So. We’re all wondering where this is going and right now it looks bad. What can we do other than clutch our pearls?
We can get involved with our city, county and state governments. Call your city council secretary and find out what is on the agenda for the next meeting. If there is a topic that you would like to make a statement about, research city/state codes and attend the meeting. (If it is being done via zoom, ask to be included–Sunshine Laws) Most ‘deals’ are done during the break. I, unwittingly, shot a deal down by joining a group who had stepped outside to smoke a cigarette. Be respectful but give them your opinions.
Find out when your local board of election meeting are and if they are open to the public. Attend. Question. Ditto for county and state. Make your voices heard because that’s the last thing these politicians want is an involved citizen. Don’t give up, don’t back down. MAGA!

In the coming days and months, we will come to find that Mike Pence was the ultimate plant on our President. Most likely the Deep States’ most important move.
I have been saying this here for years now.
I am almost positive in the first interview with all the Trump kids they said their father did not want to pick Pence but they told him he wasn’t picking a best friend, he needed bin as a running mate. IIRC, Trump’s instincts were spot on.
That is my recollection as well, but if that is true, Trump had reservations or “instincts”, how did Trump hand him so much power? He chose Pence’s word over Flynn’s and fired his General, handed Pence the job of ensuring legitimate elections, and then ultimately, handing Pence the reins of the country’s response to COVID. Why Pence? I am tapping my apolitical, historic doctor and surgeon, HUD secretary Dr. Ben Carson. Simply makes no sense to me.
With Pence heading up covid, at the time I wondered if Trump was doing it to give Pence an opportunity to show he could be a leader and be groomed in the next four to take over MAGA in 2024. Up till then, Pence had ridden in the side car as support in the background. This was his chance to take charge in a crisis, and in a high visibility way.
Instead, Pence botched it, and exposed what a weak leader he is — which is why I think Trump stepped up and started running the covid pressers. Maybe the good thing to come out of the last few weeks is that Pence is not tied to Trump anymore, and won’t be seen as the logical 2024 GOP successor by most Trump voters.
At first he was hoodwinked? He was not even settled in his oval office chair yet.

What a surreal day.
My husband just left for work. My daughters just left for school. I have to go into work at 11, just take out because we’re still under the thumb of our Dictator Governor. The CCP has taken special interest in the state of Michigan for some reason. There are rumors of Chinese troops on the Canadian Border. Before he left this morning, we discussed our “plan”. I work closer to the house, so I’m in charge of retrieving the girls from school if things go south and we powwow back at the house.
I jokingly asked my GM yesterday if today was “Bring your AR to work Day” and he said every day is “Bring your AR to work day”. Ok I’m not actually toting my rifle, but my carry weapon is going to be in my purse today.
With that, I’m just going to pray.
