Az we NOW know, and frankly most did not, before the 2020 election, the Constitution invests plenary power in State legislatures to establish election procedures for Federal elections in their States.
Therefore, what the Federal Congress does is IRRELEVANT, in addressing election integrity going forward.
For example, Nanzi’s 2021 HR 1, from the House “calls for” Universal (all 50 states) mail out balloting, same day registration, waving voter I. D., etc just like her 2019 HR 1 bill.
Even if it were to pass, State governments don’t have to take it to court; they can just tell her to pound sand, and refuse to implement, and not a thing she can do about it.
Our federalist system is still largely intact, we just need to buck up, and clean up State governments.
Two quick examples; PDJT’s telegram page aplears up, and the first thing is a proclamation he issued Jan 13, 2021 “ordering” all flags be at 1/2 staff,….ON ALL FEDERAL PROPERTIES.

Cause the POTUS, and the Federal government has NO authirity to order State capitols or private citisens to put flags at half staff; we do it as a courtesy.

Many have suggested moving Federal Departments out of DC. Understandable, but a move to ABOLISH most of these Departments would be more in keeping with the Constitution.

Obviously, if a State like Texas succeeded, they would no longer recieve Federal funds.
And, because Constitutionally and legally, the Federal government has very limited authority to tell State governments what to do, the Federal government uses with holding federal funds as a “club” to compel the States to do things the Federal government has NO authority to order them to do.
So, take over local school boards, reject “common core” and this transgender nonsense all the way up to the State level, and tell the Feds to shove their $0.03 of Federal funding for education.
IMHO, we ALL, myself included, focused our attention on FEDERAL elections, and largely ignored State, County and municiple elections, as shown by turn out.
We can START with election integrity, at the State level, and School boards, County commisioners etc. And then move on to strengthening our State governments, both legislatures and govenors, to affirmatively assert STATES RIGHTS, both as a bulwark to this commiefascist takeover attempt, AND as a return to Constitutional government as intended.

Thirdly, PT and the Military believe our military advantage over China will decline over time, particularly if a Democrat were to win the presidential election in the future. Fourthly, PT and the Military believe that China will attack Taiwan within months of a Xou Bai Den election. Fifthly, the CCP believes that Xou Bai Den will back off and allow the attack. Sixthly, PT and the Military also believe that Xoa Bai Den will back off and allow the attack.
My likely invalid theory is that the CCP will threaten Xoa Bai Den, he will back off, the Military will begin the process of withdrawing from the Taiwan strait, the CCP will begin their attack, the US Military will turn on a dime, ignore Xoa Bai Den – because he is not the true President – and demolish an exceptionally large part of China’s military capabilities. After which the US Military will display the evidence of voter fraud, arrest 10’s of1,000’s of criminals and take their assets – including many in Congress – and either order new fraud free, Military managed elections or enable putting PT back in the Whitehouse as he also was sworn in previously. PT will then reclaim all of China’s properties and investments in the USA of all kinds, shut-down and restart Major Media, and break up Social Media while forcing them to share their technology with competitors. Time for Texas and Florida to start full forensic audits of the 2020 election. Obviously, President Trump won these states. The one thing the Joebama crew could’ve done to potentially lull the giant back into slumber, would be to immediately issue $2,000 payments to everyone and claimed “the evil Trump” was holding them up. People seriously wanted that money. At Biden’s inauguration there were five flags hanging as background. There was one big centered 50 star American flag and 4 other flags, two Betsy Ross and two 13 star flags. Betsy Ross? This is appalling and a must read. It has to do with the COVID 19 numbers. It’s an incredible story. Murmuring were going on in DC before Biden’s inauguration that President Trump was a murderer, responsible for over 400,000 COVID Deaths. And then it came out.

But., there was an independent scientist keeping track of the month by month numbers coming from the CDC. And when the year 2020 was closed, the numbers did not add up. they weren’t even close. Then, on January 7, one day after Biden was elected, the CDC changed the numbers to reflect the murmurings, by adding around 300,000 COVID deaths in one day to the “deaths by all causes column”. Very reminiscent of what happened during election night. They used the same playbook.
Unfortunately for them, this man, Dr. James DeMeo, Ph.D, had been writing all this up in a paper for the previous three months waiting for the latest figures to come out from the CDC before he published. And he published it. I grabbed the PDF before it disappears. They changed the figures on January 7 after the finals figures were out.

The CDC and their “leadership” and MSM practically destroyed my faith in public health organizations. The announcements of ‘model’ results predicting the end of civilization, denouncement of HCQ, paying hospitals for COVID cases, and COVID deaths, pretending that only a vaccine could save us, wrecking our economy…
Somehow this attracted my attention early on and I kept reading and exploring and realized it was a fraud from the beginning. Unfortunately, even though I’m scientifically literate, I’m not a speaker, a politician, or a debater. In other words, I couldn’t see how to stop it short of giving myself a death sentence.
Fauci, Big Pharma, and MSM are culpable for upwards of 100,000 or more deaths blamed on COVID. That’s without the mismanagement of demoncratic governors.

Abstract
Basic annual all-cause deaths data, when reviewed in light of a claimed Covid-
19 pandemic and decadal expectations from annual increases in population
growth, revealed no overall surge in USA deaths for 2020. Age-specific
analysis also failed to confirm any significant increase in Covid-19 deaths
among populations of high-risk elderly 65+ years as compared to all-cause
deaths within the same demographic. The Centers for Disease Control’s (CDC)
“daily confirmed-case and confirmed-deaths” data on Covid-19 were also
reviewed as plotted together on the same ordinate scale, along the vertical axis,
revealing a less frightening perspective of daily confirmed death numbers from
the claimed “pandemic” than is usually reported on “official science” and media
websites with graphical and numerical exaggerations. Daily death/case ratios
failed to affirm any significant growth or spread of an expected deadly viral
pandemic, except for the initial period of March-April 2020, which quickly
subsided. These direct reviews of the official CDC data, formulated within the
existing paradigm of a claimed deadly SARS-CoV-2 virus and Covid-19
disease, expose multiple contradictions to basic causality and logic. Problems
in PCR/Antigen tests and electron-microscopy for specific identification of
SARS-CoV-2 are exposed, indicating cross-reactivity and confusions with other
corona viruses and their DNA/RNA fragments, along with antibodies to them.
The claimed Covid-19 tests thereby do not appear specific to the living SARSCoV-
2 virus, which is why lab-confirmed cases among asymptomatic people
have soared to dramatically high numbers, while lab-confirmed deaths have not.
Other contradictions in CDC data were identified, and can best be understood as
deaths from ordinary seasonal respiratory disorders such as influenza or
pneumonia being inappropriately reclassified as Covid-19. Soaring “case”
numbers therefore would reflect herd immunity only, possibly as early as May
of 2020.
