Kathyrn Fifield, the lead attorney representing the Justice Department, informed Judge Trevor McFadden that the “incalculable” volume of video collected by the government related to the Capitol breach investigation will prevent defendants and their lawyers from accessing the full body of evidence against them for several more months. “No system exists to wrap its arms around [all this evidence],” Fifield told McFadden. This includes at least 14,000 hours of surveillance video plus thousands of hours of body-worn camera footage from law enforcement.
“No January Sixer should be made to suffer in a jail cell while the DOJ continues to delay discovery simply because it can,” one defense attorney told me by text this afternoon. “This is unprecedented, unreasonable, unconstitutional, and wrong.”

SUPREME COURT-for unjust and cruel incarceration
They had the judge throw these people in jail, without bail, many in solitary, and now the demand that the judge hold them that way for years as they look for the evidence needed to throw them in jail.
The ones that need jailing are the feds and complicit judges.
Yet an insane felon can get bail and be released to behead a woman! While someone charged with a misdemeanor of trespass gets solitary! Classic example of our banana republic two tier Justice system! And all they need to convict him is on their security footage. Unless they are hoping to frame him as a ringleader, everything they are doing is for population control.
These people will do anything to stop people like Flynn and stop other people from following people like Flynn. Since this term was used elsewhere, does Flynn want a pyrrhic victory? Or is he just not looking far enough down the road? Win or lose, the other side will gladly burn down Flynn and anyone who follows him.
We need a solid victory. A real end to the other side’s abuse of us. And an end to their abuse of their followers too.

The 100,000,000+ Patriots had no choice but to turn to the states to execute their duties under the United States Constitution. From forensic audits in the fraudulent areas to enforcing the laws against the coup plotters who instigated the planning and execution of the Big Steal, to recalling the fraudulent electors and sending the real electors to congress, reseating President Trump into the office of President of the United States.
In 2021, the action is in the local/state entities. MAGAers are coming up through their states with their constitutional rights (forensic audits) and the people are reclaiming their power of consent from the feds…… basically ignoring them and getting on with their lives ….. no masks, home schooling, etc.
This has caused some uneasiness with some of the MAGAers who still remain fed-centric. They think nothing is happening because they have their eyes on the feds in DC and see nothing positive being done.

Do any states even have a test for candidates to demonstrate they meet the qualifications for president? It would be worthwhile having some famous Republican like Schwarzenegger run for President just to force Democrats to impose these tests.
Or the final authority would be Congress, judging if she is qualified before installing her. Not sure if anyone would be judged as having standing to pursue this in court.
And for the record, she was born here. Her parents were both legal immigrants at the time of birth. You will have a hard time getting most Americans to think that being born here to legal residents doesn’t make you a citizen or a natural born citizen. Especially when illegals use ‘anchor baby citizens’ to gain residence.
Even if the law was different at the time of her birth, the amendment used to justify anchor babies had been around almost 100 years before she was born, so clearly a later change in law or court decision based on that amendment would be retroactive.
