In the HBO presentation one commenter mentioned that Kemp’s Chief of Staff was a lobbyist for Dominion. Jared Thomas was Kemp’s CoS when he was the Georgia Secretary of State during which time many pertinent processes for election oversight were changed.

The first action of the Senate, thinking that President Trump might not be in power, was to take our high paying jobs and give them to H1B visa people and their families. The vote was 100 to 0. What? I don’t believe it is the purge Henry is thinking of. Ft. Hood has had a seemingly endless round of disappearing soldiers, murders, drug interceptions, etc. Sounds like a lot of them were mixed up in drug trafficking.

BudKlatsch, Fort Hood has changed lots and is not like it was back in the day. Fort Hood has a huge population on base, and there’s quite a bit of negative influence coming from areas surrounding the base that is affecting that base. They have also had gang related problems on the base for years, and one of the highest homicide rates for all military bases, stateside and overseas. One of my sons was a 31B, Military Police, who served with a bunch of fellow MP’s who were stationed at Fort Hood at one time, and they have said that Military Police there are always busy, day and night, it’s that bad. I’m glad to see the Secretary of the Army finally doing something about the problems there, but it should have been done sooner. I just hope the changes being made are enough, and not just another dog and pony show to put a band-aid on a festering wound.

About the Texas case filed today in SCOTUS, does that mean SCOTUS have original jurisdiction to hear all the evidence of fraud in the four states as alleged in the complaint? SCOTUS can hear all the evidence and resolve all issues in one case. A brilliant move.

That’s the going theory today…that Alito moved up the responses to today to beat the “safe harbor” deadline. I don’t think they’re bound to Safe Harbor, so there’s no rush to issue a ruling, but hearing the sides ahead of that deadline helps with the optics a bit. Once they grant certiorari and stop the PA electors, a bunch of lawsuits by states like TX and FL (red states, red governors, red AGs) sue PA, MI, WI, AZ, GA, NV and VA for running fraudulent elections. SCOTUS then blocks THOSE electors and a trial would ensue at the Supreme Court where all of the Trump Team’s fraud evidence can be presented, depositions taken, etc.
If the trial doesn’t conclude by the Constitutional deadline, I presume the election goes to the House to elect the President.
I am referring to the Texas case, not the PA case. I hope SCOTUS takes the Texas case, consolidates all other lower court cases and hold an evidentiary trial/hearing without sending the cases back to the lower courts for trial.

I don’t think anybody on Flynn’s side should issue a brief. Nobody. None of them. Judge Sullivan should be completely ignored. The pardon ends his role, and providing briefs only gives him fuel. Powell and Flynn should also ignore any commands from High Priest Sullivan.

They haven’t voted on anything. They’ve issued a series of demands, such as a full forensic audit, which is good, but it is not binding. The TGP report says that if the forensic audit turns something up THEN the Reps say that the Legislature should vote to decertify. This is why I can’s stand TGP. The actual report is nothing like the headline/hook. I know there are people who like TGP, but TGP is too frequently all hat no cattle.
Governor Ducky of Arizona is relieved at this as he was being sued for certifying a fraudulent election by Sidney Powell.

Saw a clip by Dan Bongino about this and found an article. Pay close attention to the Iowa house seat won by the republican by 6 votes and certified by the state. The democrat now is requesting the house overturn the election through a obscure 1969 law that basically lets the house overturn a state certified election.
