Lawyer: Capitol Cop Who Shot Ashli Babbitt ‘Ambushed’ Her on Jan. 6 Without Warning

Questions linger over the shooting, especially whether the officer who fired the fatal shot warned Babbitt to stop before he opened fire as she attempted to breach a barricaded door inside the Capitol Building.
The officer’s lawyer insists his client not only issued such a command, but did so loudly and clearly. However, in an interview with RealClearInvestigations, Babbitt family attorney Terry Roberts said he has gathered evidence indicating the officer, a plainclothes police lieutenant, remained silent.
Far from warning Babbitt he would shoot, Roberts said the officer “ambushed” her from the side where she could not see he had taken up position in a hall doorway and had trained his weapon on her.
I contend that he shot an unarmed citizen. Whether he yelled for her to stop or not seems mute to me. She did not have a weapon, did not threaten his or anyone’s life so he had no right to shoot her. Note only that he was in plain clothes. Even if she heard him which I doubt the fact he was not dressed in a uniform means she could have mistaken him for someone just shouting. Note the bag. Why does he have it if not to hide the gun. Murder, murderer and should be hanged along with Pied Piper Pelosi.

Why didn’t the two uniformed Capital Police officers who were on the same side of the door as Ashli stop her? Why did these officers stand by and watch the door windows be broken out?
What no one seems to want to accept is that the entire incident in the Speaker’s hall may have been part of the false flag operation.
If you watch this entire video you will see how the entire thing was staged. The shot goes off and instead of people fleeing or taking cover, it was more like someone called “action”!
The people treating Ms. Babbitt were not EMT’s. I could have done a better job than they did. They never exposed the wound to see where it actually was, I saw no direct pressure, just a couple of dopes trying to open up sani wipes.

Right. That’s exactly what they did– nothing at all but stand on the stairs. Even after Ashli was shot and dying in front of them, they did nothing to help her. There was speculation that Ashli was an actor, not murdered. I believed that b/c of the very strange behavior by law enforcement standing right there.
Then the paramedics never came to retrieve her properly. Instead of being put on a stretcher, some men carried her — practically dragged her– down stairs with no care.
There were 3 or 4 armed uniformed police just standing on the stairs a few feet from Ashli. Why did she even try to climb through the broken window in the 1st place? That was stupid. The whole thing was very weird and… nonsensical.
The 3 or 4 armed police standing a few feet from her did and said… nothing. I saw the video. Never heard anyone say: stop or I will shoot. The killer guard could SEE the armed cops just a few feet from the doors and Ashli, why didn’t he let them handle it? WHY didn’t they handle it? VERY EASY for them to stop her from going through that window.
Still, all these months later, I am not 100% convinced she died. If it was a skit… THEN it would make sense that the guard who shot her would be indicted for nothing… b/c in reality he did nothing. It was fake.

The warning is the LAST step on the path to the decision to apply deadly force. In fact it is the step taken after the decision has been made to use deadly force and before pulling the trigger.
There were other intervening steps that were ignored, specifically:
The person with the gun was not in danger.
The person to be engaged was not presenting a level of danger to justify deadly force to those in the vicinity.
There were alternatives to deadly force available to redress the situation.
This supposed law enforcement officer, applied not a single bit of his training before making the decision to pull the trigger.
Hopefully Babbitt family focuses on this path of logic.

In my courses throughout the years, I have told my students that the situation is not unlike a doctor who prescribes a medicine for you which does not work, and in fact makes you slowly worse.
“Oh,” says the doctor, “the problem is the dosage. You need more of the medicine, and then you will feel better!”
And of course, no, you become even worse because the medicine is actually a poison. The doctor refuses to believe that his medicine is poisonous, and keeps insisting that the problem is that the dosage is not high enough.
Eventually, you will die from this treatment.
Since the Lyndon Johnson years, this is the pattern followed by the U.S. Government, regardless of which party is in power.

Pfizer may not be liable for the damage the vax causes, but they should be liable for lying about the side effects of this vaccine and distributing it in a way that does not lead to full disclosure and thereby full consent.

I’ll try to make it simple.
Before the first jab went into the first arm and could do anything Covid-19 had peaked in the United States in most areas. Remember that the rule is “two weeks from first shot to second, then two weeks to have protection.”
Look here and tell me where the peak was.
The CDC, Trump and then Biden all took credit for something that the vaccines did not do.
What did it?
Covid originally had an R0 of about 3. That means you need 1 – (1/3) or about 66% of the people to be immune by either infection of vaccination before the case rate would fall.
The CDC claimed we had about 33 million infections and somewhere between 4 and 11 not diagnosed for each one that was. Well, it wasn’t 11 because that’s more people than exist in the US. But if it’s six, more or less up the middle, then we were for all intents and purposes at herd immunity.
Rah-rah-rah-rah vaccines are the reason we’re saved.
Nice try; the evidence is that the vaccines don’t work well at all. They might work to some degree to prevent infection and transmission but not very well. In fact on the evidence coming out of Israel it appears that they’re about 20% effective which is damn close to worthless.

I had to look it up, so here is some info on R0. Found out last night I was exposed earlier this week while attending a funeral. Never been tested, take zinc, c, and d3 daily. No symptoms thus far. I do know a thing or two about 00 (double aught). FWIW.

Again, if you believe the CDC, then Delta has an R0 of somewhere between 5-9. Let’s take the middle; 7. 1 – 1/7 = 85% must be immune. Again, it doesn’t matter how their immune, just that they are.
The CDC claims in a new MMWR that the shots are “very” effective as a booster if you previously had Covid. I disagree, looking at their alleged “study.” But frankly, I don’t care what their MMWR says because the days says its wrong.
See, 70% of Americans have had at least one shot and half are fully vaccinated, that is, allegedly protected. Now let’s look at the data again.
The CDC stupidly did not segregate and hive off those who were previously infected; we’ll thus, given their advocacy, assume that the previously-infected, which are about 60% of the population, are equally divided into those who got the stabs.
Well, if that’s true then 60 + 25 = 85% — which is herd immunity for Delta with an R0 of 7!
Clearly, however, it isn’t given the infection rate.
There is only logical conclusion: The jabs do not work to stop either infection or transmission. If you can’t stop infection and transmission you also can’t stop people from getting sick.
So when does this end?
When enough people get naturally infected that we have actual herd immunity.

What does this mean for you?
Well, it makes for a problem right now, because we know that during the four weeks between the first jab and immunity building you’re more likely to get infected. We’ve seen this repeatedly all over the world. Into the maw of a spike getting vaccinated is dangerous because it temporarily suppresses immune response. I probably doesn’t increase the risk of bad outcomes but it definitely increases the risk of infection itself.
The very difficult question for people now is whether that risk is worth the nebulous claims of “preventing severe disease and death.” UK’s data, along with Israel’s, strongly suggests that might be a bad bet. The majority of their admissions into the hospitals are now vaccinated. So much for “prevents severe disease” eh? That will be coming here, and in parts of the country it already is, irrespective of what crazy Rochelle is saying. I know people on the front line — EMTs and similar — and in many areas, but not all, the transports are already majority fully vaccinated.
Within weeks it’ll be everywhere in the United States and Rochelle’s last pillar of lies will collapse on her.

But don’t believe for a second you will escape anyway. You probably won’t. Deer in several states have been surveyed and found to have antibodies. Not a few of them either; 40% on average. How did that happen given that deer are (1) always outside and (2) do not socialize with humans. It happened because the virus is an aerosol which means you can’t evade it just like they didn’t. Sorry. It also means Covid will never be eradicated as it circulates in multiple animals.
BTW the data out of the UK continues to show Delta is less dangerous. A lot less-dangerous. It’s about one fifth as likely to kill you overall, and about half as likely if you’re over 50. It is also less-likely to send you to the hospital. This is the expected progression of a respiratory pandemic virus. While it appears on that data the vaccines confer some personal protection it is by no means perfect and nowhere near the 95%+ claimed, especially in people over 50.
Further there is no evidence Delta is more-transmissible; its secondary attack rate in household and non-household settings is nearly identical to Alpha.
This STRONGLY implies the CDC is lying about Delta’s R0 and the real problem driving the spike is that the jabs not only do not work against Delta they destroy the victim’s immune response in some percentage of those previously infected.

So my response to all the good information you have shared is that if this virus cannot be stopped from transmitting among the population, and if the vaccine cannot give you protection from infection, then our efforts should be on treating the illness so people who have severe cases recover. Seems the frontline doctors have a lot of information on how to do that.

I’m more confused than I want to be. I had seen an expert saying they found even the regular masks don’t stop aresols but do stop droplets which otherwise get expelled and evaporate into aerosols. That would mean they don’t protect you but could protect others. Then I saw another study that said transmission is mainly aerosol based and not droplet based, making the evaporation explanation moot anyway.
Then my ultimate authority, the Church, weighs in. One bishop said we should be allowed to reject vax if there is a concience issue (finally someone there saying that!) but if you do you are morally obligated to do whatever else you can to protect others, which makes sense. That brings it back to masks, and the question of whether there is any chance they could protect others while not potentially causing any disproportionate harm.
Right now I just hold my breath when someone walks by.
