I am one of the FIRST people Twitter banned in 2016. I praised POTUS speech he made in North Carolina and within days I was PERM Banned. Of course I was smart enough to get around it but Twitter really is nothing but blue check mark world.

I’m Catholic too and find anti-Semitism repulsive. However, I guess it’s the trade-off of a truly free speech environment. Thus, I might have to bear it and just counter it with my own free speech if necessary. What would be truly intolerable would be if such viewpoints were a “guiding principle” of the platform in general, similar to how leftism is now for Twitter.

I have said previously (maybe erroneously) that Donald Trump’s use of Twitter saved that company from bankruptcy.
Trump doing what he does galvanized the other side.
Interest in msm and “older” SocialMedia like FB was kept bouyant because of the daily wrestling. People, by default, started using Twitter for news after they realized the news doesn’t do their own work anymore. Lot’s of people use twitter as news now. …And now their news is being censored again.
FB is dead or dying – they lie about user engagement to advertisers. It doesn’t have near the activity it did a decade ago and there are almost no young people using it. It’s no fun to use an old fashioned interface where grandma wants to friend you.
There’s not many people under 40 on FB. It is not an advertisers dream. Frankly, the lies FB tells to advertisers are criminal but for some reason it never gets investigated/prosecuted.
Could it be FB was created by and is used by the government as a giant spying tool on the American people? Nah they wouldn’t do that.

Evidence of his words were being removed so their story of him calling for violence were completely untrue. He specifically called for peaceful behavior and respect for law enforcement. No absentee ballots. Rather incorporate a system that has real time audio/video monitoring through a VPN that voters must access via an encrypted key that they receive when requested. Once a connection is established, the identification on file is matched to the live person. Automatic recording and preservation is accomplished through a NAS (basically a remote RAID, i.e. cloud server) system that is physically and electronically protected. The voter would be required to verify that they chose their selections, that is, double checking their choices and confirming they made them. If unable to do so, the ballot would be discarded. There would , of necessity, be special circumstances that would prevent a person that was incapacitated physically, i.e., disabled, that would have an aide confirm their ballot in their presence.
That would be but one way to accomplish this.
The system you are proposing is a software system and is on the internet. It can be just as manipulated as Dominion. Only secure system is one which does not rely on machines.
So, how would legal, disabled people vote?
Trump won in a landslide. How are you going to choose anything in the future if you don’t act now.
Is it not better to be prepared, no matter the day or the hour for when we must act?

All they had to do was conduct an honest forensic audit in 1-2 of the disputed counties in each of the 6 swing states, ensuring total transparency with observers from both sides.

Let me address something I saw over at the donald.win.
Some are arguing that Pence had no choice except to either object to the electors or to accept them. And they say he did good by objecting to the electors, and then this objection was unfortunately overruled by the Congress; so, there was nothing more he could do. And therefore, Pence is really on our team, a good guy.
Now, on a certain narrow reading of the law, and in any ordinary circumstance, I believe Pence indeed was limited to either accepting or objecting.
But . . . the fact that the Trump lawsuits were dismissed on procedural grounds (mostly on the basis that there wasn’t enough time to have pleadings and take discovery and transcribe depositions and hold a trial in the matter of only a few weeks) . . . shows that these cases were not justiciable.
That is, this is a political question, requiring a political solution; and in such a situation, you do not adhere to the letter of the law. Instead, you adhere to the spirit of the law.
And the spirit of the law, the spirit of the Constitution, cannot abide the acceptance of fraudulent electors.
It matters not that no court of law has ruled them to be fraudulent. This is not justiciable in the time permitted ( a few weeks ).
Pence could, therefore, have refused to count the electors until an audit was performed or until the states confirmed that an audit had been done.
Yes, this would have taken courage because he would have been acting according to the spirit, and not the letter, of the law. But again, because this is a political question, he could have acted within the spirit of the law — and there is a good chance that a court (the Supreme Court, for example) would have agreed to allow him to act in accordance with the spirit of the law in this circumstance.
The law is not written in stone. That is why we have the case precedent system. That is, every case is different, and we look at what the precedent was in the past to guide how situations should be handled in the future.
Multiple credible accusations of massive fraud across many states all happening at around the same hour on election night, and being out of line with Benford’s Law (a mathematical law used by accountants to detect fraud in accounting statements) — is a new situation . . . and Pence should have seen that, and I am certain a lawyer informed him that he had the legal room to do what the moment required.
In short, Pence didn’t want to do it. And I think we all know why.
Once the tabulating of those states stopped in its tracks that night, the dead people showed up in votes, the poll watchers booted and the suitcases came out on video should have been sufficient circumstantial evidence for congress to hold inquiries into those states and their legislature bodies to be assured of the electoral legitimacy.

I heard there were close to a million people at the protest, so I used 500,000 as a conservative estimate. Then I assumed 500 people actually entered the Capitol and of those, 100 engaged in violence. I think both numbers are probably on the high side.
500/500,000 = .1%
100/500,000 = .02%
So conservatively, .1% of the people at the rally entered the Capitol and .02% were violent or caused property damage. Put another way, for every 1,000 people at the protest, 1 entered the Capitol and .2 were involved in violence or caused property damage. Not very good for all the planning the FBI, security companies, and the left claims we did.

Updates have been sparse tonight because I’m putting the final touches on the CFP server migration that is occurring in the next few hours. After 6 months of dealing with a slow server as traffic grew from 20 million pageviews per month in June, to 96 million pageviews in December, we are finally upgrading to a new massive dedicated cloud server with a top host company Liquid Web.
At this moment, I’m not sure exactly what time the site migration will begin and end, though it should be completed by morning. I will keep you in the loop with updates to this story.

Could someone please share guidance on recruiting/selecting a candidate for State and or Federal office?
I feel that if we want any kind of choice, we must start now. My Senators and Rep (all GOP) were either silent or were the cowardly dog who ran under the bed at the turning of the doorknob. Not one stood for election integrity. One Sen landed a Google center in his back yard last term, so he was bought and paid for. The Rep was the author of the NDAA, so he was mad that Trump called him out for not reining in Big Tech. The other Sen said he’d object, but then looked like he was gonna pee down his leg when he turned tail.
I don’t know the better strategy: Assert that local Repubs select a better candidate or 3rd party? IMO, these folks walked away from the local GOP members that I know. Why should GOP continue to support them?

I believe Senators can be removed by the congress but not recalled.

Yes, until a Congress person is removed by the House or Senate, they keep their seat, as far as sedition or treason, they would need to be convicted as most of the dems and some of the repubs have committed sedition in the last year by fanning the flames of riots we experienced last summer.

I don’t think they even do simple HR background checks on congress not even drug testing etc. I think background checks and drug testing should be mandatory for congress and even for poll watchers/counters.

There is nothing wrong with Americans wanting their own President to put America first.
And for liberals (and I’m not saying you specifically, I’ve not seen your posts before) to claim that everyone who is a republican or a Trump supporter is “racist”, or now as Biden has said a “domestic terrorist”
and claim he’s wanting to unify us is not rational discourse.
The democrats are now surging toward socialism. And proud of it.

Perhaps you are the exception, and are willing to look at both sides of an argument. An example is how Pelosi called General Milley over concerns President Trump will start a nuclear war and she wants Milley’s assurances that he can’t get the ability to do that.
It’s so over the top, so blatantly political (like the upcoming impeachment articles) that there is no way to consider it rational discourse.
The list goes on. And yes, liberals have things at which to be upset, too. But doing anything and everything to make false accusations, and to hold one side or another to a different standard does not in any way bring about rational discourse. Quite the opposite. And in my experience when a liberal gets pinned in a debate they desperately try to change the subject.
I believe rational discourse is absolutely necessary. But when people want their side to win at all costs, it will never happen.

Secondly, why was very little ever done about all of the Profa and Burn Loot Murder riots, violence, destruction, chaos, etc.? Were the thousands of government/police orders, policies and guidelines that were issued consistent with that “hands off” state response all 100% uncoordinated phenomena? How about the minimal amount of serious prosecutions? Was that all coincidental and uncoordinated too?

I am expecting a presidential impeachment to begin in the House of Representatives on Monday, January 11th. President Trump won’t have to send the Marines far and wide to arrest the traitors. They will all be assembled in one convenient place.
It is a shame that organizing a rally that questions if we are duly represented is even an issue, let alone a reason for impeachment.
Sometimes the best defense is a good offence. Hopefully the President will be ready to make his move soon.
