Regarding Declassification: I still have yet to understand exactly why the President never Ordered..but only Delegated the Authority. What good is/are having Legal Authorities and/or Powers such as these… if they are never used? Personally I think President Trump was counseled – by good people – that when he took office he couldn’t run things as if he were the “business owner.” i.e. the boss.
