Attorney General William Barr got into a heated and private throw down with President Trump over the top law enforcement official’s failure to properly investigate 2020 election fraud, according to high-placed federal sources who spoke to the Thomas Paine Podcast.
President Trump lashed out at Barr, leaving the Justice Department chief considering an early exit from public office. “He (Barr) is not used to be talked down to like that. It was ugly and loud.”

I go to TGP to read entertaining tweets. If you want to raise your IQ though then this is where one needs to be.
I don’t recall seeing any substantial “reporting” at TGP other than BOOM, BOMBSHELLS, etc headlines and then if you click to read, it is mostly compilation of tweets or videos.
I am not trying to put it down, but if you want real pleasure that stimulates your gray matter then I find my little branch here to be ideal nesting place.
TGP is never going to win awards for in depth content , spelling and grammar. The spelling errors alone can make you wonder if they proofread anything.
But, it’s uncanny how they are often days ahead of anyone else on a story. That’s the value of TGP from my experience

I listened to a long speech Barr gave at Notre Dame (about a year ago)… and I was listening to discern his true character, heart, beliefs… and he knows and believes in the teachings of Christ. He wasn’t faking bc you cannot fake what he knows, & how he was able to express his understanding of the Christian faith.
Its SO obvious that our nation is in truly grave danger … as is the entire free world.
To PERMIT the traitors/seditionists inside the FBI, CIA, DOJ to get away with the crimes they absolutely committed is such an extraordinary travesty of justice and a betrayal of us all that its inconceivable bc to permit it is …SO very dangerous. Has anyone else noticed the similarity in language between Judge Sullivan’s temper tantrum ruling finally dismissing the General Flynn case (used the word “moot” multiple times in obvious anger) and today’s SCOTUS ruling? Here is the SCOTUS language:
“has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections,” adding “All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”
There’s that word “moot” again. Seems like a big FU from the deep state…

The SCOTUS just told Texas and 20 other States that they dont have standing in the ONLY Court they can seek redress against another state. They have ruled…7-2 that States dont have any standing to contest another state corrupting their voting process.

The other day I read on here all about how the Supreme Court voted 9-0 on a case where they came out and said, in agreement with our Constitution, that a national election cannot go beyond the day of the election — period.
Every state must have their election results by the end of the election day, but we have been wishy-washy and allowing things to get messy and sloppy and drag-on for the idiots in control.
After reading that I asked Minnesota Voters Alliance to sue the state of Minnesota for me; to have a class action lawsuit against Minnesota due to the fact that our election was not complete on November 3rd.
When a state is sued for that purpose the results of the election become void, and it is then up to legislators to appoint electors.
Realizing that even if the election in Minnesota was ruled as being void, our socialist legislators would still appoint leftist electors so suing this state would be a waste of time, money and the talent of everyone at Minnesota Voters Alliance.
What we need right now is for one person from any state where they did not have their completed election results on November 3rd — and they have a Republican majority legislature — to file a suit against that state requesting the results of the vote be made void.
If we can get just one person from Wisconsin to contact the Wisconsin Voters Alliance and ask them to sue the state of Wisconsin for not doing their job in insuring the election was done on election day, and asking them to void the election, the job of appointing electors goes to a Republican legislature to do that job.
Same for any other state!
Minnesota is a lost cause in this regard. California is a lost cause in this regard. All the other leftist insane states are worthless, but this is another fight we — THE PEOPLE — can do!

We should all take a moment to thank our forefathers for not giving up on the premise of the freedoms of the United States. Without them, we wouldn’t have this opportunity to roll over and give up in this, the biggest fight for our country. Yes, we have had setback after setback, and I would love to have one major victory to confirm my faith in this fight, but as a freedom lover of the USA, I am refusing to give up until i hear President Trump say “I concede”. There’s always the bright side, the Supreme Court not taking the case could clear the way for a ruling in favor of directing a lower court to move forward. If Texas had “standing” would that have meant other plaintiff’s don’t in other courts?

Maybe it is just me, but Sundance’s quietness before and after the election has been deafening. I get a feeling that Sundance knew it was a done deal even before the election. I get the sense that he didn’t really want us to be disappointed even if there was only a 1% chance that Pres. Trump was able to overcome everything that has been thrown at him.
I don’t think it’s just you, but I’m not sure it’s got much going for it. Sundance is busy watching over a website migration of a *decade* of blood, sweat, and tears. And as the lawsuits get filed and dismissed, it turns to just chatter about the merits and unkind words about the opposing forces.
Besides – it’s the quiet ones you have to worry about. All of Sundance’s commentary before, during, and after the election were just as fired up as ever. Going silent usually means too busy working to chatter 🙂

SCOTUS says Texas had no standing since the state was not directly injured by other state’s actions.
They viewed this through a peephole intentionally. Ignored previous decisions that upheld election challenges on the timing. However, it was not a slam dunk argument, so they rejected the shot.
Powell has filed suits to SCOTUS and says they have standing. Hopefully these will be heard with testimony. At some point the President’s team will present huge smoking gun evidence. Will it be judged accordingly? Who knows.
IMHO the President should immediately without delay appoint separate SC’s to look into 1. The 4 year coup 2. The entire Biden family and 3. thee election fraud.

The other day I read on here all about how the Supreme Court voted 9-0 on a case where they came out and said, in agreement with our Constitution, that a national election cannot go beyond the day of the election — period.
Every state must have their election results by the end of the election day, but we have been wishy-washy and allowing things to get messy and sloppy and drag-on for the idiots in control.
After reading that I asked Minnesota Voters Alliance to sue the state of Minnesota for me; to have a class action lawsuit against Minnesota due to the fact that our election was not complete on November 3rd.
When a state is sued for that purpose the results of the election become void, and it is then up to legislators to appoint electors.
Realizing that even if the election in Minnesota was ruled as being void, our socialist legislators would still appoint leftist electors so suing this state would be a waste of time, money and the talent of everyone at Minnesota Voters Alliance.
What we need right now is for one person from any state where they did not have their completed election results on November 3rd — and they have a Republican majority legislature — to file a suit against that state requesting the results of the vote be made void.
If we can get just one person from Wisconsin to contact the Wisconsin Voters Alliance and ask them to sue the state of Wisconsin for not doing their job in insuring the election was done on election day, and asking them to void the election, the job of appointing electors goes to a Republican legislature to do that job.
Same for any other state!
Minnesota is a lost cause in this regard. California is a lost cause in this regard. All the other leftist insane states are worthless, but this is another fight we — THE PEOPLE — can do!

The statute would be utterly inefficient, and the plenary authority of Congress over the time to choose electors would be denied. There is no possible construction of the statute which would allow State elections for presidential electors to continue after Election Day.
3 U.S.C. § 1 states: “The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed, in each State, on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a President and Vice President.”
The electors of President and Vice President shall be appointed on Election Day. They weren’t. Elections were held. Midnight came. 3 U.S.C. § 2. Failure to make choice on prescribed day
“The law of the United States provides that ‘whenever any state has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day, in such manner as the legislature of such state may direct:’ U.S. Gen. Stats., p. 21, sect. 134.” (Same as 3 U.S.C. § 2)
We don’t need any oddball group to file and fight this fight for us, we just need to know what laws protect us, word the filing correctly, and fight like junk yard dogs ’til we win.

The House can not accept electors from Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. Those states are proffering a slate of electors based on lawless “election theater”. They are attempting to undermine the presidential election, their electors must be rejected.

If we don’t stand up to it, if we allow the big media, the big tech, the Democrat politicians, and the Washington elite—if we allow them to roll over this, it’s going to get worse and worse and worse.”
So be it on to District Court then!
The key thing is that this was not a unanimous decision. And who should we be inclined to think has it right on a constitutional level as far as standing — proven constitutionalists Alito and Thomas, or the three Dem appointees, Roberts, and the new kids on the block?

The standing issue was valid. Remember that “our side” doesn’t have activist judges. We have judges who abide by the law. Notwithstanding what they personally would have preferred.
I’m a lawyer. The standing issue was patently obvious to me. I wrote, I talked, I called. Wherever I could. I’m disgusted. I rather would have been wrong. A precious week of time wasted.

They never reached a conclusion past whether the case could be heard or not, so yes, they did disagree with the other 7.
Well, I am NOT a lawyer, but my understanding of the term “standing” is that the group suing must be able to show that they were actually impacted by the actions of the group they are suing, which makes sense.
Texas couldn’t sue Pennsylvania over how they run their lottery, or collect taxes, or distribute benefits to the elderly, because none of that impacts Texas in any way.
The election is completely different, and anybody can see that.
If Texas and Pennsylvania both vote for Trump, but rule changes and fraud in Texas push the election to Biden and force Texans to accept Biden as president, then Texans HAVE suffered direct harm.
As much as lawyers want to play “gotcha” with technical Constitutional issues, it’s time to tackle the real issue head on–the FRAUD. Show people THAT, and everybody can understand. No need to hide behind legal trickery. There is real HARM there, there are DAMAGES there. The fraud will potentially deny millions of their constitutional right to have their vote counted and respected, not nullified.
Where are the legislatures in these states that did not abide by the laws they passed. THEY would have had standing. So would the entire United States, had Bill Barr done his job and sued these states for denying their citizens equal protection, violating the Voting Rights Act, etc. But…
Idonnow, but I started getting nervous about standing when some PA legislators files amicus briefs supporting TX, when the defendant was PA executive. Suddenly, it didnt feel like TX was suing PA any more.
PA legislators are a different legal entity than the state of PA.
Plus, the amicus is more of a “Hey, you should consider this before you decide.”

The standing issue is real and technically valid, but is a canard weaponized by the Brandeis and Frankfurter courts in the FDR era to deflect challenges to unconstitutional actions that FDR was running all over doing. “Standing” was Introduced in 1921 to help unburden the high volume of cases being sent to the SC not to turn it into a tea gathering to pick dainties . It was created to deal with the border disputes between States and other issues of Federal and Maritime Law. In my opinion by refusing to consider a case between States, it has declared itself Nugatory
Mark Serrano of Amistad Project points out this morning on War Room that a major problem is that the Legislators in States don’t realize and appreciate their Constitutional powers and duties in selecting Electors because they are so fixated with following technicalities of legislation regarding these matters that are beneath the authority of the State.Constitutions.
