I am trying to get some of you to comment on the QUO WARRANTO proceeding that PTrump STILL has available to him. I posted an article and now I post this. The courts did NOT dismiss the cases as being MOOT. This seems like a good option. Any ideas? He has all the fraud and the evidence needed to present.

By the act of physically leaving the Office of The President– didn’t President Trump tacitly concede the election and any further legal recourse then becomes moot? This proceeding whether it is a week old or not has to filed after the person is inaugurated. And is used in circumstances such as to correct a fraudulent election.
Under NO circumstances will the Supreme Court issue an order unseating the current President of the United States and ordering his opponent installed as President.

I read some of Donofrio’s blog re Quo Warranto. Donofrio IS a brilliant lawyer… but I think this ship has passed. Trying to EXTRACT biden from the WH now is ridiculous. Just stop him from entering in the 1st place Hopefully Donofrio is correct.
I read his legal briefs years ago too. Exceptionally brilliant. He has a truly superior legal mind. His case certainly deserved to be heard by SCOTUS. Think 3 justices wanted to hear it but that was not enough.

The question was always a valid one. The COTUS says the POTUS must be a NBC. Ok. Fine.
WHAT is the def of a NBC? Answer: no one knows to this day bc it has never been definitively defined… which is obviously absurd.
Its a REQUIREMENT to be potus. It cannot be undefined. But, in fact, it is to this day.
By BO testing it and getting away with being installed as POTUS without SCOTUS answering the question effectively the question & answer is moot now.
Basically ANYONE can be potus. The focus by all media was to make it appear “birthers” were saying BO was NOT born in the USA .. when in reality that wasn’t the real issue. They were trying to MAKE it the focus of the question to deflect from the actual question- what the heck is the def of NBC?
If u were born in the USA, there is a legal term for that too: “NATIVE born citizen” and to be NATURAL born, u do NOT even need to be born in the USA, as it stands now.
Based on the current presumed def of NBC, you COULD be born in the USSR to a KGB father and a US citizen mother and live ALL of your life in the soviet union, except the 14 years (college++) noted in the COTUS and u can be POTUS and CinC…. which is obviously absurd.

I informed my local state rep delegation that I will never vote again in NH as we have Dominion and Smartmatic in use in the Southern part of the state.
I also told them my wife and I are making no more political contributions until this is fixed. No more free and fair elections? Then no more voting.

Um…the man has given us enough. This country being fixed is not solely his responsibility. He has given it his all. We need to thank him and be thankful. He will be visible to all of us soon enough in some capacity. There is only one God and as much as I love our President Trump, he is not it, he is only one man. We need to all do as he has done, Be willing to take the slings and arrows on behalf of our movement and regroup to re-energize to continue our ascent. Momentum is with us and so is God. So, no bitching. Get back up, dust off and get back at it. Remaining a free people is a battle that will go on for eternity. There is no final arrival. There is only constant pursuit.

Justice does take time. And I would say, that the BEST time, if I were President Trump, is exactly when he’s given the “ALL CLEAR” by the Senate, or they refuse to take up the Impeachment. I’d file the case that very day.

There were legal filings all over. There were briefs for legislatures who failed to act.
I don’t think there is any harm in filing the law suit, but I also know it will most likely be dismissed on some technicality as they all have been. Even if it went before a jury, it would be a DC comprised jury. I don’t like the odds.
I’ll play along though, let’s say a DC swamp jury agrees then what? It’s not so easy as presto chango the jury says Trump won. The constitution says electors are chosen by state legislatures and a slate sent to a joint session of Congress who then takes the final vote.
So the jury can determine whatever they want, but the election of the office of President is unique to any other election in the country in how it is carried out. The jury decision would then have to go through a matrix of things, challenged at every step of the way. Legislatures would have to rescind their electors, can they? Do we know? Sounds like SCOTUS weighs in to me.
So let’s say the jury rules in favor of DJT he did indeed win the election. SCOTUS says it’s cool for state legislatures to take up the issue. All of them do AND they rescind their elector slates and replace them with the rightful winner Trump’s slate! It’s a miracle!
Now it goes to Congress, a Congress completely controlled by Democrats. What in your mind makes you think they are going to reconvene a joint session to change electors? Those are the steps laid out in the constitution. Technically they have already met their constitutional duties for the 2020 election, but somehow you think Nancy, Chuck and Kamala are going to agree to this?
Perhaps you think SCOTUS will demand it? Perhaps you think some DC jury will demand it?
The whole thing will never get that far. The courts won’t allow it from the start.

Key phrasing there EXPEDITION was denied, but NOT dismissed, SCOTUS seems to have effectively said “you’re on the right path, just don’t be so hasty about it”.

But usually you would not have all of any group of soldiers facing just one way if they are in fact keeping a lookout for problems. I followed him very closely in 2007 when he filed a lawsuit with the NJ SoS for not qualifying McCain, Obama and Calero (green card holder) on the Presidential ballot. In the process Donofrio ran head-on into, Obama’s thugs, the DeepState minions, and judges, right up through the Supreme Court.
Just curious as to which court you think will touch this? I’d venture to say none.

For those of you who feel that in the last few days you’ve fallen through a wormhole and landed in:
(a) The 1960s and a really long, disturbing episode of “The Twilight Zone”;
(b) Nazi Germany in 1933;
(c) England in 1193 after Richard the Lionhearted was exiled and Bad Prince John usurped the throne;
Please know you’re not alone!
That being said, let me share some random musings that might help us all through this challenging time:
1. From now on until we right this ship, I shall think of our rightful President as Donald the Lionheart, in exile in his palace Mar-a-Lago, while the pretender who has usurped his place is henceforth known as Old Joe, the Phony King of America.
2. I know that right now, we’re all shocked and battered and bruised, and emotions are high. As bad as it is now (and I know it will get worse before it gets better), America and the world has seen this kind of thing happen in various forms time and time again, and I firmly believe if we look to the past, we can find a way forward. Bear with me for a moment:
In our own past, the election of 1824, another “corrupt bargain” that stole the presidency from Andrew Jackson and gave it to the Whig villain John Quincy Adams, resulted in a splintering of the old political parties into the Democratic/Jacksonian party and the National Republican. The public was so angry that less than a year afterwards, Jackson was elected to be the Democratic nominee, and he was carried to victory in 1828. The problems with our election system aside, political parties are not set in stone. There are cracks in both parties right now. Let’s try and use them to our advantage. Rather than form a third party that will never go anywhere, we need to unite Trump and his 75+million voters with the few decent GOP members and remake the GOP into a Patriot party. As our VSGDJT has exposed, the foundation of our government is rotted to the core, and has infested the other branches with its lawlessness and corruption. Every effort since November 4th has proved that it is all but impossible to hope that working within it will lead to a positive outcome for anyone but the swamp creatures willing to defy the Constitution and the law. That said, I think we need to consider taking a leaf out of the playbook of the Confederates in 1860 and get the states that are willing to abide by our Constitution and follow the rule of law to secede. Texas has been trying for years, and I can’t image they’re too happy after the Supreme Court rejected their case against the crooked swing states. While secession hasn’t been tried since the Civil War, the legal case that denounced it after-the-fact is pretty vague, and says it could still be possible in situations where there is a revolution, or other states agree to secede as well.
The United States of America is great in theory, but if we’ve learned anything from all of this, it’s that there is a bigger divide than we ever imagined between We The People and 99% of the ruling class. If we don’t want to end up complete crushed under their heel, we need to accept that fact and do what needs to be done to protect our freedom and safety, even if only for long enough to regroup and put a duly-elected president back in power. We are the majority, even if we’ve been gaslit to believe otherwise. We just need to work with the few good eggs and counter-punch.

There is a proceeding to correct an election for this very problem called a QUO WARRANTO proceeding which no one seems to want to comment on despite my pleas!! Supposedly, you gather all the evidence from all the cases of fraud and submit them in a writ of quo warranto … it’s not up to a judge to decide the merits of the evidence for the writ must be tried by a jury. To date, everything has been decided by judges.

The worse feeling I had was when the Supreme Court stated that Texas had no standing; I knew the fix was permanently in. If Texas has no standing, then who does?
I would like to know how the decision was made; what process did they use to deny Texas? Was it made by one of the law clerks? Was it made solely by traitor Obamacare is a tax Roberts? Did all the judges vote? A committee? How?

With all due respect, but it would appear that we need to keep away from distractions, since 2022 is not that far off. And without 2022, there will be no 2024.
Moreover, there is a lot of work to do at the local level to get people in positions of authority who could help with cleaning up some of the corruption.
Case in point: I’m thinking Dade County, where getting rid of one person almost flipped that county to the R’s. If 3 other swing states were cleaned up in this manner, the current reality would have been different.
I have been listening to Robert Barnes in his Sunday night videos with Viva Frei for quite a while. He appears to be one of the better analysts (next to Sundance) that I have come across.
He is looking forward to 2022 and has a lot of great ideas and initiatives that he and some of his fellow Trump supporters will be initiating. Including erecting a PAC which helps people like us to get the election boards, etc., along with templates, draft docs and procedures.
Moreover, he is in contact with many State legislators (POTUS has identified most of the good ones – candidates for the primaries?) to help them introduce bills that would outlaw the sorts of practices that led to the vote rigging in the last election.
I think this is a positive approach that will at least get the process moving forward into the next election cycles.
Anything backward looking is waisting time… in my humble opinion.

My suggestion would be to concentrate on state election officials who decide the voting system along with gov and sec. of state. Starting with Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Arizona, Nevada and Wisconsin.

Yes, it is foolishness to believe that we will obtain justice from a self-serving corrupt system. The federal government, from the bureaucrats in the DOJ and FBI to the Senate and right up through the Supreme Court have proven time and time again that they have no regard for the rule of law or for our Constitution. More musing from PA and beyond. The PA Republican party posted on Facebook some pablum about the election and crap about accepting or going forward with Biden-Harris. It was entertaining to see the enormous range of immediate negative comments. Very on point and specific about how they (GOPe) failed.
I’m sadly seeing families still being torn apart by this. On several non-politcal private groups, various women are venting about how especially their aged mothers have fallen for the Q crap… except it turns out they are projecting and Q isn’t being mentioned. Just what we’d consider mainstream Trump support.
Lastly among my friends who are Trump supporters, privately and not so privately they are not happy the way this turned out.
When a large number of people feel they have been disenfranchised, you can feel it. I’m feeling it from all over the country.
I don’t know what is going to happen, but a lot of people are very, very sad and angry.

If it’s not a critical need but only a voluntary desire, I would avoid all three and look for a small business seller, local if possible. Evaluate the choices on a case-by-case basis.
My home town is an interesting example. Because it is a tourist destination with many historical preservation sites, the city government does not allow any “big box” stores or chains that alter the Victorian look of the place. Aside from two chain grocery stores and one large Henerey Hardware, all goods here are in small shops. But locals order a lot online, or drive an hour to get to another town that has Costco and Walmart. There’s no Target closer than two hours away.
In my case, it’s a 5 hour round trip drive to get supplies. I generally order/pick up food from local ranchers and farmers. Local stores for household supplies. But, there are some things I cannot get without paying 5x the price, so I purchase from Amazon, Walmart, and Costco. I’m earnestly trying to find other companies. For instance, Home Depot will ship household supplies that I can get locally – substandard and over priced products from the local Dollar Store (who owns that by the way?). Our one local hardware store is owned by some people who are scared spitless of covid, so I’m not shopping there much. It’s really a dilemma. I’m working on it though.

This is the way forward; severely reduce your spending to just basic necessities. Buy local whenever possible. Ebay is buying local when buying from an individual (no sales tax when the seller has no presence in your state). Using your dollars judicially is the most powerful and perhaps our only weapon against big business big tech.
I have two thoughts on that. One it is the lesser of two evils because if you walk into Target with cash in your hand and buy from them, at least some American is employed maintaining that store. My second thought is that even of you think you can only get stuff through Amazon, if you start looking you can find alternatives or substitutes or do without. Example, my wife has allergies, really bad allergies, and Amazon was the only place that had a laundry soap she could use. Now she is making her own. Check E bay and Etsy. Many small businesses and individuals sell there.

Sometimes I wonder if the deep state doesn’t spread disinformation in order to either make conservatives look stupid or to disillusion us when the information (white hats capturing servers in Germany, for example) proves to be false. We have enough of a battle on our hands without dividing our forces with all this disinformation.

Any GOP Senator that does not immediately sue Biden for forcing our country to rejoin the Paris Climate Accords without the treaty being ratified by the Senate will prove once and for all, that he or she will forever be a RINO.
The Paris Climate Accords are not a treaty. That is why Obama could sign without Senate approval and President Trump could cancel without Senate approval. Obama had it carefully worded so it did not need Senate approval.
So how does signing it effect us?
