Just saw where Melinda Gates is “disappointed” that Trump funded CV19 vaccines and made them available to America first, implying that they are withheld from the rest of the world. Trump’s genius may be manifesting yet again! American’s are not rushing for the vaccines and the supply is sitting sitting under PDJT’s control along with whatever plan the globalist had associated with giving out the candy. I suggest when talking with others, we intentionally misspeak. Replace “Biden” with “Obama,” as in, “Wow, all of the cabinet picks Obama has announced so far are as bad as I feared.”

I totally agree. In Israel as soon as someone turns 18, he or she has to serve in the military for a time. It’s mandatory. My father served in our military for 23 years and fought in Vietnam; he knew the price of freedom was not free, and he was a proud patriot all his life. I was raised in the military and I also am a proud patriot because I also know that freedom is not free.

There are now violations involving 2 US Constitutional Issues that are part of the decision the Supreme Court must render; the Power of Congress to Set Requirements for National Office (which involve setting dates for National Elections) and this issue involving State Republic Form of Government (with Executives and Judiciaries appropriating powers they do not have).

(1) A stay on Monday’s selection/voting/seating (whatever) of the Electors in the four states named in the Texas action before the Court. Perhaps a complete stay on the Electoral College vote. Note: this date is NOT set in the Constitution.
(2) Setting of oral arguments early next week.
I think this is the best we can hope for. There is so much “heat” put on the Court with all the responses/additions/comments/all sorts of legalese that they will hopefully get the message.

To put it in a nutshell, The US Military Special Operations Command, SOCOM, (i.e. Green Barret’s, US Army rangers, USAF Air Commandos, USMC Force Recon, Navy Seals, et al) were providing the on the ground fire power and logistics for CIA operations. The budgets for everything involving the CIA is massive is classified, uncontrolled and has no oversight. When the DoD moved the SOCOM back under direct DoD Civilian Control that drew the CIA budget to the sunlight and put the CIA on notice that at least under President Trump’s administration the CIA could no longer use US Military personnel as their goon squad.
One would think if PT and team have the captured server or the forensic audit results of machines or cyber communications or massive evidence of mayors/governess/Congress people in cahoots with a foreign power that they would expose this evidence TODAY.
Why today?
Because although the TX argument is one of Constitutionality, IMO the American people hate cheaters and many Americans struggle with the legalize/interpretation of the law/Constitution but they would clearly understand IF the machines were fixed to move votes from one candidate to another.
This if it is the case would be crystal clear to the people and would allow the SC the cover and justification to throw out illegal ballots after midnight AND if true reverse the fractional reduction of votes to PT while lowering the additional fractional votes count given to Biden.
Now the SC can tell the states to apply these two directives and produce a final count for the American people. Of course PT wins the 4 states then and thus gets to 270 while Biden falls to 244.
But without this hard evidence, if true, of vote count manipulation the SC most likely will kick the decision back to the state legislatures where via the massive outside influence, corruptness and even possible blackmail or death threats the weak knee politicians still give it to Biden.
IMO PT best option is providing the SC enough cover and justification to throw out votes and / or adjust the mathematical fractional manipulation if this is the case.
IMO this option wins over every honest American with hard evidence of cheating that they can easily understand while also shutting up any argument from the DS and RINO’s.
PT does not have to use the Insurrection Act to fight this election fraud as that will now be obvious. He will still use some form of martial law and the Insurrection Act to protect Americans when the left starts their city protests but it is coming from the angle of protection whereby every one see the left cheated.
So Im hoping we get much exposed TODAY BEFORE the SC rules on the Constitutionality of this case.
Just minor adjustment Arguments of Constitutionality and the “American People” hating cheaters is the same thing. They are not separate arguments. That is something many American People better relearn fast.
The PA Legislature joining the case on the side of Texas is something that makes it impossible for the Supreme Court to ignore.
This goes to the heart of the complaint and case that legislatures were unconstitutionally disregarded in the execution of the election. The Constitution is clear that this power resides with the Legislature. No position defended by Executive and Judicial decisions is justifiable or supported by the Constitution.
Only corruption and dishonesty could find against this complaint. At which point, anyone failing to follow the constitution can be designated a dissident and part of a treasonous endeavor.
That amicus is only by the speaker and the majority leader, not the PA legislature per se.
If I were SCOTUS, I would ask them if they feel their authority was usurped, why are they filing an amicus? Why are they not in session taking back their plenary power to appoint the electors?
This SCOTUS case is the wrong avenue. The right avenue (according to the Constitution) has always been the state legislatures. They didn’t need SCOTUS to act. However, they seemed hesitant to do their duty. My hope is that whatever procedure or ultimate decision/opinion results from the TX suit, it establishes that the election rules were broken and the results are in doubt, then that emboldens the state legislatures to do their duty and confront the fraud head on.
The Michigan Legislature has joined in with Texas as well. I got the Tweet from the House Speaker late last night that they filed a brief as well.
I sort of disagree. The legislatures knew full well when the SoS and Election Committees changed the rules before the election and just sat back and did nothing. If they had interest in their powers and a valid election they should have spoken up right off. By not, one could infer that they condoned the changes ‘due to the nature of the current social status with Covid restrictions, health concerns,blah blah’, ‘these new voting measures are required due to the uncertain and unprecedented times’. Action vs re-action would have helped, unfortunately many of the elected official in states just really are not smart enough to do the job effectively.

Roberts could have stopped the Pa. Supreme Court from changing the election law following a Democrat lawsuit.

Bush directly appointing Roberts to Chief never sat right with me. He’s too clever by half trying to find little loopholes so he can thread the needle. This is why Barrett was so important.
There are still 5 reliable justices. People like to complain when a justice doesn’t vote the way they want on a specific case, but people need to understand that if a justice is doing what they should and interpreting the law without regard to the politics, sometimes the case should be decided that way. Sometimes its not that the judge is wrong, its that the law that has to change.
Now in this election, the law seems crystal clear. And from a simple logical standpoint you just can’t have judges, governors, SOS, etc making stuff up as they go or there is no more rule of law.
