Do the legislators have theDo the legislators have the will to follow the law? Sadly the answer is “No”. Legislators from several States have had the opportunity to do the right thing and have chosen not to. They cannot be depended on.
I think you could make the assumption the State Legislatures have been compromised, or why would they have moved on to trying to buy DA’s around the country?
If you are putting your faith in a group of cowardly State Legislatures controlled by RINOs, you are going to be in for a huge disappointment.

I see so many great articles and links here and at some of the other conservative sites that it always makes me wonder if the right people are seeing them too.
I am pretty much a political junkie and spend WAY too much time reading commentary when I should be working at my paying job. The sheer volume of information that is available to us is amazing. I think of the Tree House as the research department.

I’ve more or less given up at this stage, because my insistent pleading with people over and over again to SHOW THE HECK UP at these state houses, 24/7, loudly, uncomfortably, and everywhere they go you should be there also… has resulted in constant drones of “troll” and my perma-moderation because my comments are not lighthearted and pollyannish enough, apparently.
Politicians do what is easy – most of them are not on the take, but they have seen what the left does when it does not get its way, versus what we do – the former is more difficult. A petition will not matter. emails will not matter. phone calls will not matter. In better, less consequential times, perhaps it was different.
Being in their way constantly, making life miserable for them day and night, blocking all other affairs, making it near impossible to conduct any other business than what the people demand, etc, is about the only peaceful thing that will get their attention. The hour is very late.
i read your post and agree with your points. it is very difficult to post what i really think and believe because even conservative sites moderate the slightest hint at holding anyone accountable that is considered a protected species. it seems like no one is listening and i am sure millions feel the same way as you and i do.

The President is, in fact, keeping his oath of office, to defend against enemies – foreign and domestic. How he does this is where that very stable genius part comes into play. And hoping this week we begin to see what his ‘how he does this’ is going to be, so am watching and looking for any and all moves made by his lawyers (Ellis/Giuliani and the Powell group of lawyers) and any hints via posts from Dan Scavino.
There are two things I have continued to say, almost from Day 1, and I added a third along the way:

That industriousness came out of a militancy that stunned many in Hollywood. The natural reaction of many was to simply be quiet and avoid being throttled.
“The important thing is that you should not argue with them,” said writer F. Scott Fitzgerald, who spent time in Hollywood writing for movies such as “Winter Carnival.” “Whatever you say they have ways of twisting it into shapes which put you in some lower category of mankind – ‘Liberal,’ ‘Trotskyist’ – and disparage you both intellectually and personally in the process.”
Reagan had his first taste of this a few months before the strike, when he was serving on the executive committee of the Hollywood Independent Citizens Committee of Arts, Sciences and Professions (HICCASP), which he had joined in 1944. The group boasted a membership roll including Frank Sinatra, Orson Welles and Katharine Hepburn. It was what they called a “brainy group,” too, with Albert Einstein and Max Weber lending their name to the organization. It was the usual liberal/left Hollywood cultural group, concerned about atomic weapons, the resurgence of fascism and the burgeoning Cold War. But some were concerned by what they saw as its regular and consistent support for the Soviet position on international issues.
Historian Arthur Schlesinger Jr. declared in Life magazine that he believed it was a Communist front, an organization in which “its celebrities maintained their membership but not their vigilance.”
Stung by this criticism, a small group within HICCASP, including RKO executive Dore Schary, actress Olivia de Havilland, and FDR’s son James Roosevelt, decided to put their fellow members to the test. At the July 2, 1946, meeting, Roosevelt noted that HICCASP had many times issued statements denouncing fascism. Why not issue a statement repudiating communism? Surely that would demonstrate that the organization was not wholly communist.
Reagan rose quickly and offered his support for the resolution, and a furious verbal battle quickly erupted. Musician Artie Shaw stood up and declared that the Soviet Union was more democratic than the United States and offered to recite the Soviet constitution to prove it. Writer Dalton Trumbo stood up and denounced the resolution as wicked. When Reagan tried to respond, John Howard Lawson waved a menacing finger in his face and told him to watch it. Reagan and the others in his group resigned from the organization.
Sorrell gathered his resources for the fight. Along with financial support from the Communist Party, he also could count on help from Vincente Lombardo Toledano, head of Mexico’s largest union and described in Soviet intelligence files as an agent. The slender, well-dressed and poised young lawyer was one of Moscow’s most trusted agents in Mexico, regularly putting his resources behind Sorrell, providing money while pressuring Mexican film industry executives not to process any film from Hollywood as a show of solidarity. He also appeared at a rally in Hollywood to encourage the strikers.
Herb Sorrell had promised violence if he didn’t get his way in the studio strike, and it didn’t take him long to deliver. Led by his “sluggers,” strikers smashed windshields on passing trains and threw rocks at the police. One studio employee went to the hospital after acid was thrown in his face. When the police tried to break up the melee, things got even worse. As actor Kirk Douglas remembered it, “Thousands of people fought in the middle of the street with knives, clubs, battery cables, brass knuckles and chains.”
Sorrell and his allies wanted to shut down the studios entirely, so anyone who crossed the picket line became a target of violence. Jack Warner insisted on keeping up production, and the studio remained open. To avoid injury, workers, including stars who were shooting movies, were forced to sneak into the studio lot through a storm drain that led from the Los Angeles River.
Reagan, getting ready to start production on “Night Unto Night,” was furious about the violence. And unlike his approach to the little battle with the Communists in HICCASP, he was not in a mood to retreat.
Blaney Matthews, the giant-sized head of security at Warner Brothers, had seen this sort of violent strike before. He advised Reagan and other stars to use the storm drain to get onto the lot safely. Reagan flat-out refused. If he was going to cross the picket line, he was going to cross the picket line, he told Matthews.
Matthews then arranged for buses to shuttle Reagan and a few others through the human gauntlet outside the studio gate. But he offered a bit of advice: Lie down on the floor, or you might get hit by a flying Coke bottle or rock. Again, Reagan refused. Over the next several days, as he went to the studio lot to attend preproduction meetings, a bus would pass through the human throng of violent picketers, with a solitary figure seated upright inside.” …….
You see, Rosa Parks wasn’t the only one who ever sat down on a bus to stand up for our freedom.

Sort of. Back in the 60’s and early 70’s the left was organized in cells on college campuses and had ways of communicating that bypassed law enforcement. That’s how they could have thousands show up for protests using the same slogan(s) – one thing the left has mastered, but Republicans tend to ignore is using 1-3 talking points/slogans so the message is amplified.
50 years of the long march through the institutions – mainly the media and education – you now have the left using the same tactics in the digital age with social media.
My husband and I watched the Battle of Athens TN, the movie is actually called An American Story and it’s on youtube. We loved it.

To those not so familiar – I think it was Alex Jones or someone years back that theorized that Hillary’s obsession was the Russians cause they along with some American comrades in our military – hated her so that they hacked dominion and the line of communication to offshore “tabulation” was cut in 2016. The Dems are already moving forward with this, as they have introduced “Banking for All” bills in the House and Senate (no doubt, written by the Federal Reserve), which financial expert, Lynnette Zang, warns is one of the steps in the transition from cash to digital (cashless) as outlined by the IMF.

I vividly remember election night 2016 – screaming at the tv for PA to be called. Everything just stalled for hours as we wondered what is going on? Why is PA not being called?

Donald Trump was never fooled and in the 2016 campaign, he vowed to clean out the swamp. What no one expected was the level of extreme and unwarranted hatred that has followed him ever since he came down that escalator to announce his entry to the presidency race. The Trump derangement syndrome (TDS) has infected Hollywood celebrities so badly that former favorites have been reduced to blithering, noxious, foul-mouthed spewers who seem unconcerned that they have lost a very wide audience.
The Trump supporters or the Deplorables as we are called, love our president for what he has achieved in the last four years and we don’t give a whit for what he was before. What we do know is that everything he has done has been for all Americans and to save our great nation from the enemy within. What we all believe is that Trump won reelection in a landslide. This is the only fact that makes sense.
What happened on November 3rd, Election Day was that the counting stopped and the Deep State minions had to switch to Plan B. Why? The original theft was supposed to be confined to the Dominion computer program switching Trump votes to Biden but the algorithm was set to handle fewer votes than the Trump landslide. Plan B depended on the phony mail in ballots that would be counted as valid because Democrat election officials had unconstitutionally changed the rules to allow massive voter fraud. We know this because there are videos, hundreds of signed affidavits by witnesses, many patriotic whistleblowers and yet the Never Trumpers, Rinos, the SCOTUS and the lamestream media are “the none so blind, they will not see.”

3) I believe he will stress the grave seriousness of this National Security attempted breach and although it is contained it truly is an act of war against the USA.
4) I believe he will say that this breach also may have included the manipulation of our election and voting machines.
5) I believe he will also say this National Security attempted breach was aided and abetted by many Americans and organizations.
6) I believe he will use this National Security breach to secure the voting machines by the US Marshals, Special Operations or FEST teams.
7) I believe he will use the EO 13848 to secure the assets and halt the propaganda of many of the American traitors while also securing assets where they can of this Foreign Power(s)
8) I believe because of this National Security crime, PT will arrest many American traitors as enemy combatants under the charge of Seditious Conspiracy or Treason. (This very well could include many ACTIVE politicians, members of Congress, many Judges, media and corporate leaders, many within local and state government and even many local election officials.)
9) I believe because the virus, the election and now the hack are all inter-related as a planned attack on American, PT will use this as leverage to seize and expose the voting machine fraud and thus his electors will be selected on Jan 6th in Congress
10) With his 2nd term now official, I believe he may appoint Sidney Powell as Special Prosecutor if this remains on the criminal side or he may appoint Sidney to investigate and prosecute these cases under a military tribunal.
Bottom line I look for PT to make a National address very soon to explain the severity of this treasonous act of war against the United States by a foreign power(s) that was aided and abetted by many American treasonous traitors who he will begin rounding up, to stand trial in a court of law or at a military tribunal.

Put together a military tribunal and nail these people for treason. Let the National guard deal with any riots. At the same time arrest about 1000 Chinese who are involved in this Espionage. This would put the fear of God in many others and just be the beginning of Cleaning up the problems we face in America.

Woke up this morning, absolutely terrifying the Democommunist “reality” that is being built. Fox completely caving under threats of lawsuits, Twitter appending to POTUS tweets that there is absolutely no voter fraud, etc.
They are going all in knowing that they have created only one recourse, physically stopping the coup.
Fellow treepers, I discussed with a Democrat voter, a more old time liberal type who can have a discussion… please point to me some of the best “information nodes” or collection of links or comprehensive article that has so much evidence of fraud that may open somebody’s eyes.
Googling stuff proved useless – google manipulates and hides information on the matter as we speak!

Send the person Navarro’s report and send the report of the Antrim Co. election machines. Be sure to point out that the MI SOS tried to block the audit. When she failed to do that, she tried to block the report’s release. When she failed to that, she succeeded in getting several paragraphs of the audit logs redacted. Redacted = Criminal Evidence.
This report is very hard to find using standard web searches. So I went to CTH and dug up the report when Sundance posted it on Monday. News reports that reference it falsely tell readers what the report says (and that the report is false, of course), but they provide no links to it. Why is that?
Make sure your friend tries to google/safari this report, and ask him/her why they think it’s so hard to find? If it’s wrong, wouldn’t it be easy to find so people could quickly refute it? If it proves there was no fraud, would they not print it for all to see? Just good questions to ask. If it’s not evidence, why all the effort to hide/conceal the results on so many levels?

Excellent idea. I’ve seen a video where the report’s producer, Russell Ramsland, said that the redacted portions were actual vote-flipping evidence. The report itself states that the machine audit files were missing (indeed a crime) but that the audit files for earlier elections were still there. Outright election fraud.
Correction: “audit files” should be adjudication logs/files.
DuckDuckGo has been my default search engine for several years. Much better than Google. Several other search engines are available, but I haven’t tried them. DuckDuckGo will get you around the Google screen.

At a Trump Truck Rally in a northern CA suburb, I was surprised at the number of Asian American Trump supporters.
I think some were prompted into action by the Democrats failed attempts to bring back affirmative action – which was resoundingly defeated. (For those unaware, AA dominate the top spots in many public schools.)
