Wasn’t surprised to get an ad today on FaceBook of Stacey Abrams looking for money for the Georgia run off. Lots of wanting to stick it to Mitch and flip the Senate. No mention of the candidates, just we want your money with an undercurrent of Orange Man bad.
That ad has been running practically non-stop for me on YT as well.

Had Wisconsin not lost that one seat on their SC earlier this year, you may well have gotten a complete victory today. Hagadorn (sp) was suppossed to be a stalwart conservative. LOL!
Still, if WI actually does a thorough review of those indefinately confirmed votes, PDJT likely wins WI. Will they do an actual review though?
I’ve tried several times here in Utah to find any convenient info on state SC judges regarding their court rulings since they don’t declare their party affiliation. Just can’t find anything other than how efficient and cordial they are to attorneys (useless).
Same thing here in Indiana. One would almost think its a plan.
I remember a fellow giving testimony in the WI (pretty sure it was WI) hearing about actually checking out a thousand or so of the indefinitely confined and saw them out shopping, partying, etc. If I’m right, a lot of that work has already been done. He said he and his team did it on their own dime. Might have to be rechecked by proper authorities, but a good starting point.

I’m misunderstanding nothing. I witnessed a man over the last four years as President do everything he could to go around the system. COVID early on he likewise tried with HQC, as in the President tried to get word out alternative science was available. I also witnessed those who likewise tried were shut down over HQC and other treatments, mocked, ridiculed and ignored – much as the President was. I also saw the President cut out the WHO as another attempt to get around the bureaucracy of fraud during the covid response. You have been one of those very few posters that have been always consistently positive about the importance of justice, rule of law, constitution and that justice must and will happen. This must happen… is proven today.
IMO- I believe many will look for anything to diminish a post because they believed for the past 4-years that justice is not important, will never happen, it always has been this way and those who believes in justice just don’t understand. The few believers in justice over the years had taken a lot of criticism that were always off-topic, they intentionally mislead what was being said, circular and always going no-where.
They will look for anything to attack and they always were the attackers. I have seen these attacks and they are unjustified.

Could it be that a “limited” signature audit is too little, too late? I don’t know if that’s true, maybe it will do some good. But why didn’t the SOS order the audit sooner when it would have had a greater impact?

Typically that would mean a random sample is selected and checked. In AZ when they did that, 3% of the ballots were invalid (but had been counted anyway). This will be interesting to watch both in terms of whether they randomize or if they rig it.

No it is not over. President Trump sent GOP electors to cast alternate votes in the battleground states. If the any of the lawsuits are successful, then the alternate votes for Trump would be cast in Congress. This happened in 1960 when HI (Hawaii) went to Nixon, but Kennedy sued. Kennedy had cast alternate electoral votes in HI in December, then the HI Supreme court overturned the HI presidential votes in favor of Kennedy. If Kennedy had not cast the alternate votes he would have not got HI

As I understand it, an alternate slate of electors in any contested state that votes for President Trump, will allow legal challenges to continue on the side of the President, as the courts will be unable to say the point is “moot,” since those alternates would give President Trump the win in the case that fraud is allowed to be proven in certain states (at last count, NV, PA, and GA have a total of 42 EVs, which would give PDJT 274).

I don’t believe the US Marshals have jurisdiction. They are responsible for US Court security, federal prisoner transport, and serving federal warrants. I think if anyone could it would be the FBI, but we know they are feckless.

I would like to believe this to be True. But wouldn’t this also have to mean that the President would also have had to knowingly endure humiliating and unnecessary actions from McConnell such as Impeachment Trial/Hearing and do really nothing about it at that time?…and then have to also wait until some ten months later after the election to then “engage his plan”? And, if what you are stating is true, essentially it all was a plan to have to endure this kind of abuse for years without stopping it until after the election? I always thought that the longer bad actors get away with wrongdoing, the harder it is for them ever to be held to account.

I will add, in my opinion, the “advise and consent” phrase has been misapplied for many years. A President is entitled to the appointment of his choosing; as long a someone is qualified, any Senate must give their consent. It was never meant to mean that “we decide whom is in your Cabinet…etc. What should have happened from the beginning is that the President should have held Nationwide addresses…and informed the People of exactly what people like McConnell and others were telling him in “private” conversations…everything! Meaning, if the Bully Pulpit was used against all of them…Republicans & Democrats…I do not think we would be where we are now. Additionally, every single Meeting, cabinet, leadership, individual Senator, Representative should have publicly broadcast. and if people balked…then Address the Nation each and every time to inform the People of exactly the character of those that were voted into office. Instead, we all are still waiting for…if you caught them all, why in God’s name is nothing happening to those that you say were caught?

1- Two sets of electors, 2- and having standing for law suites.
Avoiding the curse of knowledge,
I am summing things up in a way to make it understandable for the less informed. (Being less informed is not a measure of your intelligence or wisdom level, but a measure of your information level about this issue)
1- Today is the deadline for States to submit their groups of electors to the Federal Government to vote for one of the two presidential candidates.
A- The states executive branch headed by the governor typically sends the electors to the Federal Government to vote for a president, and that is what they are did, including the 4 contested states, which sent a set of electors to vote for Biden.
B- Also the state legislatures can send a set of electors to vote for president. The state legislatures are composed of the state house and senate, (these are the state level house representatives and senators, not to be confused with the federal representatives and Senators that are in DC to vote on federal issues)
So The state legislatures from the 4 contested states have rejected the executive branches set of electors that voted for Biden, and sent in a set of their on electors to vote for Trump.
This creates two different sets of electors for the 4 contested states.
The fed gov now has a dilemma. It has to choose one set of the two sets electors from each of the 4 state to vote for president.
Or possibly the federal gov can not accept either set of electors from the state executive and legislative branches, and the States Federal Representatives can pick the electors for that state.
The Fed Gov does not count these electors votes until late in January to select the president.
So by sending two sets of electors, the contested states have more time to work on their election fraud cases.
If fraud is proven well enough, the Fed gov could accept the state legislatures set of electors that are voting for Trump instead of the state executive electors that are voting for Biden.
In other words the election has not been decided, even though the states electors have been sent today to vote for a president.
There is still time for the truth about any possible election fraud to be revealed.
2- Also the stalled law suits can now go forward.
Some of the law suits could not go forward, or did not have standing, until someone was harmed. And sending the electors to vote for president has caused the harm necessary to allow for claimants to have standing, so that their law suits can go forward to the Supreme Court.
