The left’s running list of 1000s of alleged “Trump lies”… really did work, especially with women.
It was very frustrating b/c some of the President’s tweets were unnecessarily combative. Many would prove true… but were not presented by the media as true.
Sometimes, I believed that PDJT… needed to distract the left media away from serious negotiations and other things b/c he knew the media would try to destroy his efforts.
The lesson of Abu Graib made me believe PDT was trying to make our anti-American media chase insignificant rabbits down holes so they would not focus on sabotaging trade or ME negotiations.
Re: Abu Graib– by the time it was revealed publically, it had already been discovered and ended by DOD. We are at war. You do not beat this into the minds of the Iraqis… which OUR media did, every day, for a very long time.
Even my die-hard Dem grandmother was upset by it being on the news constantly. She said: “we never did this in WWII!” The US media was deliberately betraying the country during war and trying to turn the Iraqi people against the US… and it worked. All our gains were lost. The Iraqi people distrusted us and turned to Iran and it would take years to regain the ground we lost in large part b/c the media revealed Abu Graib and attacked the US over and over and over.
So I did view some of the unnecessary stuff Trump said/tweeted as deliberate distractions to keep the left media focused on irrelevant crap so they would not sabotage administration policies.
Most of PDT’s stmts/accusations… would prove true but the media would refuse to admit it… and they remain on the list of 1000s of “Trump lies.” So much evidence of seditious plots against the President exist but the media successfuly kept the Truth from the public.
We needed those indictments very badly to prove … the truth and fix our dangerously corrupt system.

Once he makes a clear statement then he might be able to restrict the RNC’s use of his name but I’m not sure he can restrict them from using references to his policies.
