Court Hearing:
- (1) The audit will continue. The Arizona judge denied a temporary restraining order.
- (2) Judge made clear that democrats have provided no evidence to support their claims of audit impropriety.
- (3) The lead auditing firm must release their auditing process and systems to the public.
- (4) After the Arizona Secretary of State previously refused the invitation to participate in the audit; the democrats have no reversed course and argued with the court to have the SoS and legal counsel present. The judge gave both sides until 5pm to work it out.

I was watching the trifecta of successful rocket launches this evening so perhaps missed something, the judge everyone thought was in Lawfare’s pocket ruled against Lawfare on the audit, yes? If so, IMO expected. They already have the underlying information handled. This is theater. It’s ‘fortifying’ the process, making it look fair and impartial. I’ll eat crow when any actions to the contrary occur; I’ll even wager right now that no local goats will be sacrificed for the team. Everyone will remain vertical, breathing and in their street clothes. BTW, who’s funding the army of Lawfare lawyers and their ground forces? Follow the money.

The audit apparently is a contract for 150,000. I have no idea what the legal battle is costing whomever is paying for it. At this point I do no think this will really give the demo-commies any more than they already have learned.
The biggest take away is that if the demo-commies fail to establish digital voting, with no paper trail put in place, they have know there are two major weak points in their algorithm scheme.
First: There is a paper record that gets generated and that needs to be exchanged for flipped votes or created for vapor votes. Those paper records have to delivered while flipped records have to be removed and discarded.
Second: The isolation of the polling and counting locations was incomplete as is evident by the 1,000’s of hours of security CCTV and hand-held recorded surveillance video on the internet showing ballot records being delivered, exchanged and removed.
All the other issues can easily be fixed, programmed and anticipated.

The FBI has means and methods (ostensibly in fighting “crime”) that supposedly would be jeopardized if those those M&Ms were made public. Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 16, Section 13 is really very straightforward. In fact, it’s almost identical to the State Laws of every other State in this union. It very plainly states that original election materials must be retained for at least two years, and made available for inspection and audit by any “election contest.” It stipulates that the contestant must post bond to cover expenses, which is forfeit if the contestant loses. ($1 million is perfectly reasonable in this case.)
Going forward, it should be clear to all of us that “post-election audits” must now become “the new normal.” Because we can now very plainly see that there are those who will brazenly try to commit election fraud. And, if they become sufficiently confident that they’ve gotten away with it, to boast of their exploits in Time Magazine.

Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer want to take what were unusual, rushed voting practices in the middle of a pandemic last year and now make them permanent. That is the first bill they have introduced. They are trying to make vote-by-mail universal across the country, override 50 states’ election laws, eliminate not only photo identification but signature verification as well.
The Annual Harvard Election Integrity report has the USA ranked at 57 out of 58 developed countries for election integrity and security. The majority of European states do not allow mail-in ballots except for those living abroad because of the inherent opportunity of voter fraud. They also use voting machines with a paper ballot trail to be used in case of a recount as Senator Barrack Obama recommended in 2005.
As your constituent, I must urge you to do the right thing and refuse to accept universal mail-in balloting for the sake of fair and secure elections and instead push for a nationally required State government issued Photo ID to vote. Any State photo ID i.e., a drivers license should be acceptable however US government should also subsidize States to provide a free Voter Photo ID on request as to not violate SCOTUS rulings of a Voter Tax in regards to having to pay for an ID to vote.
Time is of the essence to pursue this goal.

It has been noted that this would be the first comprehensive audit of any election in US. But what scares folks on the other side would be the international (Venezuela, etc) possibilities. The dims aren’t just fighting, entire other countries are probably quite nervous too. And probably funding the counter efforts too.

What seems so basic to me is why protest the audit unless you have something to hide? You would think the Democrats would know protesting the audit is a dead give-away admitting guilt.
Is the Democrats way of thinking that convoluted? I guess their way of thinking what people think does not matter. Democrats only think about how they can twist and turn for reaching their goal.
It might be difficult for more straightforward and honest people to conceptualize but these battles of lawyer bright minds are quite complex, deceptive and manipulative. Just imagine generals moving humans on the fields of battle and in intelligence and spying to defeat an enemy. A simple frontal attack rarely occurs. Guile, deceit, secrecy, manipulation, every kind of act we might normally find loathsome, illegal and against God can and often does occur.
If one thinks of this stuff as war without blood in the streets it gets easier. It’s war where the warriors define the field of battle and warp the rules from any semblance of what makes sense to the average citizen. That includes ‘opinions’ and ‘rulings’ from judges.
They are that convoluted but they are also counting on social media, tech gurus, certain governors, and American idiocy to sell that propaganda saying otherwise.
They still believe they own the message online. They have let themselves believe they are the only voice…well because on their platforms they are the only voice. The others are banned or deplatformed. They literally visit an echo chamber.

I’ve been amazed at the number of Conservatives who have been blindly cheering all of this devoid knowing anything about the actual criteria of the audit.
That trusting of a entity contracted by a political party? What could possibly go wrong in that scenario?

a u.s. citizen found them and bagged the shredded paper. Last heard, someone was going to try to meticulously reassemble the shreds to see if they were filled in ballots..

Yep, Lawfare 101. Their operatives in the Legislature will handle ‘fortifying’ election laws to provide the next set of loopholes to supplant the current ones exposed by the audit. My bet is their staffs are already working on it. Having the auditor’s methodology makes the work simpler, not to mention the time honored optics of attacking methods versus facts.

The democrat’s case must be very weak. They must’ve thought they had it all lined up. Get rid of the judge you don’t like. Have a judge you do like installed by the wife of one of complainants. Easy peasy. But, their case must be so weak that even after all that, they couldn’t pull it off.
Judge since you are forcing CN to disclose secrets and proprietary methods, will you now force Dominion and the other vote machine manufacturers to do the same? You know, since they were told they didn’t have to previously? Your argument applies to them as well.
We need to patiently wait for the final audit results. If any election irregularities are uncovered we already know the propagandandists have ready made lies and methods to obfuscate the findings. They also have the complicit stupid party and corrupt courts on their side. The corruption is so deep that they take a major loss and turn it into a victory.
Just to be fair, allow the Democrats to participate in the audit but make them stand 300 feet away from the auditors, because of COVID. And if they raise any objections eject them for interfering in the process.

Expecting as you have noted that the media will slander this effort like nothing we have ever seen. I do hope that “Team Audit” is strategizing its PR efforts to combat same.
In a sane world, just having 6 channels of video streaming all of the time would provide a HUGE contrast to the counting that occurred during the election.
