According to Patrick Byrne, Chief of Staff Mark Meadows has refused Sidney Powell to establish an office in the WH and was denied entry Monday. Byrne said Trump appointed Powell as WH Special Counsel in that infamous meeting last Friday night, to the objections of Presidential Counsel Cippalone. He said an “iron curtain” has been placed around PDJT and Mark Meadows is effectively running the Oval Office.

Rudy G was on Newsmax this week and made it very clear Sidney is not part of the president’s legal team. He said whatever she is doing that is her thing (in so many words) She would not need an office in the White House. Jay Sekolow’s son was on and stressed that he supports Pat Cippolone and pushed back on what was being said about him.

If Biden takes office, Durham will be gone almost immediately, and the media won’t oppose it, they will cheer it.

Recall Lindsey saying he would not have ANY Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on Muh Russia, as long as there were “ongoing investigations” (meaning Durham) and despite the Judiciary haveing clear oversight authority over DOJ/FBI misconduct, AND there being no law preventing Congress from conducting oversight hearings while there are alleged DOJ investigations ongoing.
Those of us who lived thru Watergate saw Congressional investigations conducted,even AS criminal investigations were ongoing.

A special counsel is appointed by the AG and should be someone from outside the government avoid bias. That is my understanding.

And, for the umpteenth time, Cipplione is NOT PDJT’s attorney.
He is WHITE HOUSE COUNCIL, which means his client is THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT,….
NOT the man occupying that office. For example, PDJT does NOT have attorney/client “priviledge” with Cipplione.
Cippliones “job” representing the OFFICE of the POTUS, is to represent the office of the potus’s best interests, even when they directly contradict the interests of the current occupant.
For instance, awhile back the Dems/enemies of PDJT, understanding how this works, attempted to subpoena certain WH officials for their shameachment hearings, KNOWING that the WH Council would strongly advocate exerting Executive Priviledge.
These officials had “nothing to hide”, and having them testify would have demonstrated this, and benefitted PDJT.
However, by responding to the subpoenas by having them testify, would have established a precedent that would have eroded future POTUS’s ability to exert executive priviledge.
PDJT’s enemies, knowing how the system works, and confident that most Americans DON’T understand this, then painted PDJT as “covering up”, by exerting Executive Priviledge, which was their goal all along.
This is just an example, to make it clear what Cippliones role is.
Its NOT that he is a “traitor” to PDJT (I am not commenting on that, one way or another, here) just that he is in those conversations representing his CLIENT, which is NOT PDJT.
Unfortunately, the only protection against the false narratives promulgated by the enemy, is education, and they are hitting us with such a deluge of false narratives, that it is difficult to keep up, and so some “slip through”, and even Patriots are fooled into believing and promulgating these false narratives, which is doing the enemies work for them.
They are creating an environment where many don’t know WHAT to believe, where emotions are evoked which further clouds thinking, all to facilitate their Conmunist takeover.
I do not trust byrnes, as a reliable source. He is, at best in the “questionable” column, in my mind.
However, I DO believe the enemy HAVE attempted to surround PDJT with advisors, who act as “gatekeepers”, and attempt to prevent “Let Trump be Trump” as much as possible.
Witness how there were 2-3 weeks when PDJT stopped emphasising the CHI-NA virus as coming FROM CHI-NA, before going back to putting the responsibility right where it belonged.

Byrne said they crashed the Oval Office. They (Byrne, Powell, and Flynn) used “Jedi mind tricks” to get past WH personel from the party to the Oval Office. Trump was surprised they there.
To me, the only useful thing I have heard from Byrne, which no one, including Flynn has disputed.
At one point, Gen Flynn rose, and quietly asked all of those opposing what Sidney, Flynn and Byrne were saying, a straightforward question.

Note, it was NOT “Do you believe PDJT can PROVE he won?”, or “prevail” etc.
According to Byrne, not ONE; Meadows, Cippi, etc. responded in the affirmative.
And you can bet PDJT took note of the deafening silence.

Assuming this account by Byrnes is accurate, it SHOULD put to rest the hope porn of PDJT’s team watching the steal from inside a scif, as it happened, as if that were the case, there would be no need to ask the question, as ALL would have been there, certaily Meadows and Cippi, and having witnessed the theft would have answered in the affirmative.

Byrne says PDJT is too loyal to Rudy, and Rudy is not go hung enough to ‘storm the beaches of Normandy’ in this fight. Byrne’s said if Trump appointed Sidney as WH counsel and Flynn as chief of staff, there is a 80-90% chance to stay as President.
Byrne said if “one document” was signed (didn’t say what document), Sidney’s plan would start and they could secure victory. He said there is very bad disarray in the WH and that every day that passes without action is hampering the effort of Powell. Byrne has done a lot to fund the forensics of the Dominion machines and wants to see his efforts through.
Byrne is losing hope, but said he will stay in the game because the stakes are so high.

The President has Constitutional responsibility and authority to uphold the law and protect constitutional rights. There is a statute that limits all federal prosecutions to the DOJ. But that cannot remove the President’s authority and responsibility.

What McConnell can NOT allow to happen, is a repeat of what happened in 2001, when the joint session of Congress met to certify the election results;

The chair asked if any Senators would join in the objection; none did.
As it requires at leastONE Senator,and at least ONE representative, the chair over-ruled the objection, and certified Bush the winner.
There are a significant # of Republican representatives who will Object. If NO Senator joins them, WE will turn, en mass away from the R party, just as we turned from Fox.
And McConnell KNOWS it. He will ‘realease’ (authorise, instruct, order) Republicon Senators to object, possibly his biotch lindsey, to object.
If that happens, (as I suspect it will, its “game over”, as that act is McConnell conceding to PDJT.
The kabuki theater will “play out”, but THAT is the key to watch for.
We saw this same battle play out, three times.
When it became obvious PDJT would NOT fire Mueller, no matter how much provoked (therebygiving political cover to McConnell to order his caucus to vote to convict, that ploy was dead, and Mueller ‘shut down’.
McConnellwas hoping to order his caucus to vote to convict on Ukraine, until PDJT released the transcript; at that point he knew he was beat, and the kabuki played out.
IMHO, PDJT already has this won. Despite the media blackout, WE know the election wasa fraud. When R representatives stand to object, and the chair asks if there is at least ONE Senator willing to join the objection, if none do that is McConnells politcal epitaph; and he KNOWS it.

I think that Vice-President Pence should very timely “lay down the law” to the Legislatures of the four battleground states – and to all states who have submitted two slates of electors.
He should simply say that “it’s not Congress’s job, nor is it mine, to decide who your state wants to elect, nor to conduct the selection itself.” Each of these states threw their own laws to the four winds, specifically to facilitate the fraud which subsequently occurred. But, even so, the final decision does not rest with any Court, nor even with a disputed Vote. The plenary authority is vested with them – and, no one else. No one can dispute any decision that they might make, but they must make one decision, themselves.
“Plenary” means that they can still vote for Joe. Or, Trump. Or, Daffy Duck. Or, Bugs Bunny. Or, the barrista at the local coffee shop. Anyone at all. They don’t have to give any reason at all.
This entire situation is of their own making. Had their laws been followed as written, this fraud would have been impossible – as intended. It has now become a great big political hot-potato for each of them, but they have to deal with it however they see fit. Vice-President Pence should very plainly tell all of them, “this is your football to carry, not to punt.” The Constitution requires you to make one decision before the Congress meets.
Excellent comment. On War Room this morning Rudy spoke with great confidence that recent meetings with PA and MI legislators yielded many new converts to accept the facts that the election was stolen – and that those legislators are ready to act as they are required under The Constitution.
Rudy took it to a granular level, giving specifics of how Team Trump is persuading individual legislators. Some are “math and data” people, some are persuaded by other evidence such at the facts on deceased voters, etc. Rudy plainly said, we will win.
We still have low-hanging fruit in: WI, AZ, GA, PA, and MI. That is 73 Electoral Votes – we only need 38.

My essential point is that this is a “clearly Constitutional” way to resolve the situation – which each of these states created for themselves by sitting back and allowing their own officials to defy their own carefully-constructed laws. (Laws which would have made the fraud impossible, as designed, had they been obeyed as written.)
“Having made this bed, now let them lie in it.” Do not let them punt the issue up to Congress, nor to Mike Pence.
One other comment:
The Founders of our country wrote that they intended the Elections Clause and the Electors Clause to create “a separation of power within the states.” They were very familiar with European history and therefore knew that “non-elected actors,” who are not directly accountable to the people, would seek to take the legislatively-enacted laws into their own hands and use it to commit fraud. In short, they anticipated precisely what just took place here, because they’d seen it before. And, they intended to outlaw it.
The Legislatures are left with exactly the same decision they have always had. If all of them decide that “we really prefer Joe,” we cannot legally stop them. But, what’s really important here is not “the outcome,” but the sanctity of the election process itself. President John Adams warned us about maintaining “the purity of our elections.” He warned that every nation which gave this one thing up, even once, never gets it back. We see this in Venezuela, Mozambique, North Korea, and many, many other places on this earth. The only thing that protects us all is that our fraud-resistant laws are strictly obeyed.
Having now made “the enabling mistake” of letting their own laws be ignored, these Legislatures are really the only ones who can legally address the consequences. It also means that they are completely unfettered as to what that resolution will be: Joe, Trump, Daffy, Bugs, barrista. Our Constitution does not provide for popular election of the President, and for many early years the Legislatures selected both the President and the Senate.

OMAHA, Neb. —
Douglas County Election Commissioner Brian Kruse says the release of early ballots has been delayed in Douglas County.
They were supposed to be released at 8:45 p.m., but will now be released at 9:45 p.m. and 10:45 p.m.
Results from votes cast from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday will be released at 11:45 p.m.
The reason? The data on early ballots has to be uploaded from thumb drives onto a secure computer. Due to the sheer volume of early ballots, it is taking longer to upload that data.
All of the ballots were actually counted yesterday, but the data has yet to be released.

PAPILLION, Neb. (WOWT) – Sarpy County election officials have delayed Friday’s meeting, where they also planned to count about 240 ballot remakes.
The Sarpy County Election Commission cited “challenging logistical issues to the pandemic” as the reason the meeting was postponed. Thursday, 6 News reported that seven of 17 employees there had tested positive for COVID-19.
According to a county spokeswoman, ballot remakes occur when there is “a tear in the ballot or other issue.” In those instances, the ballot is replicated, with the vote indications transferred from the old ballot to the new one, she said.
“The counting board oversees that process to ensure all of the voters’ selections are transferred exactly as they were on the original ballot,” she said. “Those remakes are then counted.”
That count is now scheduled to take place Nov. 20.

What has happened there regarding the Governor and Secretary of State’s response is a total disgrace! What’s the whole point of the GOP keeping the Senate if Harris/Biden can just bypass them with Executive Orders. The Supreme Court is compromised. And we still have Pierre Delecto, Murkowski, and Collins in the Senate, meaning that the Democrats sorta already have a majority as they almost never break ranks. If your TV has Roku built in as most newer TV’s do you can watch the Roku channel for free and it has OAN. If your TV doesn’t have Roku built in but has a port for a Roku stick ( $40 at best buy) you can plug in a Roku stick and watch all of the channels that Roku has to offer for free, with high speed internet of course.
You can buy a Roku Express for $30. As long as your TV has an HDMI port, and you have wireless internet, you’re set. It doesn’t even have to be a “smart” TV. I’m using a Roku on an older Westinghouse non-Smart (but full HD) television and it works great. The Roku turned my Westinghouse into a Smart TV.

I’ve posted this once previously, but I think it is still important to point out:
It’s obvious to anyone who has the ability to think critically that the election was as far from honest and transparent as any ever seen. The Trump lawyers along with Lin and Sidney have obviously been working day and night on what must seem to them like a never-ending stream of anecdotal and other evidence.
What has been lacking so far, in my opinion, and what will put Trump over the top, is a determination and accounting of how it all worked, the names of those involved in it, and who directed all the fraudulent activity. Anyone who stayed up late on November 3rd saw how the vote stopped at pretty much the same time in all the battleground states. Someone with a great deal of influence ordered that. All the pristine ‘mail-in’ ballots which were obviously never in the mail — a very corrupt someone ordered that. The 288,000 ballots that were driven from NY to PA – again, someone criminally ordered that. I could go on and on, but you get the point. Once we get the names of the people involved, working from the top on down, it’s over for the Dems. But get the names we must. Arrest them. Perhaps there have been some arrests behind the scenes, but until we know about it, then no one will know about it, especially the people who must be made to know about it — the corrupt political class and media. They will lose their minds, of course, but that is a positive. When they lose their minds, word finally gets out, and rational people can then, finally, make up their own minds if they have even an ounce of fairness in their souls. We must put the individuals who had the hard power to corrupt the election on the defensive and we do that by naming names. I have only seen one name so far, that of the woman and her daughter involved in ‘SuitcaseGate’ in Georgia. But she is just a very minor underling which doesn’t really do us any good in the grand scheme. I am hoping and praying that the names of the leaders are known by the good guys on our side and are only being withheld for now to be released at a time and place of their choosing. Get one or two of them and you will get them all and you will win all the marbles. It goes without saying that the corrupt and fraudulent perpetrators will turn on a dime to save their own skin.
I’m afraid until the leaders of this fraud/coup are known and shown we will still be marching uphill for the foreseeable future. It is key. Names, give us names, and give us public charges of those attached to the names. Put the fear of God into any and all involved in this attempted overthrow of the country. Offer amnesty to any underlings who name names, and big, fat rewards to anyone who will testify about the activities and plotting of the leaders. We can easily guess and speculate about who some of the leaders were, but guessing and speculation only goes so far as you know. As we have seen, mass evidence of fraud is meaningless to many who don’t want to hear it. It must be personalized with the known and unknown names of the leaders, only then will the truth overcome all obstacles I believe.
God help us if the fraud is consummated and the Senate becomes a 50/50 proposition.

I guess the bigger question is: Why should the Senate remain under Republican control? Let’s Recap: Shouldn’t the President have gotten every single person HE wanted for his Cabinet as long as such people were qualified?…The same for other appointees as well? Why did no Republican Senators ever Object to the Pro Forma sessions?…which prevented the President from making any recess appointments for 4 years! The Senate did not need to put the President through an Impeachment Trial & Hearing…yet they did it anyway…Why? Why would an Ethical, Honest Senate Majority act this way towards their own Party’s President? Were these the actions of Enemies or Allies?
RR….I’ve been saying that to any of my family and friends who would listen. I lay all of the troubles and issues our President has had to endure at the feet of the republican senators. It only took one of them with the intestinal fortitude to tell McConnell to blow it out his bung hole and end the session so President Trump could make his necessary appointments. But not one of those corrupticans would do it. NOT ONE. That is why it doesn’t surprise me in the least that not one of them is willing to step forward on Jan 6. The republican senators are the real demons in all of this….every last one of them.

I think the lack of line item veto plays a role in the corruption.
When State Legislators selected Senators, they usually based it on promised bribes, not on who would best represent the State government. What do I mean? “Hey, State Representative, if you help make me a Senator I promise to put some pork, with your name on it, into a spending bill.”
Every other Senator had bribes to pay back, so no one objected to the pork. “You let me scam the people for my benefit, I let you scam them for yours.” If a president could cut out the pork while leaving the rest of the bill intact, it would undermine all that.
With direct representation, bribing still occurs, it’s just different people getting bribed. Lobbyists and special interest groups, mostly. And big corporations.

The AZ call and trashing the President’s allies was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Fox has been circling the drain for awhile now. A lot of people I know were pretty much down to watching Tucker by the time Election Day rolled around. Not saying Fox’s ratings were down, only that people I know who would put on Fox at 6am and leave it on until they went to bed suddenly weren’t watching it much any more. Lots of facets to this. The tick-tock stuff played into it quite a bit. Getting lied to and played by Linsey Graham finally blew up on them. You can only scream “Bombshell!” Or “Fox News Alert!” about looming reports or indictments so many times before people get jaded. When they hired Paul Ryan, who betrayed us and the President time and time again as Speaker, that little warning light started to blink. We were played, and Fox News was CENTRAL to our getting played.
Flash forward to election night and it was clear that the media collectively had sat down and mapped out their strategy. Blue states would be called quickly, but Red states would be delayed. Fox was more than happy to play along with this because (depending on your point of view) they either went over to the dark side or they were always there and decloaked.
The Truth is like turning on a light in a dark, messy, room. The mess was always there, you just couldn’t see it. Parents do this all the time with their children – just pretend you don’t see the behavior and you don’t have to deal with it. Election Day 2020 was the light being turned on for millions of Americans. Not just the mess in Fox’s house, but the rampant election tampering and fraud, the utter lawlessness of these elections officials, the criminal negligence and criminal fraud of allowing Dominion Voting Systems machines to be used in our elections, etc.

The ‘non-essential’ federal functions should be shut sown also, with or without congress passing funding. AND THEY SHOULD NOT BE PAID< JUSY LIKE THE JOBS AND BUSINESSES WHICH ARE INTENTIONALLY BEING DESTROYED. Why pay salaries for non-essential government functions, when the ‘non-essential’ taxpayers and (former) businesses which support them are being destroyed?

I retired from the DOJ and a veteran of several shutdowns. I can say without a doubt that the non-essentials will get their backpay 100%. It ticked us off that we had to work thru them and that the ones who sat at home for a few days to as many as three weeks got in full when it was over.

As I said above, I think that the issue should be resolved, by the State Legislatures, before January 6th. Each state which has offered “two slates of electors” should be required to convene their legislatures, sua sponte, to put their money where their mouth is and choose only one.
The Constitution vests plenary authority with one … and only one … party in each State: “the legislature thereof.” In the earliest days, legislatures chose both the President and the Senate. Well-established law says that “they can now do anything they please … but they are the only ones who are authorized to do it.”
Therefore: “sorry, but this is your decision to make.” It isn’t Congress’s job to decide what your state really wants. Neither is it Mike Pence’s job. You must make this decision on behalf of the people in your state who elected you … and then you must bear the consequences. You must present “one, and only one” slate of electors, for very-perfunctory affirmation by the Senate. The various “emergency scenarios” set forth by the Constitution and by Acts of Congress were not created to bail you out of a political hot-spot that is of your own making.

P.S.: With regard to my other comment, I should note that no one has any power to object in any way to any “plenary” decision that is now made by any State Legislature. A portion of 3 U.S.C. § 15 – no electoral vote or votes from any State which shall have been regularly given by electors whose appointment has been lawfully certified to according to section 6 of this title from which but one return has been received shall be rejected, but the two Houses concurrently may reject the vote or votes when they agree that such vote or votes have not been so regularly given by electors whose appointment has been so certified.

Better solution: “kick the whole thing back to the States, where it has always actually been.” You can’t weasel out by choosing two slates of electors. You have to get on the hot-seat that is reserved for you and make one decision. No one can dictate to you what this decision must be, and no one can object to the decision that you make. It isn’t Congress’ job to decide this thing. “You made this bed by allowing your own state laws to be defied. Now, you must lie in it!”
Full Disclosure: no one can register any objection to any Legislature’s “one decision.” Not even within the State. This is a “plenary” Federal grant of exclusive prerogatives. It is not “subject to review” by anyone.

A compromise would be the idea that abortions should only be Safe and Rare. That is how is started out and people compromised their principles. They never stop their march against babies. He threatened President Trump by stating Trump could face charges, expressly for his pardons of Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, and Charles Kushner.
From MSNBC…“And what we saw yesterday was essentially the president carrying out the final act of an obstruction of justice,” Weissman said and added, “So to your point about can the president currently be prosecuted for obstruction of justice, I think the answer is yes. There is substantial evidence of that. Moreover, what he did yesterday is going to be proof of that obstruction because it is the final act that fulfills the promise of the dangled pardons.”
I fear once Biden is inaugurated, Cuomo as his AG will harass Trump and his family to place them in prison. These people are evil and they are playing for keeps. Where in the heck is the GOP to object to these remarks?
