I was going to suggest that President Trump revoke the security clearance of Eric Swalwell, but guess what I found out? Members of Congress are not required to have a security clearance, but still have access to secure information.
Isn’t that insane? No vetting process to receive security clearance?

Conservatives need to start showing up at city/county council meetings and speak up. We had success here on the Central Coast of California. We got the county council to request our own district and not enforce lock downs. Businesses are trying to stand together and fight this. People need to get some courage. You need to fight.
I agree, and certainly am not making the above statement to be provocative or derisive of others. Clearly I have not made such a choice either. In the absence of a strategic objective agreed to by hundreds of thousands of us, acting alone will certainly be our last decision.

The Mexican attorney general’s office has pledged to look at the evidence, but Cienfuegos was immediately released upon his arrival back in Mexico and few expect him ever to be convicted there.

The President could simply cite the 1997 Foster v. Love decision that was 9-0 at the Supreme Court which said the election ends at midnight. Ballots after that are irrelevant.
Use that precedent the Court would have to do cartwheels to overturn that if it even tried. The news outlets would have to report mention the 1997 decision (the again maybe not).
The public, however, knows how rare it is to have 9 justices vote together.

There are a myriad of reasons to vacate the electors. This is really about whether we still have a Constitution, and whether the Supreme Court is prepared for the riots and terrorism that will follow any ruling against Biden.

If the President enacts the Insurrection Act and provides for the Militia (as in the Second Amendment to the US Constitution) to enforce it he will have all the support he needs.

Having said that, death records and voting records are public information.

Why as of just last night on Hannity and also with Jay Sekulow is the former Director of NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE, Richard Grenell, now suggesting that there is much more to come about Governors and others regarding the election?
And is it a coincidence that the Stilwell story breaks this week?
And is it a coincidence that the story about Canada allowing the Chinese military to conduct exercises virtually up against our northern border breaks this week?
And is it a coincidence that the stories of Hunter Biden and his foreign dealings are breaking again this week?
IMO the simple answer is PT, DNI Ratcliffe and Sec of Defense might just be seeding or preparing the American people with breadcrumbs of evidence of possible Foreign Interference BEFORE any official report comes out?
Now ask yourself, what happens if later today AFTER the DS presents their argument to the SC IF the results of the FORENSIC AUDIT of those 22 voting machines comes back with evidence of actual vote count manipulation?
Oh and is there any evidence IF a Foreign Government owns or has invested in any voting machine companies?
And finally what do the 9 or more like the 5 Conservative Justices think IF within the next 24 hours both the voting machine audit results come out AND the Ratcliffe Report comes out?
Would these two additional pieces of evidence if they come out in the next 24-48 hours help to provide the SC “some cover” to allow them to throw out potential illegal ballots thus allowing PT to get to the 270 mark vs kicking the decision back to the legislatures and even Congress where it appears many may have been compromised?
IMO the next 48 hours could be HUGE!
I believe there are no coincidences. Some say that we all needed to see the attempted steal and all the international intrigue as it relates to China and our Dem and Rep politicians…otherwise we would never believe it. It does make a lot of sense…though, man it makes it like the ultimate high stakes game of chicken in my mind. Civil War is a big price to pay for all this…but it sure would help getting them all locked up. My 2 cents…

The only thing I don’t like about it is what I’ll call the “shifting excuses” problem. They started off with ballot dumps and voting machines. Then it was more about the election “process” for the recounts. Then it was “well the election was invalid due to the changes to the laws by the administrators”. Now we’re on to “It was China” taking more of a center stage.
It could just be “all of the above”, and I know most of us here probably think it’s all of those things. But where I give the side-eye on this stuff is when the debate keeps shifting to something new, and nothing “big” ever materializes on the prior fronts. The Democrats did this with the fake-peachment last year… they kept changing whatever it was they were upset about. That bugs me.
The Texas lawsuit is a big fat juicy meatball pitch right over the center of the plate for SCOTUS to smash into the upper deck. You can’t get all that evidence in front of the court if they opt out of hearing the case, and I’ve heard several times (e.g. Sekulow) that they certainly could refuse to hear the case. It could also be that the TX lawsuit is the cover story that allows them to turn the election over, but behind the scenes SCOTUS has been fully briefed on what transpired. So they vote 5-4 or 6-3 to keep up appearances because we don’t want the bad guys to know what we know.

I am having problems today…no idea what is going on..first I cannot get this site to download without refreshing several times; then I wrote a reply and the comment box was very small and when it posted it said my reply was awaiting approval. Then I went up to the top of the page and wrote a comment and the spinning arrow and I refreshed and could not get back on and I do not think they posted. On a positive note when the reply posted it was in a better font and line breaks were normal. Now the comment box is back to larger size, have no idea if this will publish.

So why did AZ file their own brief with the SC?
Of course part of the answer is Arizona’s state legislature already APPROVED mail in voting ballots so it differs from the TX filing against the other 4 states so it had to be separate.
But why would AZ even file a protest? Why bother?
IMO, First to express formally to the SC their contempt for any voter or election fraud.

IMO the answer just maybe as simple as looking at the map of which states used the so called in question voting machines?
Could this filing be a breadcrumb of what is might come with regard to the Forensic Audit done in MI?
AZ is stating their concerns and opposition to Election fraud in this filing so what happens if that Forensic Audit comes back indicating there was manipulation and AZ used the same machines?

AZ did not really join the lawsuit. All their statement said was (1) election integrity is important, and (2) get this over with fast. That’s it.

It’s a bit depressing that a prominent journalist doesn’t know how to spell “shuttered”.
My friends and contacts who are ex-military follow a few websites claiming to be monitoring U.S. military movements, e.g. assorted battleships and aircraft carriers are supposedly now coming back to our eastern and western coasts, a large number of Army troops have – again supposedly – been summoned to a base in Nevada, cargo flights out of Wright-Patterson AFB here in Ohio and elsewhere have increased, etc.
Occam’s Razor: most probably all of these things are military exercises. However, theories about a possible Chinese attack on the west coast, a coup by United Nations troops called in by the DEMS (???!!!), abound.
My point is: these ex-military friends and contacts are all itchy about Civil War II starting, if the election is stolen. They are more than ready to…well, you know! Tense and dangerous times: I wonder if August 1914 or the early months of 1860 were similar.

Well, the Left un-persons people. So it’s not shocking they would un-notice things. American Liberals and Media embrace their inner George Orwell more and more each day.
Don’t get hopes up too high for the TX SCOTUS case. Standing is weak. The state legislatures’ power to appoint electors is plenary. If the state legislatures of the Defendant states felt the election was not proper or if they opposed giving Biden the electors, they would have an easy remedy. They could take the power back. The only logical assumption from the failure to act by the state legislatures is that they are fine with Biden getting those electors. I do not see how other states can interfere with those states’ decision. SCOTUS will avoid getting involved. The pressure has to be put back on those GOP dominated state legislatures to get back in session and confront their state’s election fraud.

Not if they focus on the fact that State Legislature, Executive or Court DO NOT have the authority to mandate the acceptance of votes beyond the election date for national office, established the US Congress. States only have the authority to establish means of compliance.
Also, not if the suit points out that States accepting in violation of State Legislated Laws is a violation of the Constitutions of the US and States in question.
The States have a very strong case on these grounds and the Supreme Court will be ignoring the Constitutional Authority of the Congress to define requirements for election to national office as well as laws legislated by Congress according to that authority.
But isn’t a part of the Texas case about Gov, SOS and other State officials usurping the authority give the State Legislators by the Constitution? That, we know, did happen.
Good advice. I take the cynical bet, and the Government Party rarely lets me down.
The counter-argument is that what some of these states did violates Federal law and prior Supreme Court precedent about “election day” being a “day” not a “month” that extends for many hours and days afterwards. Especially PA, but “found” ballots in all four states suggest that the voting was allowed to continue until the desired result was achieved.
Also, I’m not sure the old “they decided to look the other way” about their stated election laws is the best defense.
At the end of the day, however, the Supreme Court justices are drawn from the same well-water that produced the lower-court judges who have pretty uniformly ruled that they are more worried about “disenfranchising” illegal votes than they are about “diluting” legal votes. (and all the accusations of racism that go along with it…it’s not lost on anyone that the 4 cities in question are dominated by black voters who are easily duped and defrauded)
