Either he has both chambers without the RINOs running the show and replaced with MAGA reps or it is not going to be fruitful. His EOs show what he will do, but he needs LAWS to make things permanent (or at least harder to remove). Everything hinges on 2022, for the most part.

People, especially this in government offices, do not have a constitutional right to discriminate against others when it comes to their employment.
States don’t have a Constitutional right to change election laws without the approval of State legislators but it happen last year and the Supreme Court said no one in the country had standing before the Court to challenge them. So why would this be different? Does our Constitution apply only part of the time?
The problem, as I see it, is that anything that you say can be construed in a negative way. Just using a pronoun someone doesn’t like is now a no-no. What is more, it is not supposed that officers are using their offices to spout offensive language. We should be able to post that Tranny Book Hour at the Public Library is sick and still be employed as police officers.
