why hasn’t Trump fired Wray and launchned an investigation on this? A real FBI DOJ would have issued subpoenas for phone records, warrants to see emails. Were the people in the video pulling out suitcases interviewed? There was probable cause for subpoenas, warrants and to arrest them. Nothing has happend. Why is Trump wasting time sending out useless tweets and not appointing his own special prosecutor to do the job the DOJ FBI aren’t doing.

The answer to your questions of why is really simple. The corrupt bureaucracy we call the deep state is much larger than the person sitting at the top of any one alphabet agency. You even typed out, “A real FBI DOJ would have issued subpoenas…” which makes my point.

Navarro knows the major networks will never have him on so that he can explain his research.
Those of you waiting for POTUS to reveal that the “captured servers” (if there are such things) will reveal the truth, forget it. If they exist at all, they won’t reveal that numbers shifted were enough to flip the election to our guy. The stealers were smart. They stole this through a well-planned combination of methods and as Navarro explained, they used different methods in different states. One of those “methods” took into account that certain courts would support THEM.
It’s clear that POTUS is sending out a team of people, Navarro being a hugely important, for a last push to cause pressure.
That he “has this” is far from certain. one has to ask, my friend, if he thought he “has this,” why would the theft be allowed to go on for so long?

Asked somebody advice about where to buy a bottle jack the other day, and got, “They got em at Harbor Freight.” I had to bite my tongue to be polite. People don’t care as long as it’s 2 cents cheaper.
I got an anvil at HF one time. The letters cast into the side indicating manufacturer was “CNIHA”. Now I realize a simple foundry worker in China probably has no understanding of English, but if you’ve seen their letters, ours are so simple by comparison. Quality control is very, very low.
Items on sale at Harbor Freight are often defective in some way. As an example, years ago I bought some clear parts storage boxes that were on sale. They were wrapped in plastic and had a label covering the entire top of the box showing things like screws, bolts, etc. which could be put into the compartments. The label was inside the plastic wrap, making me assume that is was simply laid inside the wrap. NOPE! It was completely GLUED to the top of the transparent storage box with a type of glue that simply could not be dissolved by anything, totally defeating the purpose of the transparent box.
How about when you buy a pot or pan and the label is solidly glued to the bottom. It takes a lot of scrubbing to get it all off so you can put it on the stove without risking fire. Just my two cents today.
And it’s advertised as a NON-STICK pan!

Certification is voluntary, not mandatory. EAC Election Handbook dated 2015 is voluntary.
The certification only applies to certain things and certain equipment. Once humans get in the game all bets are off. Humans are gonna’ do what humans are gonna’ do.
It also DOES NOT APPLY to CONNECTED “non-voting” machines used in our elections, and especially not in 2020.

Julius Caesar was a usurper who unconstitutionally took over the office of Dictator: this office in the Roman Republic was always supposed to be a temporary office during a crisis, either natural or man-made. The temporary dictator was always supposed to step down.
As Roman generals turned their armies into private armies in the last c 100 years of the Republic, they were able to force the Senate to vote for them as “Dictator for Life” (e.g. Marius, Sulla, etc.). But such votes were illegal, given the nature of the original office.
Caesar was the last of these ruthless dictators, who had no problem rounding up enemies (i.e. people trying to save what was left of the Republic) and executing them for opposing his unconstitutional take-over.
I hope you understand why I dislike this so much: I realize that many see Caesar as some sort of tragic figure, but when one understands the complete story, things are quite different. Caesar was indeed a fascinating character, but he was no hero.

I have been an avid Trump supporter from the very beginning. I have always thought we needed a president that had a lot of business experience. Also, I knew our government, from the very lowest positions in city government, to the highest in DC, were Corrupt. What I, like many others didn’t know, was just how BAD it was. With the way things has played out for the last 4 years, I suspect Trump was also surprised, in fact I’ve heard him say that.
We are so infiltrated with our own bad actors here, and also those from other countries, that I’m afraid it can’t be fixed without WW3. If it were just the corruption in our country, we would probably be OK, but it’s because we are entangled with so many other countries, then who knows.

I have not yet heard anyone explain the significance of “having” EO13848. This is just an Executive Order, of which Trump can produce anytime he desires, no? What the American Aristocracy Has Wrought
Over the centuries, the world has always been governed by self-serving aristocracies — rich, privileged rulers whose edicts wear down their populaces. Truly democratic elections are not common, because that would impede the aristocracy’s ability to rule as they please.
What used to be special about America is that it was set up to be governed by a citizen leadership — a government “of the people, by the people and for the people,” as Lincoln summarized it in his Gettysburg Address. For over 200 years, our nation has mostly succeeded in maintaining fair elections and holding back one-party rule. But in recent times, a veil has been lifted to show us the reality of our subjugation.
President Donald Trump has been the rare epitome of a president “of the people, by the people and for the people,” but the four years of his presidency have uncovered an unpleasant reality: there is a gigantic thumb on the scale in federal politics, courtesy of a group who could ill afford the success of a citizen president.
For his entire term, every absurd charge against President Trump was investigated, with daily leaks and blockbuster stories that amplified outright falsehoods. His surrogates, supporters, and family have been relentlessly (and frivolously) persecuted. Meanwhile, not a single legally compelling case against the Bidens, the Clintons, or the Obama administration has resulted in mainstream media attention, let alone prosecution. Investigations have all been half-hearted and perfunctory. The DOJ always declines to prosecute, regardless the obvious merits.
The fall of a great country is an unspeakably sad occasion. If things continue down this path for even a short while longer, the eulogies will soon be written by the ones who participated in bringing the United States to its knees. Only a tremendous uprising can stop this demise. Do the American people have it in them?

Could we identify politicians on the federal, state or local level who would like to stand & vote for
against the fraud, but are afraid? Those, that might made a stand, but feel threatened & isolated .
Once identified, a locally created protective detail is created (similar to however local Trump parades are pulled together) promising that person a shield around his house & family of say, 100 patriots living nearby.
We will guard their house, accompany their children to their school, go with them to the supermarket, etc.
That might eliminate the feeling of isolation when thinking about standing for what is right.
Should their relatives be threatened, teams could be quickly created & dispatched.
We just need afew righteous politicians to stand & be counted. That would gum up the works.

The difference between militia today and militia in 1776 – (I’ve been thinking about this)
European land warfare involved skirmish lines in formation firing at each other. The heaviest weapons on the battlefield were cannon and mortar. The greatest firepower in warfare were ships with broadside cannon in naval battles. There was little to no guerilla warfare. There was no armor. A citizen militia member with a musket was instantly equal to a professional soldier.
Today – not even close. Unmanned drones, air power, fully automatic weapons, artillery, infrared technology, night vision, explosives, heavy personal body armor…
Citizen militia of the past was an alternative to a standing army of the nation. There is no comparison today. Even in repressive regimes like Iraq there was more chance of substantive resistance from the populace and they had/have better access to weaponry to “even” things up. All this democrat shrieking about AR-15s is really about removing the possibility of individual resistance. But in terms of some massive citizen uprising, that ship sailed in roughly the 1950s.
Maybe that was the reason for the endless wars in the ME over the last 20 years….to train a portion of our populace? We have tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of spec ops vets…..very well trained….all over the country…ready to support their oath to the Constitution.

You are correct about needing the report to act. The words, verdicts and inaction of the Courts and DoJ have removed legal force to any counter moves the president may possibly order. People here on CTH seem to ignore the fact that the 4.5 million person Executive Branch of the US Government IS THE SWAMP and includes the Military as well as paramilitary and law enforcement elements. Any order issued by the President has to have legal force behind it in order for it to be implemented. The reality of the situation is that the bulk of the President’s supporters, within the Executive Branch, will want that assurance before they act.
Executive Branch entities have 3 choices when the time comes:

I read the argument somewhere (cannot remember where now) Trump should pardon Biden for anything related to China. In the even he’s “installed” as President it could mitigate the probability of blackmail by the CIA, FBI, DOJ and China.

For folks who can’t quite seem to find the codified federal law on election DAY, here it is.
3 U.S.C. § 1 sets the date as follows: “The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a President and Vice President.” Similarly, 2 U.S.C. § 7 sets the date for the election of U.S. senators and representatives on the same day.
Trump had about 300 EVs at midnight on 11/3. Hours before all the funny business began. So, argument could be made thst all election activity stops midnight (local time) 11/3 (TX and FL got their crap done by midnight). The good thing about this is that it is not state against state. Its non political/non partisan and could be universal.
So, back on 11/7 or 11/8, I wrote on this very site that if none of the legal challenges used this bumper sticker length argument, then the fix was in to lose all the court battles. Every legal challenge so far has been designed to lose. Yes, that includes the TX case. Alito even gave the “challenge for idiots” path by saying PA was outside bounds for after election day activity. So, did our side ever use the cheat sheet given by Alito? Of course not. Our side never actually fights to win. So instead of bumper sticker length arguments, we got silly non serious designed to lose gaslighting. You cannot tell me that the big wig lawyers on our “side” were unaware of the codified federal law of election day. Face it, we are on our own.

Exactly. These USC are the codified versions of the Congressionally passed Presidential Election Act of 1845 and changes made in 1872 and 1912 to align the congressional election date. Authority to set these dates rests in the constitutional authority allocated to congress to set requirements for national office. These two laws have been in existence for over 100 years, unchanged.
Pelosi and McConnell had the duty and power to change or modify them due to national emergency. They chose NOT to exercise that duty. The courts nor states DO NOT have the constitutional authority to change those dates. Also, nobody chose to sue Congress to have them change those either.
I agree that not including this argument is in deed a negligence on the part of those filing suits related to the elections.

Unfortunately, no. Ballots cast prior to polls closing are still allowed to be counted, even if that counting goes beyond midnight.

There seems to be many people that think that EO 13848 is the answer and are upset that the delay of a full report by DNI Ratcliffe will prevent POTUS from enacting it.
EO 13848 is focused on foreign interference and sanctions for foreign individuals, State actors, and foreign licensed businesses. It includes the remedies of the Treasury and WH issuing sanctions against individuals and Corporations. It does not say anything about domestic individuals tampering with election results. This EO has no provisions for arresting anyone.
EO 13848 also states that if everyone can’t agree on the contents of the report by 12/18, then the DNI will present to POTUS what they have and what points are under contention. Keep in mind that any item of National Security would be brought to the President’s attention immediately and not be held back for a report on 12/18.

There has also been mention of POTUS using the Insurrection Act and using the U.S. Military to stop the current coup. The Insurrection Act has been narrowed by the Posse Comitatus Act over the years and the Courts have also skewed the original intent of the Act. While it seems the President can certainly use it, the legality of the arrests made and the evidence obtained would be tied up in court for years.

There is a much simpler solution. If Federal laws have been broken (which they have), then use the largest Law Enforcement Agency in the Country to arrest people. I’m referring to the Department of Homeland Security. The Law Enforcement division of DHS, along with the U.S. Marshalls are all that is needed to put people in jail. The only other thing President Trump would need is an Attorney General that is willing to prosecute, and Bill Barr just happens to be leaving.
The ‘laws’ are broken. The other side isn’t observing them. Therefore, the social contract is broken. Refer to the Declaration of Independence and the phrase “long train of abuses”. This is where we’re at. We either do what we have to to recover the nation, or we fold to Chinese Communist authoritarianism. Lawyers aren’t going to fix this. Patriots are.

Then Zukerberg could be sanctioned under EO13848. But the EO still doesn’t provide for criminal charges (still would need law enforcement) or reversing the voting fraud.
