Literally in San Francisco, you can shoplift UPTO $899 a day and the DA will most likely not prosecute and if he does there is almost no jail time due to Jail having the possiblity catching Covid!
Landlords should therefore move to San Francisco and start shoplifting $899 for 365 days to cover any losses in rent! As the penalties are considerably less than renting property.
Also I believe you get bonus points by claiming to have one or multiples of the LGBTQWERTY 256 Gender Spectrum!
As ludicrous as the San Francisco law is, it’s not like the shoplifters (looters) go to the checkout to make sure they haven’t exceeded $ 900. This is is bizarre, but we know it is just lawlessness. Even my local Walmart is putting certain items in locked glass cases: shaving products, birth control devices for example. This is a low crime area but there ya go. I can foresee non grocery items in these larger cities being configured in an automated type setup. In the past two weeks or so, my local grocery/department store (not a Target, but similar) has had someone with an orange vest just walking back and forth by the main door, hands behind her back. Yep, she’s monitoring the shoppers. This has naught to do with masks, which (for now) are not required.

In many places squatters can’t be kicked out.

Almost 20 years ago now I was thinking of a future fiction novel in which the USA split into political camps. Never could get started because every day since the news anticipated me!
But in my original conception, the middle of Canada joined with our own Flyover Country to extend the free area.
Reminds me of a book I read, Prayers for the Assassin, wherein the US was broken up with varying degrees of occupation and ideology. The Canadian Minister of Health in Alberta stated, in their reply to his request, that there was ‘NO MATERIAL EVIDENCE’ they had to give to Mr King to prove the virus had been isolated.
So, apparently, the virus hasn’t even been proven to be real.

My daughter went to a pharmacy in CA.
For $25.00 they did a antibody test by pricking her. She said it was much like a pregnancy test. I line would show if you had the antibodies. She had a heavy line. The lady doing the test was amazed when my daughter told her she had ‘Rona over a year ago. The lady said it wasn’t possible they were told that she would still be testing positive for antibodies. FOOLS will believe anything their government tells them.
Anyway, the test was good enough for her to go back to college and finish her last year. 🙂
I am glad she had the antibodies and was able to finish school. I also think the antibodies are forever as are the antibodies for every virus. I just don’t see why TPTB keep telling any doctor or lab who asks for a sample of the isolated virus that they don’t have a sample.
You should get the ELISA T-cell antibody test to prove you were previously exposed to a coronavirus.
The covid test is not accurate and they play with the cycles and so on. But the virus itself does have a genome that I am told can later be matched to T-cell (long term) antibodies.
I’m keeping an eye out for the ‘approval’ because then the schools will likely force vaccinations on all K12 children. As of now, there is too much pushback for an Experimental Use Authorization product.
It stuns me to hear Fauci, Raggedy Ann, and biden talk like FDA approvals are imminent, that is not how drug development generally works. When President Trump was in office, Fauci made comments suggesting a vaccine couldn’t be available until 2022 or 2023 – i.e., a more traditional drug (vaccine) development timeline.
Once approved by FDA, a Summary Basis of Approval (SBA) should be available to the public. This document shows all of the work that went into the development program that was used by the FDA to assess safety and efficacy of the drug product. Proprietary information and some ‘specifics’ will be redacted, but the overall program will be apparent.
Bottom line, how the FDA addresses: deaths, adverse events, and severe adverse events in light of the VAERS database will be interesting. How will the FDA gloss over these deaths, etc. to approve a genetic modifier for use in children that have a survival rate greater than 99.99%? The FDA will need to suspend reality to approve these inoculations.
The FDA is completely owned by the CCP. They will do as they are told.

Lipid coating of nucleic acid to enhance uptake by cells? An important step along the path to developing mRNA vaccines but not quite the level of inventing mRNA vaccines. You can use the same approach with “the mRNA vaccine is gene therapy”.

I’m not sure how you could actually make for a worse situation.
The eviction moratorium was “allowed” to expire, so they say. Except that’s not what happened.
Landlords and others sued, it went to the USSC, and the decision was taken to force expiration as-scheduled rather than issue an immediate injunction. There had been conflicting decisions from lower courts which is how you basically always get into the USSC in the first place.
Kavanaugh issued a rather-stern warning: Any future extension had to be done by Congress, as the CDC had exceeded its authority.
I don’t really care what the CDC claims in terms of authority. The Constitution is very clear: The government can take private property for public use but must pay for it at fair market value. Money has time value, which is why you must pay your mortgage or rent on a given day. You can pay early (voluntarily surrendering the additional time value) but not late without being penalized.
If the government wishes to suspend that obligation for an alleged public purpose, no matter how good the purpose and how just it must pay the money that it prevented the landlord from receiving. It can, entirely constitutionally, create a debt by the person who it pays on behalf of but it cannot threaten to fine and throw people in jail for collecting a privately-contracted housing agreement.
We can have a debate over whether the CDC is acting wisely but that’s not the purpose of this column; indeed, such a debate becomes whole of government really, really quickly — including DHS/HHS busing known Covid-positive illegal immigrants all over the United States and dropping them in communities with zero quarantine requirements and even without notifying local officials so they could show up and impose one.
But this column is about the very narrow question: Does the last clause of the 5th Amendment still exist?
And if it does not, since I do not recall any formal, constitutional process to revoke it, perhaps you can inform me in the comments why anyone should pay any attention to any law at any level — local, state or federal?
After all if the highest law of the land — that which all other laws must conform to — is toilet paper then perhaps its time for us to start drafting a document that begins “When in the course of human events….”

A bit of research on “regulatory taking” will show that the State long ago crossed that bridge. Regulations are used to ensure you cannot use your land or property. In my case federal flood regulations were being used by local government to flood properties rather than build storm water infrastructure. When this happens your property becomes unmarketable and unlivable but you are stuck with the mortgage and taxes.
This is done far more than you think using coastal storm regulations, fire/BLM policies, environmental regulations, and stormwater regulations. It is often combined with federal/state insurance regulations to make insurance unaffordable for your property, leading to foreclosure.
It is all quite simple. They do not really want our property – THEY WANT US OUT OF IT AND INTO THEIR PROPERTY.

These are coming from 3rd party and usually fake web sites. They have names listed that have no association with the group and are there just to lure you in for a donation. You have to dig a bit in most email systems but you will find the supposed mail server web site. Many if not all of the sites are fake. If you actually go to the web site they are not owned and you are given a chance to buy the site. For example, this one had Rudy’s name in the from line and was from “usapatriots4america.com” which takes you to GoDaddy where you can buy that web site. I have checked what seems to be over 100 such fake donation emails and have marked them as spam. They have a list of people who have donated which is shared with hundreds of these fake groups. DO NOT click the donate button. Mark these as spam and make them go away. These are about as bad as the Nigerian Prince that wants to use your bank account to transfer money out of “his” country.
Donate only to those groups that you can verify as legitimate, then only through their secure website or through mail.
Just because there is a name on the email they may not have anything to do with that name. Spam the creeps.

Next, I will turn my attention to routers or router used by Dominion Voting Systems in Maricopa County. Why are the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors trying to prevent access to these routers. I believe that someone told them that with this information, Mike Lindell’s experts would not be able to produce an IP chain to Dominion Voting machines from the CCP and back.
Well, to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, I will say this, “you have been misinformed“.
Personally, I think this is all about concealing the MAC addresses of the actual voting equipment. The various logs and images requested by the audit would likely reveal these internal addresses from their LAN side. Lindell’s data also has MAC addresses that he obtained somehow. If those addresses actually match voting equipment, I don’t see how you argue his data is in any way fake.
It’s been 9 months since the very obvious voter fraud occurred. Since then, there have been individuals, with proof of the fraud, yet, nothing can be done with it. So we wait for the audit results , that are purposely being slowed or stopped, by democrats and republicans alike. Even with judges siding with us, the criminals are able slow everything down. Waiting to see the proof of fraud that has been available for some time now, is painful, because it should have been presented to the country early on. You can defeat early cancer. Waiting to treat it once it has matastasized and spread, is usually futile. The corrupt administration is emboldened, because no one is stopping or even trying to stop their destruction of this country. We have ultra wealthy anti American individuals who pay huge amounts of money, to get the most corrupt individuals on planet earth elected for one reason only. Because they are anti citizen and pro criminal. They are well represented at the city, county, state and federal levels. And Patriots, just shake their heads. The Colorado Secretary of State, is a prime example of that corruption. The southern border that no longer exists, is open to hundreds of thousands of illegals to come across into our country as if that’s perfectly alright. They are most certainly disease carriers, but nobody cares. A lone federal judge, stopped Texas from being able to stop vehicles transporting illegals, because it would interfere with federal programs to further destroy the country. All while the cdc an advisory agency, is able to dictate that a known unconstitutional program will continue. The Supreme Court ordered it stopped, and we have congressional garbage, telling the cdc to ignore the Supreme Court. Patriots are held in solitary confinement,for frankly no legitimate reason, while antifa and BLM criminals, are at home planning their next bit of destruction. And still we wait, for the proof of voter fraud, to be presented, maybe next month or possibly next year. The country is being destroyed and we Patriots shake our heads. And the checkbox for USB boot is enabled also… That means if you put an operating system on a USB and then you plug into the machine and turn it on, it’s possible to boot the operating system from the USB and not use the one from the hard drive.
