The election was clearly stolen, the courts clearly don’t care, and the swamp is far deeper than it was four years ago. The trajectory of the nation is toward destruction; we had a brief reprieve with Trump and barring tectonic movement we will return to that trajectory. The EO in Trump’s pocket might be an answer but at a horrific cost. The voting machine con should be enough to remove the results fo the election but so far the court system has been a disaster.

Especially if you served your sentence and paid your debt to society.
Actually, in most States, a convicted citisen, who serves their time, including parole, can petition the court where sentenced, for a restoration of their civil rights.
Its a fairly straightforward procedure, they don’t need a lawyer, just a heartfelt letter to the Judge.If they include a request for having their record expunged, assuming the request is granted, its as if it never happened.
Can’t yell “fire” in a crowded theater, despite freedom of speech.
The government, representing the people, CAN infringe on, or impinge upon the free excercise of citisens right; they do it ALL the time!
When someone is taken into custody (arrested) the only “right” they retain, is freedom of speech, which they best not excercise.
Freedom of movement, etc is gone.
We don’t want 10 y.o.’s, despite being citisens, to have 2A rights, or the right to vote.
Precedent says the government CAN infringe on a citisens free excercise of their rights, IF both of two conditions are met.
Firstly, they must be able to show a “compelling state interest” plainly put. representing WE, the people, WE have a compelling interest in, for example not having 10 y.o.’ running around with loaded firearms.
Second, the governments actions must be the LEAST INTRUSIVE means for largely addressing the compelling interest.
So, if a State government were to say, for instance;
Despite laws prohibiting children access to firearms, we continue to see tragedies as a result of children obtaining such access.
Therefore, we are going to ban ALL access of ANY citisens, to firearms!
This would NOT be the least intrusive means, and note there is no “MUST be 100%” in “meeting” the States compelling interest.
“What part of Shall not be infringed” DON’T you understand?” is a false argument. Government infringes on citisens rights, all the time.
Any such infringent, if taken all the way to SCOTUS, is supposed to be able to pass the two-part test.
Interestingly, the FEDERAL government DOES NOT prevent citisens from owning fully automatic weopons, only requires them to pay a tax, and submit to an exhaustive background check and registration.
Many States and localities DO have such prohibitions, and so far as I know, no one has challenged them to SCOTUS, where they SHOULD fail to pass the “least intrusive” test.
Long ago and far away the school that I started my formal education had classes begun safety. My father was an NRA field instructor. Children used guns to put food on the table. Now they can’t even walk home from school. However the right of citizens to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. It’s a parent’s responsibility to regulated the guns in their home,not government. Their is nothing in the Constitution that says a person who commits a crime loses their citizenship. Or their equal rights as citizens.
And why would a citizen have to petition a court to become an equal citizen at all.

Interesting claim by John, would not surprise me in the least.
1. Roberts– its possible. He selects the FISA judges. He has done nothing even though he is well aware of the abuse of the American people by the FISA court and DOJ/FBI.
That it even would be permissible to spy on the R candidate for POTUS and then the POTUS, himself, based on the most frivolous of evidence and no oversight by Roberts indicates that he is likely compromised/is being blackmailed.
2. Scalia — while he wasn’t in the best of health, all the circumstances surrounding his death plus no autopsy,

I also cannot imagine that Justice Scalia would have risked his own life in such an irresponsible way. He would have gone 4 a physical checkup b4 flying alone to that desert resort. He would never have wanted to die alone w/out his family with him. Nor would he want to die without receiving the Sacraments of the Church.
Ok, for the sake of argument, if this John has so much evidence, why isn’t it out there and released to all those who need to know—like We the People?

I wish I understood this better. The justice department works for the president. We have had 4 years of “we caught them all” and other tweets. When will the President Trump take executive action? Why has it taken so long?
On the org chart, DOJ works for PDJT, but in reality the department is part of the soft coup working against PDJT.
More broadly, there are MANY False narrstives, that we accelt and even parrot as true.
There is the POTUS, the “Chief Executive Officer”, who by oath and Constitution is charged with insuring that all laws passed by the Legislature are “faithfully executed”.
However, he obviously can not be out writing traffic tickets, he is CHIEF Executive (EXECUTES, or enforces the laws) and must have a workforce, theoretically working under his direction, to do the actual enforcement.
WHO is your “Boss”? Regardless your occupation or position, typically your boss is the individual or individuals who have the authority and responsibility to oversee and direct your work, set your pay and benefits, hire and fire, reprimand and reward, and even set department budgets, or allocate resources.
IS the POTUS the “Boss” of those working in “the Executive branch”?
Objective observation says “NO”, HE is not.
CONGRESS, i.e. the LEGISLATIVE branch, has virtually ALL such authorities over the “executive branch”; the have CREATED the vast buerocracy, and they RUN the Buerocracy (THEY, not the POTUS, are “the Boss”) thru oversight hearings, and setting budgets, setting pay and benefit levels, and writing into law protections for workers that make it a practical impossibility to fire, they have insulated THEIR “work force”, from any effective control by the POTUS.
Further, by making not just Cabinet appointments, but sub and even sub-sub Cabinet aplointments require Senate confirmation, and abusing the “advice and CONSENT” provision of the Constitution as well as the “Recess appointments” clause, they hold absolute control over even the POTUS’s appointments of his staff.
NO one who hopes to work in the Swamp, who plans on a CAREER in “government service” wants to “pissoff” the Leadership in Congress.
After all, the POTUS is only there for 4 or 8 years, but the Leadership of Congress have been there forever (look at the “time served” of McConnell, Schumer, Pelosi and McCarthy) and though ‘unofficial’, they have a ‘line of succession’ as rigidly followed as the official one for POTUS.
IF McConnell were to die tomorrow, Thune would take his place, and everyone knows it.
When Ryan stepped down, everyone knew it was going to be McCarthy, NOT Jordan.
And ALL those who live and work in the Swamp know this, and understand it.
The Legislature has created this behemoth, it is THEIR creature, and they have marginalised the POTUS to a figurehead position, in many ways.
Thinking of a POTUS, ANY POTUS, as being “in charge of” the Buerocracy” is a fallacy.
Its like thinking your “in charge of” the cockroaches or termites that infest your home, especially when the Homeowners association prohibits you from using any insecticide.

I think that every time President Trump fires someone, he should make an executive order that they can never have any government job again. Put them on a no hire list.
Federal Statutes limit all federal criminal prosecution to the DOJ. This is allegedly to protect the ‘independence’ of the DOJ/FBI. But when the DOJ/FBI are crooked, and protect criminal behavior and evildoing, the remedy is only possible if the President undertzkes Constitutional responsibility.
I think there is a Constitutional duty and power in the President to faithfully execute the laws, and protect civil rights. But it has never been exercised since Lincoln.

When that happens, by definition the future is “known”. What I am saying, though, is that by taking the count to 10, he/you will be declared down and the match is over. At that point, if you as the owner of the organization with plenary power desire to move, you know who turned on you, quit on you, and who stayed true despite the “known” outcome. With that information, you make your repair.
The beauty of this is that no mainstream person would deign to believe that Trump could prevail. It is simply, at this point, impossible. Thus, to be open about the strategy gives the faithful the message they need to believe and act accordingly and simultaneously practically forces the turncoats to move now for fear of being labelled a nutjob.

Go direct to the manufacturer and find the various outlets they recommend, if they don’t in fact offer direct sales. You will likely pay shipping, but remember: your trip to the store for the item may be on par with actual shipping costs if accounting for gas, wear and tear on the vehicle, personal time spent making a dedicated trip, etc. Pay the shipping and buy from the mfr or preferred outlet.

We live in a lovely but very rural area and have very limited shopping even for basic supplies.
If we need anything else we must drive over two mountain passes to the big big city and then back again.
We love it here and we rarely need anything at our age but basics so we are good.
But when we do need something besides groceries and monthly cleaning supplies we must use one of the dreaded and hated big guys.
Wal Mart or Amazon is what we are left wit, I have tried ALL of the suggested alternatives web order sites and they just do not work for us.

Rove said he sees the gop needs to retain the support from the base of the blue collar group. Rove, if you read CTH I have some insight for you. PDJT hand delivered the blue collar support to the gop and they will dump you and all like you in a NY minute without PDJT.
Rove described the Republican Party as “tribal”. Rove, if you read this there is no more of a tribal mentality than that which exists in the dem party. The dem party is nothing more than tribes (activists) from the most extreme elements of our citizenry; climate, social justice, pro choice, anti law, pro socialism and on and on.
I watched Fox for that 3 minutes for the first time in months, and I regret it. If he paints where the GOP is and needs to go they are toast. Sans Trump, the gop is dead.
The GOP is where the Whig Party was in 1854…two yrs from gone. MAGA or whatever the Trump party is is where the Repub party was in 1856…newly formed and four yrs from prominence.

He may not be “clueless” in the way you are thinking – he may, instead, be setting an early narrative for an upcoming (post-Trump) fake rehabilitation of the R-party. An upcoming endeavor to retain the blue-collar support that President Trump delivered – in order to facilitate the ongoing fake-divisiveness between the two major parties (keeping us plebs thinking that “we have a choice!“).

In his latest Tweets, President Trump is Publicly stating to all of his followers that Mitch McConnell & nearly ALL Republican Senators…in the Majority…are not doing a thing! These Tweets are deliberately contradictory in meaning to a previous Tweet “asking” Voters to elect Purdue & Loeffler…there simply is no denying this Fact. While the President is “asking” us to vote Purdue & Loeffler, he is “telling” us that a Republican Senate Majority actively ignores the will of its own voters and has its own Agenda. Which then begs the Question: What good is having a Senate Republican Majority if, when they all are needed to stand on PRINCIPLE and do the right thing, nearly all of them will actually do Nothing? And, if the Senate is doing Nothing in our greatest Hour of need, is that kind of behavior to ever be rewarded…or should it be punished?
Bottom Line: These New Tweets do NOT encourage Republican Voters in Georgia to elect Purdue & Loeffler. The President has effectively Revoked any supposed endorsement of a Senate Majority and Revoked his endorsement of Purdue & Loeffler…like it or not.
