The White House purposefully found the one couple that could make frail and feeble Biden appear healthy? Or is this unmasked giants meeting with frail mini-people?
Whatever the reason, Joe Biden is following the Jimmy Carter economic model for inflation; so perhaps they were talking about the best way to do the exact wrong thing for the U.S. economy.

After studying other people’s ideas, I was inspired to study the photo and enlarge. I see a blurry white line around Biden so I think he was photoshopped in. I also see lines around the pictures that contain the Carter’s – the big picture of roselynn and Amy and the smaller one of jimmy. Also, the lines of the frames of those portraits are not in the proper perspective compared to the two framed paintings near Jill. Also, the faces of jimmy and roselynn look photoshopped in as again the perspective doesn’t fit the rest of their bodies. Maybe Jill alone was visiting some old person and the photo was changed. I also don’t believe that whenever is responsible for dressing Roselynn would dress her like that for an official photo with the “President” and First Lady.
So, a guess- the Carter’s are both dead but they haven’t announced it. Maybe Biden is dead or so goofy he is incapacitated and that is an actor playing him. They are using the “Carter’s” to authenticate this fake Biden.
I use Photoshop for hours every day and have been using it nearly 30 years. I looked at this carefully in the product and I don’t see anything that screams ‘photoshopped’. Cutting what’s her name and Joebama out of another picture and putting them into one of Peanut and Roselynn is no trivial task, considering how they’re kneeling. There would be telltales. For instance, if you were dropping doctor what’s her name in there, you couldn’t bother to drag in that random yellow shoe because doing so creates more work for you and is unnecessary. Punxsutawney Joey’s not really got the halo other than one created by jacking up the contrast. Given the size of the picture, it was probably edited (and by that I mean, “cleaned up”), had the colors and contrast jacked up a bit, and then exported as a JPEG. Assuming the photographer’s the official WH guy, he’s not shooting jpegs; he’s shooting ‘raw’ and exporting JPGs from Photoshop after editing. The lines of the frames are just poorly hung pics and Roselynn’s clothing is what one would expect for a nonagenarian; I’d be surprised if anyone’s dressing her. The weird perspective is because the photographer was probably kneeling. Either that or they’re 4′ 2″ tall. 😉

Please look around Joe’s jacket on his left and the left shoulder. There is a white line clearly when I enlarge. A white outline . I have seen videos on photoshopping that indicate that is an indication of photoshopping. I agree that Jill does not look photoshopped. Look at her hair on top – it is very intricate to the photo.
That’s what I originally thought too about the pictures. Not sure but the perspective still seems slightly off even if you discount for a tilted picture.
How do you explain the size differential between the Biden’s and the Carter’s? And between the Biden’s fans the rest of the room?
Correcting for the white line when you composite something is sort of the first thing on your checklist to correct for. Consider that there really aren’t any hard lines in a photo, rather a gradation in pixels. Pumping colors or contrasts will put the line on there. Photoshop has a very sophisticated bit of mathematics called ‘feathering’ which helps you to avoid hard lines on cutouts in composites. Don’t let hair fool you– you can easily cut out hair and make it natural looking. As nearly as I can tell, Roselynn’s adult height was 5’2 and being in her 90s, as we know, she’s shrunk. Punxsutawney Joey’s six feet tall. She’s teeny making him seem robust. Same thing for Peanut. He was probably 5’9 as an adult and depending on medical conditions he could have shrunk a good deal. My dad and I were both 5’11”. He had spinal stenosis and shrank rapidly. At some point it dawned on me I was looking at the top of his head when I stood next to him. I mean, a lot. Peanut’s relative size doesn’t seem remarkable to me. As to the pictures … poorly arranged. That big picture has no business behind the lamp and Peanut’s is clearly off level. The other two, meh! 😉
Looking carefully at the photo, the image is distorted so that things at the edges look extra large. A wide angle lens in a small room?

It looks like forced perspective, the Bidens look gigantic and even President Carter’s shoes look too big. It’s a bad photo.
Concur. I dug around in the exif data and there’s nothing there. If I had to put money on it, I’d say it was shot quite wide on something like a 12-24. I had one of those once and the barrel distortion was terrible and you’d never shoot portraits with one. I’d run it through something like DxO Viewpoint to try to see if I couldn’t correct the verticals but I’d probably sprain an eyeball or something. 😉
You are not a very good user of photoshop and hopefully you do not do anything important with it.
Look at the “intersetion” points where Dr. Jill’s arms meets Jimmie the peanut Sock Puppet Joe’s arm meets the chair.
Now I know the demo-commies do not follow laws, but the laws of physical say there no way to optically cause all the major size differences and anomalies if this is supposed to be a homogeneous picture.

I think the lens was too wide. I use Photoshop too, but a program like DXO would have corrected the perspective. Look at the edges of the picture frames on the wall – way way off.

Years ago I met former First Lady Roselyn Carter while shopping at the fabulous Harry’s Market in Alpharetta. She was a tall, slim, pretty woman who graciously autographed the Harry’s list of specials for my Mother. I despised Jimmy Carter’s policies but she seemed like a genuinely nice person.
The picture that was released shows the Carter’s as oldsters in decline. Jill and Joe look vibrant by comparison, planned subliminal advertising from Joe’s handlers.
No mask? Joe was told by his handlers that a couple of funerals might get the border crisis off the front pages for a couple of days. We’ll see. Democrats had better hope they both live out past the 14 day period.

According to someone down thread, the photo is legit. But, even if it bizarrely is, what is the point of issuing it? Carter (and yes I voted for him because I thought he was a “good guy”) was one of the worst presidents in American history. I don’t see how putting this out helps anyone, certainly not the Democrats.
It looks to me as if Mrs. Carter has created a little doll room where she can look like a normal person, and President Carter is obeying her command to look the same size as she is. Slouching his way to Lilliput. Carter’s shin bones even look longer than Biden’s. Definitely slouching.

The picture is wonky. It looks like the Biden’s were Photoshoped into it for Covid reasons. The Carter’s look like they are majorly reduced. If someone was kneeling next to a chair, they wouldn’t be so far above it. Also Joe’s right shoulder/upper arm look wonky.

The difference between Carter and Biden is that Carter actually had good intentions and just was plain wrong. Biden knows that same path is wrong but is going to do it anyways for the sake of keeping power.
