president trump is playing a game of chicken with the supreme court. making it seem like he is willing to break out the military if he loses (he won’t) and at the same time challenging the supremes to side with him to save the nation (it won’t).
basically it’s fubar. 24 days before the zombies breach.
The Supreme Court was 4-4 allowing Pennsylvania to flout election law before the election, thanks to Robert’s perverse need to self flagellate.. Now with the addition of Amy Barrett, an avowed Constitutionalist, it is more likely, not less, that Texas will win this argument at SCOTUS. Roberts lost power , I think, and has a bad argument.
Don’t know the remedy, but I do know my civil rights are being crushed by this fraud. Throw out illegal after election ballots.

Winston Churchill eloquently articulated the “Gathering Storm”. He explained that elected officials when faced with an ever growing and threatening foreign enemy, out of fear of the potential loss of life its citizenry and military, the elected officials will placate the enemy, find common ground and attempt to hold the enemy in check, by believing you can rationalize with the enemy. However what often happens is that the enemy grows and yes stopping it early would have caused the loss of life, but waiting until its a full blown crisis causes far greater loss of life and far greater destruction. RINO’s have fallen into such a trap. There has been a gathering storm for decades and the confrontation of forces — those on the side our founding and those on the side of tyranny will soon clash.

Perhaps time to double up on our studies of the past and hopefully we can gain insights to lead the way. Many a things I do not know, however I do know that PDJT cannot do this alone, he needs leaders –as George Washington had Alexander Hamilton, Lincoln’s Grant and Sherman, the relationship of Jefferson and Adams. There needs to be a team of like minded individuals that can assist to lead us through the forest.

Tracing an IP address is very routine and is not statically assigned to a device, much less a stream of data (only a MAC address could be associated with a specific and perpetual device). It is definitely not proof of what the device is, whether it is still there or on or off, where the data went, and obviously not proof of a “raid.”

This is true, but it is usually pointing to a geography that is close. My IP is traced at least to a neighboring city here in Michigan. How do I know? I get ads that say “Happening now in __________” where the blank is a nearby city. Nothing I ever do points to a foreign country let alone specifically Frankfurt Germany.

Just saying that there is not a lot to read into it: IP addresses can be spoofed, you can proxy and kill traceability altogether, they are dynamically assignable from large pools, they can be anonymously leased temporarily, you can even re-register it across the planet and with another domain in a matter of minutes depending on who and how clever the owner is. The poster above mentions it is “assigned” to a subscriber – again true but it could literally be for the duration of a single stream before being re-assigned elsewhere.
Just don’t allow appeal to authority or appeal to technology (if thats a thing) to assume some definitive confirmation of bias. Focus on HUMANS presence PHYSICALLY at every state house and courtroom, USSC, what have you, that we can possibly muster from this moment until the right thing is done. that will matter far more in the near term than chasing these random leads.

I think thats actually a good example, but I took the OP to be asking if there was actually an analysis that discovered the code, the logs, the settings, or some other actual evidence of HOW it was tampered with during the election. The output in Ware (if thats what yr talking about) is suspicious, but from everything I read, they still did not have access to see what had happened to cause that outcome – they just observed that it happened.

Hope springs eternal. I’ve been writing for awhile now that a possible reason Sydney was splintered off from the Rudy effort is that there was an internal debate over what they were going to do with that election fraud evidence they had.
i.e. she wanted full transparency, but the other side wanted to keep it close-hold and not be transparent. I have no idea if this is true, but her early comments about the Kraken and Dominion and the servers overseas…she was say all that and all of a sudden that memo comes out from the Trump Team saying that she’s not a direct part of the Trump legal effort. Rudy mentioned Frankfurt once, and only in the context of votes being counted off-shore, not anything about cyber war or Krakens or military intel or any of that. (I haven’t been watching the hearings, so I can’t say if “Frankfurt” is even something he talks about any more.)
If you think you’re going to prevail on court anyway, why give up to the enemy that you know the who, what, where, when, and how behind the fraud. The less the enemy knows about our cyber capabilities, the better, in a cyber war.
It’s actually less complicated than that, and Sundance put out a post about it. Sidney was “removed” (I put it in quotes because she technically was never a part of Trump’s team) for monetary reasons. The RNC heard she was going after everyone – both Republicans and Democrats – who was involved, and Romney’s niece therefore refused to allow her to be paid with RNC money. Unfortunately Trump is still part of the RNC, donations go through them, so the RNC forced him to put out the statement that Sidney wasn’t officially working for Team Trump.

I watched the Georgia House hearing this morning. They have a huge amount of factual evidence, but a real difficult time with the Zoom presentation. I wish Rudy had hired some young technical experts to help with the Zoom presentations.
The experts lost a lot of time and impact from their presentations. Technical issues and not having their presentations ready for a Zoom presentation.
Hopefully, when they return, they can be more concise.

HOUSTON – A bill seeking to modify the so-called “castle doctrine” in Texas is getting lawmakers riled up ahead of the legislative session that begins next year.
The “castle doctrine” is outlined in Sec. 9.41 of the state’s penal code. It gives people the right to use deadly force to protect their “land or tangible, movable property.”
State Rep. Terry Meza, D-Irving, filed House Bill 196 in early November, which would modify part of the code to require homeowners to be “unable to safely retreat” before deadly force can be used. It would also remove robbery and aggravated robbery as crimes that could be legally stopped with deadly force by property owners.
Some have insinuated that Meza’s bill seeks to end the “castle doctrine” because it requires them to retreat from their property before shooting. However, Meza took to Twitter last month to say that her bill and position have been “misrepresented.”

All state Legislators need to fix the voting system in their states to minimize mail-in ballots, and I mean minimize. Require all nursing homes patients to have assistance of their families to fill out their ballots. A family member should be a witness on the envelope. Most importantly, the Legislators must appoint who will count the votes. No more trusting Democrat, public union employees. The Legislature must be in session during the voting period of the year.

I FINALLY got an answer re;the GA runoff election.
My question was that the state constitution makes it clear that only those entitled to vote in the general shall be entitled to vote in the runoff, so why are people who weren’t registered for the general being allowed to register for the runoff.

The runoff is a federal election, and as such federal rules apply, not our state constitution.
I feel a bit obtuse for not realizing this, but i’m glad I was able to get clarification.

Am I the only one wondering why this sudden lefty 100% news blitz on Hunter Biden’s corruption?? It is very coordinated. Weird, right? But when I went to the lefty blogs to see them gloat, there was NOTHING, NADA, not one single word about Biden’s big “win”. It got me wondering….a while back.. I posted an article here about what happens if a presidential candidate dies or is disqualified during the time periods after the election is held and before the electoral college meets.
It was interesting and surprising. IIRC, there is a point in time after the votes are certified but before the electoral college meets, that if a Presidential candidate” dies or is otherwise disqualified to serve, then the VP candidate is NOT automatically President. The Congress can choose someone else to step in.
The short of it was, if I understood it correctly, if Biden is found ineligible to serve during this time period, they can pick someone beside Kamala for the electors to vote on if Biden is disqualified before the electoral college meets. Had to happen before electoral college met and after the election results tabulated in States. But if Biden were to die or be disqualified AFTER the electoral college votes finalized, but before the inauguration, the Kamala (VP) then automatically is Pres.

So with that little tidbit, it seems mighty coincidental and intriguing that the very SAME day they get the votes certified, the left is willing ….on all fronts… to acknowledge Biden’s corruption. The plot thickens.

The House of Representatives would choose the president, and, in this special case, each state would get only one vote. So it comes down to how many states have a majority of GOP seats. I believe the GOP-majority states would outnumber the Dem-majority states.

I have been trying to make this point in several posts over the last few months. It is about countering the messaging that Faceytweet, google, etc. are putting out there. The more we allow them to bombard mainstreet with that babble, the more mainstreet begins to believe.
I would add that people grasp more quickly visual comparisons as opposed to long articles of lines of text. Help them visualize the subject. It makes an instant and lasting impact.
Leave at grocery stores. One great place is the florist area counter. It is periodically left unattended. Most people will at least read the headline and a few paragraphs before trashing the item. Highway billboards are great also. Only downside is you have to supply your info when paying for same.
