This commentary on her body language by someone I’ve followed on and off for years (she does an amazing one on Biden’s power molestation of young girls) is sobering on Elena Parent at the hearing. Fast forward to 7min 50 sec to hear her conclusion that this woman NEEDS Biden to win “so that she doesn’t go to jail.” Makes me believe that indeed Parent was stuffing ballots – or something equally nefarious.

Proof of how much damage a corrupt court system and, in particular, a corrupt judge can. The Judiciary had NO interest in cleaning up their own mess.
So it is clear that the Judiciary is all in on the corruption also and has been for a long time. The DOJ and FBI like to cite their convict rate and the judges play a role by ALWAYS giving the government the “benefit of doubt.”

I was listening to a local talk radio show this am. They had a regular guest on that is a doctor. He stated that the vaccine is for symptoms of wu flu and does not protect transmission by those receiving the vaccine to others. What the hell. Has anyone heard this?
I have heard this and it’s not surprising, really – like the flu shot, it doesn’t necessarily prevent flu (hence the low success rates each year) but , even if you get the flu, it should help keep symptoms from becoming serious enough to be life-threatening.
That being said, I have zero intention of taking the Covid-19 vaccination. And, now that I say that…
I need to hurry and get my flu shot before they bamboozle us and switch it out with a Covid-19 vaccine instead or make it a combo vaccine without letting us. Think I have distrust in our government much?

Didn’t something very similar come up in a Texas case, where young girls were being REQUIRED to take an HPV vaccine, and religious parents were objecting? Can’t remember the disposition of that.

I’m 74 and I had it last Dec. and got over it without fanfare. I was sick, but had no idea it was all from the same thing.
I know a lady who is 82 and “tested” positive, yet she was symptomless the entire 2 weeks of her quarantine. She only found out she was so-called “positive,” because her doctor was testing her for a totally unrelated issue about her sleep pattern. She was surprised when they told her she had “tested positive.”
There is so much going on with the test itself and how it is not reliable at all.
I am in the same boat as you, I had, very bad case and ended up in the hospital, but at the time they weren’t looking for the covid. Thought I had a pneumonia. It was later that I was tested and they found the antibodies. Don’t know if I would have survived if I had gotten 2 months later with doctor shoving tubes down the throat and putting people in medical comas rather than using the mask ventilator. I thank God for the timing of the whole thing

I had the swine flu and seem to have super immunity to the flu. Haven’t been sick since 2009. Last December, I had a high fever for about 4 days. It would go away and then come back. It was weird. I remember thinking “what is this?” Had a cough and congestion. My mother tried to get her “bug” man to come out, and he had been out of work for a month. When he finally came back, he said he tested positive for the Rona. Mom asked how it was and he said “it was the fever. It was up and down.” Yup, I had it.

I will take it. I take the flu shot every year because I work in education and the flu is rampant every year. I have never gotten the flu since I started taking the flu shot, whereas my wife and kids are a walking flu petri dish
My wife is a virulent anti-vaccer, and suffers greatly with the flu; my background in biology and I never see the problem with giving my immune system as boost via a shot versus the flu itself.
I hope in your later years it never comes back to haunt you in any way. This seems to be the major concern with these vaccines. Auto immune disease and the like.
I generally get the flu shot every year, though before December 2013, I had only had the flu once. That year I had not yet gotten the shot and my husband got sick one evening literally just after we had eaten dinner out – he threw up in the parking lot. We worried about food poisoning. Two days later I became sick and a few hours later my 5 year old son. We all had the flu.
Fast forward about 7 days to December 23rd, I ended up having to call an ambulance in the middle of the night as I was coughing up foamy blood. I was admitted into ICU with bilateral pneumonia. On Christmas Day my husband was taken to the hospital by ambulance with a blood pressure of 306/208 and in acute kidney failure. He was also admitted to ICU. Both of had severe complications from the flu and both of us were lucky to have survived it.
That being said, I’m terrified of catching Covid-19. I will not have the vaccine right away, however, until it is proven safe. I have a host of autoimmune disorders and take several immunosuppressive drugs, making me very high risk to Covid. However, it also makes me high risk to allergic reactions.
The mask and social distancing really don’t work. My teenage daughter contracted the chicken pox within 2 weeks of social distancing and mask wearing. Get sun and take supplements; especially zinc. You can do some research. Others on this sight I’m sure know more than I do. Maybe some medical persons can chime in.
I taught middle school for 40 years and was exposed to a lot of illness during flu season. I never caught the flu, not even a cold. That’s amazing to me since I have never had the flu vaccine and will not take the COVID vaccine.

I will never voluntarily take a vaccine for the annual flu, unless it is shown to be safe and effective. Research it. Annual flu shots have been a dismal failure for many years. They would not even qualify for an F- grade.
Smallpox vaccine – yes, because there are signs that the next bio-attack on the USA will be smallpox, with a ~30% mortality rate. Nobody under the age of about 50 has been inoculated, since Smallpox was eradicated.
People who got inoculated over 50 years ago may have lost much of the protection.
A smallpox attack would be a real pandemic.

In my 60’s so had most of those common diseases and standard shots. Get tetanus shot when appropriate but skip flu shots.

I had a minor outbreak of shingles and my doctor (whom I trust) informed me that, while it is possible to have additional outbreaks, it is uncommon. I opted to not get the shingles vaccine.
Interestingly, the shingles outbreak happened towards the tail end of my getting over covid-19
I don’t know that I had covid-19 for sure, but the doctor ruled out the flu & symptoms were consistent with covid-19. Tests were just coming out when I had it (early March 2020) and the turn around for tests was about a week. The doctor said that I could be tested, but I would either be over it or in the hospital or dead by the time the results were available, so I was not tested.
Now that they are using fraudulent PCR tests with 45 to 50 cycles and about 97% false positive rates, I will NEVER get tested for covid-19. I might take a test for antibodies, though.

I did take the 2 shot vaccine. Thought I had the flu with first shot, but it only lasted about 12 hours. Chills and low grade fever. Not flu. The 2nd shot was 3 months later and I had small rash around injection- no problems. This was 2 years ago and I believe they do a one shot deal now.
I took it because I’m more prone to viral problems.

That is a very good question. Since a pardoned case does not exist could he sue for a case that does not exist. I know he could sue his prior attorney but I am not so sure about the FBI or the DOJ. Although you are not suppose to do this, I had a good friend of mine, I am a retired police officer, run Gen. Flynn’s case number and name thru the national data base and the run came back with zip case number or charges against Gen. Flynn. It was like there was never anything there. So, in terms of Sullivan, he dismissed a case that only existed in his courtroom. That file should be sealed.
What an ass. He could have and should have done this years ago, but at a minimum, after the DOJ withdrew charges.
He wanted to ensure that he kept General Flynn “on the hook” and unable to pursue damages for Malicious Prosecution.
I hope something really REALLY big becomes public about Sullivan such that he receives appropriate karma during President Trump’s second term.

I believe the idea here is to follow something that Warren proposed during the Democrat primary, and have the Biden-run DoE re-interpret its statutory authority to allow the Department of Education to “compromise” student loans held by the Federal Government by essentially waiving re-payment.
If so, since these loans would be owned by the DoE (and since taxpayers have no standing), it would be hard to find anyone to oppose the waiver / forgiveness (those having loans forgiven wouldn’t challenge; the DoE, obviously, wouldn’t challenge).
That’s just the beginning! Wait until they really get warmed up. This is why silent Republicans are getting no love from most. Obama’s giveaway will pale by comparison to what they have in store.

I am STILL having a tremendously hard time believing that the President has been pre-prepared for all of what has happened regarding Russia Hoax…Impeachment…having to have to endure Mitch convening an actual Senate Hearing/Trial on the matter…which did not have to happen…as well as the Election fiasco…BEFORE anything of real consequential action is undertaken by him. He could have brought Military Officers…Armed…with him if anyone refused to comply with any Order to produce any unredacted Documents. Would that have been extreme…Yes. So the Legislatures of these states (GA, WI, MI and PA) are “Republican” we are to believe.
Is there any assurance these so-called “Republicans” will select electors who will vote for President Trump?
Or will we be right back where we are with the “will of the People” argument and they pick electors based on the tainted results.

I don’t think that on their own those Republican state legislators would have overruled their State’s elections and sent Trump-supporting electors to vote in the Electoral College, despite all the fraud. But in this scenario, they would have the Supreme Court to blame for their action. So it might work and they might send those electors. They could just send the ones that were listed on the ballots as electors for Trump, and put a clause in their bills obligating them to vote that way (just in case any of them got cold feet and wanted to become faithless electors). It all depends on the Supreme Court.
Has there been any word on why Texas did not name Arizona in their suit as well? (They obviously did not name Nevada because their legislature is controlled by the Dems.)

Yes, it is encouraging and possibly useful, but Rep. McCarthy’s letter is not an official act of the Arizona legislature. They are not currently in session and the House Speaker, Rusty Bowers, refuses to go along with calling them into session. You are going to need them to convene and then a majority of the Ariz. House and of the Senate to pass something to really get anything going on that front.

if this happens though, I assume there are no House delegations for GA, MI, PA and GA in the House vote. That would leave the GOP with 26 House votes to 20 Dems (+1 If DC gets a vote) with 4 no votes. Welcome back POTUS Trump, plus the Senate, plus the House, then some real investigating if the fraud can occur starting with a special counsel into the CIA, DOJ and FBI.
