In this article from Revolver, they point out the similarities between the FBI “investigation aka entrapment” in the Michigan Governor Whitmer kidnapping plot. In both cases, there appear to be unindicted co-conspirators where are actually FBI informants. They lay out uncanny number of parallels into these two “investigations’ or set=ups. Particularly, the idea that the FBI did nothing to stop Jan 6 despite their great number of informants in the three militia groups AND that the most aggressive people on Jan 6 are the unindicted co-conspirators. AND the interesting thing is the head of the FBI fiend office in Detroit who oversaw the infiltration of the Michigan plot operation was quickly promoted to the DC FBI office and is now in key figure in…wait for it…the Jan 6 Siege. I watched the Tucker interview of Ashli Babbitt’s husband and his lawyer. Tucker didn’t ask much, and the husband and attorney didn’t volunteer much information. The attorney appeared rather disinterested. Was the husband chewing tobacco?

I would have liked to hear Tucker ask why Ashli was initially identified as Ashli Pamatian (a Filippino surname). Or why she was taken away by ambulance to (presumably?) a hospital. There is a well-equipped hospital one floor below where she was allegedly shot. And what of her clothing and effects? If they are pursuing a civil case, wouldn’t they want them?

The Yavapai County Sheriff’s Department issued an odd public Service announcement last Friday. Yavapai County Recorder Leslie M. Hoffman had received two complaints from citizens. Someone in Prescott, which is 100 miles North of Phoenix, was allegedly asking residents how they voted. Hoffman said one lady directly contacted the Prescott Police Department. This person lives in an apartment complex and called the police after noticing someone trying to “buzz” different residents to ask about voting habits. The other Prescott resident, a homeowner, said two people approached her home asking if she voted, and for whom. This resident asked for ID, neither would comply, so she contacted Hoffman’s Recorders office.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell is demanding a criminal investigation into the leaking of confidential tax information, insisting that whoever was responsible be imprisoned.

He wants the Justice Department and FBI to investigate who released information about some of the country’s wealthiest taxpayers including Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Warren Buffet.

‘Our tax returns are, by law, confidential because of just this kind of shenanigans,’ he told conservative host Hugh Hewitt’s radio show.

‘These people, ought to, whoever did this, ought to be hunted down and thrown into jail.’

McConnell, along with Sens. Chuck Grassley and Mike Crapo, announced Monday he had written to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray to demand those responsible be prosecuted and and jailed.

They wrote that tax filers are expected to disclose personal information and in return can expect that their information is treated confidentially.

‘Paying one’s taxes is a civic duty, and that duty requires taxpayers to disclose to the IRS deeply personal financial information…’ including where they live and work, how much they spend on healthcare and child care, and the size of retirement funds, they said.

‘But those compelled disclosures should not, and do not, make that financial information public.’

Confidentiality is a vital step to preventing the information being used for illicit purposes,’ they said.

‘Th[e] rule of confidentiality is about more than just protecting individual privacy, although that is an important objective,’ they wrote.

‘The rule is a vital check against the use of the incredible power of federal taxation for nefarious political purposes.’

 On Monday, though, a conservative reporter with a good reputation revealed some really stunning facts: Several hundred thousand ballots are missing and boxes that purported to hold ballots for counting contained only blanks.

It’s always possible, of course, that the missing ballots will still turn up. However, given that Trump lost Arizona by only 10,457 votes, the fact that 5 to 10 percent of the votes are currently missing is staggering in its implications.

If this reporting turns out to be accurate, this will be an explosive development. However, that said, if this report is accurate… this is likely the reason why Maricopa County officials have been fighting the audit, hiring lawyers and positioning themselves in an attempt to undermine the chain-of-custody of the ballots.

If Democrats and NeverTrumpers were confident in their victory, they would have encouraged the audit — provided, of course, that they got to watch and record every single movement to ensure the auditors’ honesty and accuracy. Their desperate opposition to the recount doesn’t suggest confidence; instead, it strongly suggests that they know the jig soon will be up, in Arizona at least.

Moreover, if the recount shows fraud in Arizona, at least some of the other states in which Biden’s victory was suspect will do recounts as well. No wonder AG Merrick Garland is doing everything he can to block the recount movement.

As for me, I continue to hew to a theory I put forth some time ago, which is that, since the Constitution is a contract between the American people and their government, common law fills in the blanks when the Constitution is silent about an issue. In this case, because the Founders never contemplated fraud on this scale, the common law offers the doctrine of “void ab initio.”

This long-standing legal rule (which I believe was in effect when the Founders ratified the Constitution) holds that, if a contractual obligation is entered into through fraud, everything that followed that fraud is void. That means that Biden’s six months of executive orders, statements, and everything else will be wiped clean. It’s certainly an enjoyable thought, even if it’s not correct or, if it’s correct, it never comes to fruition.

Allow me to wander – seemingly – toward a larger observation: 15 years ago, in my late 50’s, I was forced from my teaching position of 25 years at a Catholic, all-boy high school in northern Ohio because of declining enrollment. My wife also was in danger of having her small Catholic grade school close down for the same reason.

We thought we were lucky to find employment at a Catholic K-12 operation (I will not call it a school) in Georgia: my wife was assistant principal at the K-8 building and I was supposed to teach Latin and establish a German program, along with A.P. European History, at the upper level.

We were tricked: the place turned out to be a day-care center for wealthy people’s children (the place was in one of the richest zip codes in America), the “president” of the operation was a Welsh con man who had no degree in Education, and teachers were terrified of him, for he had established a Stalinist atmosphere of spying to keep people in line, i.e. in spite of what we had heard at our interviews, the president wanted “absolutely no rigor” in our courses. The students were not to be hassled with homework or “too many tests,” etc.

My best student in Latin IV called the place a joke! He had learned Latin well through his own devices in spite of the ban on “rigor.”

Because of an incident where two students lied about me giving a forbidden test to them (certain days were test-free), I resigned in February: the president was going to “investigate me” for other similar violations and make an example of me to continue his Stalinist terror (a good number of the teachers were British immigrants whose Green Cards the Welshman dangled before their eyes constantly).

This was the lowest point of my life and career: who would ever hire me after this?

Nevertheless, I had to try: I left off this debacle from my resume’ and started applying to schools everywhere: by April I had been hired by a Catholic grade school here in Ohio to teach Latin! I was relieved beyond belief! And my wife also found employment here rather quickly!

At the K-8 building, a teacher had been fired on the spot for daring to ask for a Letter of Recommendation for a position at a school in her hometown. Other teachers who wanted to leave were terrified and wondered what to do. My wife quietly put out the word that she as Assistant Principal would write letters of recommendation for them.

One of the teachers at the K-8 operation wanted to leave for Charlotte, where she had grown up and where her parents lived. My wife gladly wrote a letter for her and the young teacher was hired.

Eight years later our oldest son moved to Charlotte to work as a V-P at a bank: not knowing anyone, he registered with a dating service ad was matched him with a nice young lady who was a teacher.

Are chills going down your spine yet? Yes, she was the teacher who had asked my wife for a letter of recommendation! They were married a year later!

You see, what seemed to be a disaster, the lowest point in our lives, turned out to have long-term and very positive results! The new positions back in Ohio had not been open a year earlier: it seems that we needed to “wander in the desert” for that year, before we could reap a harvest of good fortune.

It is quite possible that what may be America’s lowest point in its History – a stolen presidential election! Communism and general lunacy (i.e. “Woke Kulcher”) on the march! – is a necessity for the country to experience, before a general rebirth can occur.

It is quite possible that we need the Leftists to display their contempt and hatred and evil so openly that they end up destroying themselves thereby.

The feeling that “something BIG is about to happen” (see Colonel Kurt Schlichter’s recent essay) may be rising precisely because of the disastrous 2020 election.

History is created by the decisions of individuals: it is not an impersonal force happening to us.

The people of the USA have been at war with the swamp openly since Ronald Reagan. President Reagan was a great man but like President Trump was surrounded by swamp rats, the biggest being George HW Bush. Like Pence his job was ride shotgun, feed Intel back to swamp and disrupt the administration, see General Flynn’s set up. President Reagan signed Simpson-Mazzoli in 1986 granting amnesty to a couple million illegal squatters aka our replacement population.

In 1988 HW ran as the 3rd term of the great Reagan, “read my lips no new taxes”…and won in a landslide. Now the NWO swamp rat extraordinaire was at the helm and operation “kill off the USA” had it’s man. HW broke his promise and sent us into endless wars in the Middle East, “this aggression will not stand, a thousand points of light, a New World Order”

In 1992 the swamp had another close call H. Ross Perot. This fearless man stepped forward and the swamp attacked, even the great Rush Limbaugh (RIP) called him a “hand-grenade with a bad haircut”. But unlike President Trump he ran on the Reform Party. Once the swamp began it’s assault he would start and stop and start his campaign and even with that he received almost 19% of the vote allowing Slick Willie in by a mere plurality. No worries for the NWO Slick Willie is a slut and easily controllable. He didn’t disappoint, NAFTA, repeal of Glass-Steagall, sexual romps in the Oval Office et al.

In 1994 a hopeful Newt Gingrich gave us the Contract with America and for the first time in 40 years the Republicans controlled the legislature we thought. Just as sure as day follows night one of his first big acts was to push through NAFTA the death knell for American Manufacturing, I know I owned a manufacturing company with a couple hundred employees, 9-11 finished off what was left. Newt did some good things as well, like stopping Hillary Care, but he did not survive the continuous onslaught by the MSM.

Then in 2000 “W” oozed to the top of the heap and beat out the other swamp rat Gore by a hanging chad. HW has his man back inside and “W” didn’t disappoint. He gave us ” Compassionate Conservatism” and this allowed the moniker that conservatism aka freedom is not compassionate, what a dummy. We had 9-11. (With what I’ve seen now I’m believing this was a false flag. When 9-11 happened, if you’d of said that to me I would have argued vehemently with you about such a silly conspiracy theory, but I digress). There are no coincidences, right? “W” reinserted the USA into war all over the world. Prescription Drug Benefit, in 2004 he ran amongst other things to secure our Southern border, money was allocated instead he made the statement that “We’re all Gods children”, and the3rd world flood went into overdrive. Then when the collapse of the economy crashed in 08, see repeal of Glass-Steagall and 30 to 1 derivatives. Then this creep gave us to “large to fail – we have to abandon capitalism to save it – then Quantitative Easing” and the set up for Barry-O the Destroyer. con’t…

It is equally sad and delightful to see law enforcement standing up against The Abusers of our Constitution.

Sad it is that such action even needs to occur.

Delightful that there are still Americans in this nation. This gives me hope that other Americans with backbone and resolve to go toe to toe / nose to nose with The Abusers will also arise from a “waiting” position.
