This is just incredible…. jaw dropping. Circuit Attorney Kimberly M Gardner is the same prosecutor filing charges against the McCloskeys for defending their home in Saint Louis. Incredibly her office was charging a previously convicted felon with first-degree murder, and the prosecutor assigned to the case took maternity leave leaving no-one to show up in court.
After three missed court hearings by prosecutors, the judge was forced to drop a murder case because no one other than the defense, a public defender, was showing up in court.
This is a jaw-dropping example of a prosecutors office is a state of horrible mismanagement. Compounding the issue Ms. Gardner doesn’t even attempt to justify the collapse of the justice system… she just says whoopsie.
ST. LOUIS — A circuit judge dismissed a 2020 murder case last week and said the Circuit Attorney’s Office “abandoned its duty” after St. Louis prosecutors failed three times to show for court hearings or respond to a court order to produce evidence.
Circuit Judge Jason Sengheiser on Wednesday dismissed first-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful gun possession charges against Brandon Campbell, 30, after no one from the Circuit Attorney’s Office showed up for scheduled hearings in May, June and July.
“The court does not take this action without significant consideration for the implications it may have for public safety,” Sengheiser wrote in his order. “Although presumed innocent, (Campbell) has been charged with the most serious of crimes. While the court has a role to play in protecting public safety, that role must be balanced with adherence to the law and the protection of the rights of the defendant.”
[…] A spokeswoman for Kimberly M. Gardner provided a statement Monday saying “Upon review of our internal policies and procedures regarding family medical leave, we have determined that corrective measures are needed to further prevent any future repeat occurrence of the incident in question.
[…] [The accused felon] fled to Arizona after the shooting and then to Texas, the documents say. He was arrested in Texas by U.S. Marshals. He has previous federal and state convictions for illegal gun possession, drug possession and stealing. (read more)
Come on…we all have been learned from BLM…“All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”
the black guy with the gun is more equal than his unarmed victim…who didn’t know that?
We ain’t seen nothin’ yet….
She would make an excellent attorney General. Probably better than bag pipes barr.
Our government has no reason for existence if it won’t protect us. In the final analysis a government only exists to provide security for a group of people; that’s a condition that reaches all the way back to the “Old-Man and the tribe.”
This being inescapable axiomatic truth. The only thing I can foresee is two different justice systems operating independently within the United States. This nation would divide organically right along whatever accommodating “Natural Map” boundaries.
Fascinating.
THere aren’t going to be 2 systems of justice. Or a civil war. Or seccession. That’s just wishful thinking. Sorry.
Man-up, rcocean.
I don’t like LARPing.
call 911 lately… all you get a an answering machine… so when they kick in your door you’ll be so happy to see the thugs who will gladly pummel you into a pulp..
also have you been to the local convenient store lately… the mob of vagrants who know the police won’t do anything are there waiting for you…..
So you sentence us to life under a wholly owned subsidiary of the CCP?
What an abrogation of The Duty laid on us by The Founders.
But I am forced to admit that current evidence suggests that you correct and the sons, grandsons, and great-grandsons of the WW2 generation are too yellow, where they aren’t too stupid, to see and take up their Sacred Duty.
Show me the road map which gets us from today to Civil war. Or 2 countries. And who exactly is going to lead the seccession?
Certainly not the Republicans.
You are showing a complete lack of historical perspective. This war is just getting started. It may take several more decades to get to ‘civil war 2’. Our 1776 Revolution was preceded by many years of discontent, including a failed uprising (Regulator Revolt).
The only battle we HAVE to win, is the last one. Do your part to precondition the battlefields of the future by helping spread awareness of the unfixable corruption and illegitimacy of our ruling ‘elites’. It’s not like that task is getting anything but easier as our rulers descend further into clownworld hell dragging us along with them.
Great post, Horace. I don’t understand those. bemoaning there is no magic wand.
Oh, it’s not convenient, but the Founding Fathers were extraordinarily clear what our right and our DUTY is should our government become tyrannical.
I’m not discouraged by those hung up on convenience because it only take a determined minority to effect the change necessary.
We the People must do this and with Gods help WE Will.
Blue Hell Cities and everywhere else.
And what did The Founders say about our Duty when
“government has no reason for existence if it won’t protect us”?
RacerX…I AGREE Partially with your comment…IT WILL BE UP TO THE PEOPLE to provide for their OWN SECURITY. There will be enclaves of like minded people who will protect each other from harm. A good example of this are the people who live in the Ocala National Forest, Fl.
In 2004 hurricane aftermath, we had to go into that area to give supplies/fuel and essential aid and the people are EXTREMELY leery of ANYONE coming into their area.
That is why the 2nd Amendment is under attack and the individual who is nominated for ATF director has will NOT be a person who respects the 2nd!!! Just Sayin’!!!
Fascinating, yet very frightening what is happening.
Interesting development in Whitmer plot
Here is the second agent/informant to be indicted for separate crimes
First informant Steve Robeson, now special agent Richard Trask

THIS IS HE
How the FBI have fallen
Looks like a Nazi skinhead.
Keep in mind he appears to work undercover a lot.
If he looked and dressed like Fox Mulder, he wouldn’t get too far.
That should make for an interesting cross-examination when the defense attorney asks, “Agent Trask, do you still beat your wife?”
Or perhaps “Special Agent, do you have a white supremacist tattoo on your shoulder?”
Ummm wrong article/topic
Cmon mannnn
SO where is the state AG and the Governor in this? IRC, the Governor a Republican was making noises about how bad the St. Louis circuit attorney was and also made noises about pardoning the Gardners. But I suppose that was just the usual Republican Esblishment routine of talking big to to assauge the base while doing nothing.
It is a fluke in Missouri law that precludes the State AG or Governor or even the Mayor or city council from taking any action. The loophole should have been closed by legislation 2 years ago when it was found out that Ms Gardner fabricated evidence against Gov Greitens.
booger 71
Have you been able to find a source that cites the specific law?
In the article I posted on first page, the State Rep who wrote it was talking about it.
https://themissouritimes.com/opinion-hold-gardner-all-prosecutors-accountable/
Yes, I read the article.
Thank You for the link.
After making such a fuss, it is interesting there was no mention of the specific law that was flawed.
I am going to talk to my State Rep and Senator about it.
Ditto. ??
Excellent! Thank You!!
An Interesting “Law”; in that it places such powerful individuals beyond it’s reach.
The AG is a Soros nominee.
Three St. Louis murder cases have been dismissed in the past week including one in which prosecutors missed a deadline to turn over evidence and failed to show up for
stltoday.com
The latest data from the St. Louis Circuit Court shows that Gardner’s office has dismissed 34% of all felony cases disposed of this year, down from 36% last year. In 2019, the office dismissed 32% of cases; in 2018 it was 23% and in 2017 it was 15%. From 2008 through 2016, before Gardner took office, the yearly share of dismissed felony cases ranged from 10% to 15%.
Black Privilege
Black hatred toward whites.
Annex melanin!
Let’s call it by the name the DEMS use 24 hours a day. It is pure WHITE RACISM.
Yeah. It does seem like Gardner never had any intention of prosecuting the worst.
Check out the judge who let Gardner get away with it, choosing instead to put the publics’ life at greater risk while rewarding Gardner for her behavior by refusing to hold her accountable.
It makes you wonder if CRT practices are being put into place. Would be interesting to know who the victims were.
I’ll say it – Soros, etc. found the perfect patsies to help destroy America: angry, black, liberal females who are settlig scores against white people as revenge against America. Gardner, Lori Lightfoot are prime examples especially Lootfoot.
And it’s not wrong to say because many blacks were involved in the stealing of the 2020 election as well.
They take their direction from American hating Osama and their KKK leaders and they have no clue they are working for the KKK
I am going to start calling Obama’s 3rd term SurroGate.
Puh-lease. They know exactly what they are doing and who they do their bidding for.
And their bitch friends in Baltimore.
That’s when you know Mr. Soros has decided to sink a city. The black commie females are installed. You can’t call them out on two counts of ” victemhood”
Reading the wikipedia page on her was enlightning – she’s a perfect horror show of incompetence, arrogance, racial bias, and Leftism. Crime is up, procesutions are down, experienced police and Prosecutors are retiring or leaving, and she’s under investigation. But she is the FIRST Black female to hold her position. So, woo hoo for that. Hilariously she lied about the police stopping her for 15 minutes on Christmas Eve for no reason, but then the tape showed it was on Dec 23rd for 5 minutes and she was driving at night without headlights!
Didn’t stop her from getting reelected.
Will there ever become a day when we don’t have to hear “the first” Black, Asian, Latino etc. to whatever accomplishment.
Well, they will move on to the LGBTQWERTY badges of honor once they finish with the main categories.
Eye hath not seen nor ear heard the badge categories being dreamed up right now.
No, they just amend it to 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. Don’t know what the limit is (if there even is one)!
In St Louis, “Beating the Rap” gives you street cred, and makes you even MORE electable.
Probably election fraud was involved? Dems know they don’t have to obey any laws & they can commit crimes openly in-your-face with impunity since there is no longer integrity in our Judicial branch and they can rig the elections. States who still don’t have One-Party Democrat rule better wise up fast and pass election integrity laws or every state will become like CA. CA has become hopeless. Newsom is sure to rig the Recall election so he will remain in office. “Elected” even though almost everyone despises him- even the Liberals who you would think would vote Blue no matter what. They should have Federal Marshals on hand to supervise the election and get that in place right now, but ….. Biden and Pelosi.
Noose-um’s only fans are his staff.
Reelected? Ha-Ha! Another laughable scenario.
“Didn’t stop her from getting reelected.” That’s the part that infuriates me to no end. Same thing in Philadelphia, the George Soros funded incumbent won the Democratic primary which (of course) means (since there is no meaningful Republican electorate in these big cities) he wins re-election.
Does nobody pay any attention to the competence or success/failure track record of these elected imbeciles?!!?!?!? Geez! One wonders if anyone even bothers to vote when the D wins no matter what!
Checking their record would be racist! ?
Soros
…Sengheiser wrote in his order. “Although presumed innocent, (Campbell) has been charged with the most serious of crimes. While the court has a role to play in protecting public safety, that role must be balanced with adherence to the law and the protection of the rights of the defendant.”
So much for that ‘greater good’.
The DC “insurrectionists” don’t get that treatment.
If you have been in business long enough you learn about Baby Mama Time… It means you drop whatever you’re doing and walk, no communication, no accountability, no responsibility, the hell with whatever you’re working on… If you’ve been in business over the last ten years, You’ve seen it increase exponentially…
Gardener is no better than the Baltimore activist/prosecutor, Marilyn Mosby. BOTH are racially motivated idiots undeserving of the positions that equally racially motivated voters anointed them with.
Impeach her for dereliction of duty.
Maybe he was just to stupid to prosecute? That president in St. Louis was already set when Gardner refused to prosecute the Somali refuge that attacked his white neighbor twice. After being let go when he attacked her the first time, he went back two weeks later and tried to finish the job. But hey, he was too dumb to actually know what he was doing, so they just let him go. Good times St. Louis.
Except that doesn’t sound like “Stupidity” or “Dumbness” on the part of Gardner. More like malice.
WOW!!! Brought to you and paid for by Barrack Obama, George Sorros and the Democrat Communist Party.
Maybe the family of the murdered victim can sue the city, Gardener and Merrick Garland for dereliction of duty.
We are past people need to be hanged point….. It’s just that nobody has realized it yet and the criminals are running amok……….
This will not end well……..
Demograpshics of St. Louis are interesting. The Population has dropped from 856 thousand in 1950 to to 300 thousand in 2020. And its gone from 1950 – 86% white to 2020 – 45% white. The city is still half white, half black which suprised me. So, its not Detroit.
Why didn’t the judge find her in contempt and throw her ass in the clink?
Oh, right, I forgot.
F the prosecutor, call in the cleaner.
“THEY’ are just trying to drive us all crazy……and they’re having some success.
The parasitic circuit lawyer isn’t about to prosecute a fellow parasite. She wants him out there on the street where she can direct him to his next murder victim. And he’ll do it because she let him kill somebody he wanted to kill. Now he has to kill somebody she wants to kill.
In a wider sense, the state of the US right now reminds me of things I’ve read about Russia. In Russia, there are still people who grew up in the Soviet era who complain about modern government and how much better it was in the communist days. These are people who didn’t work back then and don’t want to work now; people who just lived in government housing and subsisted on whatever the government allowance was. They hate work and they hate the people who hastened the downfall of the USSR. For all the awful, genocidal stuff the Russian communists did, their lazy parasites never had it so good. American cities today are filled with the same kind of parasites.
Black on White HATE.
Period.
This is a good a thread as any to post this. It certainly
applies.
Dennis Kucinich, of all people, on Tucker tonight.
(Referencing Shelly’s Prometheus Unbound)
“Defying a power that seems omnipotent, is one of the ways you’re free.”
And:
“Is there a moment in our lives where we really believe we must take a stand because we see something that is fundamentally wrong?
And when you do that you
cannot worry about what people are going to say about you; you must not be dissuaded by criticism.”
Isn’t this a textbook case of prosecutorial misconduct that should result in legal action against Ms Gardner?
The prosecutor is a criminal. Think of it. This is what we are up against.
Enemy Agent.
“Cities” are created by responsible people who can build and maintain complex systems.
There is no law that says “Cities” are permanent and sacred.
Dissolve their charters, divide them up geographically, place them under some kind of “Civic Guardianship” by capable people.
Give the “Civic Guardians” all powers to run utilities, police, courts, jails.
The failed cities would voluntarily surrender their right to vote, to prevent them from corrupting their Gaurdians.
For example, St. Louis could be dissolved, the responsible people who run the suburbs could each hold guardianship power over a geographic section of the former, defunct, St. Louis.
Buckhead is trying to be “freed” from Atlanta so they can perform the level of Policing that they pay for and do not receive.
Putting the City of St. Louis under the management of the responsible suburbs would transfer the problems of the city to the suburbs.
The suburbs would then be responsible for the financial, criminal, social, and political problems of the city.
The City of St. Louis is unique in that it’s an independent city, meaning that it’s independent of any county.
The City of St. Louis split from St. Louis County in the late 19th Century because at the time they felt that their taxes were being used to support other parts of the county.
The tables are now turned and the City of St. Louis is much less prosperous than St. Louis County.
There are occasionally efforts to bring the City of St. Louis back into St. Louis County. The most recent effort was called Better Together. This effort failed because St. Louis County didn’t want to be burdened with the problems of the city.
I realize that bringing the City of St. Louis back into St. Louis County is different than dissolving the city and having it be managed by the surrounding suburbs, but both proposals would result in the suburbs being burdened with the city’s problems.
I’m familiar with this because I live in the Illinois suburbs of St. Louis.
I understand that being in a different state would prevent the Illinois suburbs from ever having to assume management of St. Louis, but we are still impacted by their incompetence.
There is a federally chartered government entity called Bi-State that is used to manage items mutually beneficial to the bi-state St. Louis region, such as mass transit.
The City of St. Louis wanted Bi-State to bailout the economically failed trolley in the St. Louis Loop neighborhood. This would have burdened all of the taxpayers in the region served by Bi-State, including those in Illinois.
The Madison County Illinois chairman spoke out against this and prevented it from happening as he rightfully didn’t think it was fair for Illinois taxpayers to bail out a failed trolley in St. Louis.
There is also a problem with St. Louis criminals committing crime in the Illinois suburbs. The Madison County Illinois state’s attorney has had to take action to address this issue.
Initially I’d say this is just utter incompetence from a stupid idiot that doesn’t know what they are doing. But that’s too easy. Enterprising investigators need to find out the connection of the murdering perp to the DA.. —- family, friend or political supporter …. There are no accidents in today’s political world.
Didn’t the judge get the out of office reply?
The lack of consideration for the victim, or the victim’s family is stunning in its outrageousness.
Our nation is broken.
Just a hunch … what range of the color spectrum does the defendant’s skin absorb? I’m guessing he isn’t of the fair skinned persuasion.
Why is Gardener not charged with contempt of court? There is no greater show of contempt than refusing to show up, much less doing so three times on the same case.
Forget that this was a felon. Just focus on the contempt shown the judge by bringing the case and then refusing to show up, three times. This is 100% on Gardner who knew or should have known.
What is with the judge who will not hold her to account?
Was this the plan all along?
I LOVE Dude Dog! Always brings a smile, even in the darkest of times.
No mention in the article about the victim, or any statement from the victim’s family. The reporters are just as lazy as the prosecutors.
At the very least it would seem this should be grounds for disbarment, let alone immediate termination.
Prosecutorial Abuse takes two principal forms, inaction, or inappropriate action.
Only substantial political will of the electorate has a hope of rectifying either.
The victim it seems, was a man, washing his truck. Or that was a different victim from another murder case when that other defendant also walked for lack of prosecution; One other victim, perhaps the one this man who was just let go killed, was a person whom had just been in an argument with the assailant and the victim simply had walked away; the reporter isn’t clear which victim this case is about:
https://www.stltoday.com/news/local/crime-and-courts/dismissal-of-st-louis-murder-cases-stems-from-problems-in-prosecutors-office/article_00007592-fc29-5367-b07d-d7dc87e63662.html\
Both murderer and victim are black, so no wonder Ms. Gardner isn’t terribly interested in prosecuting this case. Not like a white man with a gun defending his home against a violent mob.
Prosecutors are re-filing the cases.
https://gunmemorial.org/2019/05/22/vincent-sanders
And yet, those victims, whatever color their skin happens to be, have families grieving for their loss and this lack of prosecution further erodes any hope of reclaiming an honest judicial system.
Thank you for the link on the other case.
This has been happening in Trudeau’s Canada, but for different reasons, after the 2016 Canadian “Supreme Court’s R. v. Jordan decision set deadlines of 18 months for provincial court trials and 30 months in superior court.” Most (or all) of the charged had been released on bail while they awaited trial. Lack of court funding was the main excuse.
“A (2 year) database compiled by Global News found that nearly 800 criminal cases — ranging from manslaughter to drug trafficking and even murder — have been stayed because a judge found the defendant’s constitutional right to a timely trial had been violated.”
**(The Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC)
Where the statute of limitations is superseded by the statue of ambulation.
This still allows the Feds to charge this individual with numerous related crimes. Let’s watch what they do..
As for St Louis, presuming its citizens elected these incompetent officials, they need to remember not to make the same mistake next time.
(Or as I commented to my son about the DC ballpark shooting panic, “This may wake the woke, but I doubt it..”
I live on the outskirts of the city limits… the city is a cesspool , we Very very rarely go into the city limits nowadays..
This was not by mistake, mismanagement or incompetence. This was an intentional thumbing of their nose to us all. Them saying to us, we will do whatever we want and you can’t stop us. If we want to let a murderer walk, then we will. Also if we don’t feel like prosecuting election fraud then we won’t do that either.
Oh it’s like that is it?
Kim Gardener, your day is coming and the truth will find you out.
Whoever is the NEXT victim of this perp SHOULD sue the piss off of Commie Gardners corrupt office.
Maybe there was no evidence or George Soros decided he could use a murder recruit. Truth is stranger than fiction.
Another corrupt incompetent minority liberal judicial scholar who has their eyes set on a high level judicial appointment in the corrupt federal courts. This will look great on her resume.
A rise in vigilanteeism might be expected when the rule of law breaks down.
Soros is an evil man.
He’ll be back…
Meanwhile, Garner looks to be primo quality Biden-appointee material! “Merrick Garland, paging Merrick Garland…your new Acting Assistant AG is on Line 2!”
The victims name was Randy Moore and he was 30 years old. His black life did not matter.
“Oopsie”???? IMHO, it no was accident. Just another Soror funded tactic to destabilize our society.
Intentional
Kim Gardner has never had to answer for her criminal actions in the Eric Greitens case. Why is that?
Sounds like we are hurtling rapidly backwards into a Wild, Wild West scenario where “justice” is meted out as you, yourself, see fit
Scary, but it does cull the herd a bit of undesirables…
If you don’t get out to the firing range regularly, might be a good time to consider starting while guns and ammo are still relatively accessible
