free and fair,” and to obtain legal satisfaction if they weren’t, because this felony causes every lawful voter to become a plaintiff.
Furthermore, it is a principle of Common Law, as well as Federal and State law, that any election result or contract that was obtained through fraud or coercion is void ab initio. Or, in the Supreme Court Case “US v. Throckmorton,” “fraud vitiates everything.” The contract never existed. You never held the office.
Therefore – we don’t need to resort to violence. We must simply force the law to be upheld. There will be stout resistance from entrenched, corrupt, lawmakers and other officials who saw no problem with unleashing deadly riots (including in DC) throughout the summer of 2020. We know that they have a monopoly on violence. They’ve built concertina-wire fences around our nation’s temple of Freedom because “violence” is really the only thing that they understand: “freedom” is quite alien to them.
Violence is not the way to counter them: MLK’s time-tested strategies are much more powerful. Six hundred or so evildoers will discover that they cannot lead a nation that refuses to follow.
We do not have to destroy this country in order to save it from well-placed evildoers. We do not have to kill people in order to stop this crime.

It really is pretty simple how the battle between VAXED and UNVAXED will be decided.

Ben Shapiro said Friday that pro-Trump rioters should rot in prison for attacking the U.S. Capitol, contrasting himself with other prominent conservatives who recently complained about their incarceration.
