It was widely reported by media and independent observers that Fulton County, Georgia, election officials asked everyone to exit the State Farm Arena on election night at approximately 10:00pm; however, a selected group of election workers remained and conducted sketchy ballot tabulation after observers left. A complaint was filed with the Georgia Secretary of State.
In a short, albeit obtuse, affidavit filed today in advance of election litigation, Chief Investigator Frances Watson simultaneously highlights the evidence seems to support the claims of fraud and manipulation, but also says it doesn’t. [pdf link]
The widely reported “water main” break excuse was actually nothing to do with the widely reported late-evening request to exit the arena. In essence this part of the affidavit validates the water main lie was false. It was a lie told to media by someone for some unknown purpose. But this affidavit gets even more sketchy…
According to Frances Watson workers were “not asked to leave” yet simultaneously they thought “they were done for the night and were closing up and ready to leave.”
Where did the workers, poll watchers and media, get that idea to leave and they were finished if they were not “asked to leave”? Why did they clean up and prepare to exit along with media and poll watchers if they didn’t expect to leave. It doesn’t make sense.
If anything, the actual behavior of the workers outlined in the affidavit supports the claims within the complaint, and the CCTV video. However, the “chief investigator” simply ignores the key part of the behavior and instead says the investigation “remains open.”

“The video shows a four camera FOV of suite 604, the ballot processing room at the State Farm Arena. At 10:58:05 p.m., as the crew was finishing cleaning-up at the end of the day, one of the supervisors, Ralph Jones (a bald man in a red shirt) received several calls on his cell phone.
Shortly after his second call, the footage shows him and another woman with black hair and blond braids (Shaye Moss) removing 4 rolling transport ballot boxes from under a black cloth covered table at the center of the room. At 11:02:52 p.m., they distribute the ballot trays from the boxes between 4 work stations.
The ‘special’ count task force that consists of 5 individuals then starts feeding the ballots to the 4 scanners. The counting continued for close to two hours and ended at about 12:58 a.m.
The footage shows multiple evidence that the ‘special’ count session was pre-planned and carefully timed, it’s also clear that in the 116 minute period the team sprinted through the ballot scanning process to meet some sort of a deadline.” (read more)

Whether the “monitors” were asked to leave, or left on their own or whatever… that is secondary to one of the most important aspects of all this: WHERE WERE THOSE MONITORS LOCATED WHEN THE ENVELOPES WERE BEING OPENED?
Were they standing directly next to the envelope-openers? Could they SEE the signatures and whether or not they matched what was on record? If they were NOT close enough, if they could NOT see what was going on with each envelope/ballot — with the ability to object in real-time and have that envelope/ballot set aside — then they were NOT actually “monitors”. From what we see on the video, they were forced to stand quite a distance from where the envelopes were being opened. THAT MAKES THESE “MONITORS” 100% MEANINGLESS TO THE ENTIRE PROCESS. Which, if I’m not mistaken, is against the law and election rules.
Now this is Atlanta I’m talking about, but of course the same applies to other large cities in the battleground states. I hope our lawsuits have HUGE focus on this one part of the fraud. It’s massively important, and it’s something that’s really easy for the average person to understand.
The other day I decided to try an experiment. I wrote some things on a couple of pieces of paper and stood on the other side of our living room, holding them up and having my wife read what it said and see if they matched. We were about 20′ apart. She said she had no idea, and could only barely tell that ANYTHING was written on them.
So… yeah…
Take your excellent argument the next logical step. The VALIDATION PROCESS, in order to BE a validation process, involves the envelopes being examined by poll workers, checking signatures and postmarks to detirmine IF the enclosed ballots are valid, and with poll observers PARTICIPATING in this process, and free to challenge any ballot (envelope), and have it set aside for adjudication.
ONLY when the ENVELOPE has passed THIS test, is it to be opened, and the enclosed ballot is then examined in a similar manner, to make sure it is properly marked, AGAIN with poll observers to concur it is valid, or challenge and set aside.
Therefore, ANY and ALL mail out ballots, where the envelope did NOT go thru this process, before being opened, the ballot is invalid, as the envelope was never validated.
And, since the envelope has been disgarded, these ballots can NEVER be “cured” of this now inherent defect.
ALL mail in ballots must therefore be rejected, and only in person ballots, assuming they appear different from mail out ballots, can be counted.
Haven’t checked the #’s, but I assume in person voting on election day favors PDJT.
ON the complaint that millions of voters who used mail in ballots are having their legitimate votes disgarded, being “disenfranchised”;
Firstly, with in person on election day voting, the hours are publicised, and when the time of say 8:00 comes, a poll worker goes to the end of the line, AT THAT TIME, and stands there to prevent any late arrivals from getting in line, thereby “disenfranchising” those voters who don’t arrive before the cut off time.
Secondly, it was the voters CHOICE to use the mail out ballots, they had other options.
One of the biggest, glaring holes in using covid as an excuse; THEY ALLOWED IN PERSON VOTING.
IF the compelling reason (State interest) for changing to mass mail out ballots, was the concern that voting in person would create a “Superspreader” event, and this reason justified the ignoring of election laws to do the mail out ballots, WHY would they then go ahead with in person VOTING?
Just as with limiting SOME forms of activity, while allowing others, arbitrarily declaring SOME activities “essential” and others “too risky”, it simply doesn’t “hold water” legally, Constitutionally, or in terms of basic common sense.

Have these people put out the video that shows those ballots being properly dealt with earlier in the evening and “stored” there? Seems to me that would be the easiest way to prove that those ballots were from there and waiting, not stored earlier for fraud. There are CCTV cameras right? I didn’t say SD said it. I said it was in paragraph #7 in the post. You’re right that the investigator may be lying about what he saw in the video but Rudy’s team has the full video too so they would have to show the video and refute it if that’s the case.
Affidavit in paragraph 7 says : table brought in at 8:22am, nothing underneath it, then at 10:00pm with room full of people and monitors, the boxes full of previously opened votes were brought in, sealed, and then stored under the table.
This was just before the monitors and media left, and were the boxes pulled out once the media/monitors were gone.

So, POLLSTERS (yeah, THEM) purchase data from those 30 States, and then they look at their various poll results where they ASK Respondents to self-identify as Republican, Democrat, Independant leans Republican or Independant leans Democrat, and then from all this they EXTRAPOLATE an ESTIMATE, which they report as percentages.
Their GUESS is that its roughly 1/3R, 1/3D, 1/3I, and that when they include the “leaners” with the party they lean towards, its a 50/50 nation, with D’s SLIGHTLY ahead of R’s.
Hmmm, just like the algorythm makes the chosen candidate win by a SLIGHT margin.

I think all elections have fraudulent ballots. Some done by individuals in ignorance, many done by individuals intentional. However, it takes a coordinated effort to do this on a large scale. Someone has to coordinate getting the ballots, filling them out, signing them, putting them in envelopes, transporting them, ensuring they are treated differently, etc so it works.
Try coordinating 10 thousand ballots. A huge effort. Now think about 100 thousand! You have to have a small army to do that.
I suspect they had a created a system for several thousand. Ballot harvesting, which is illegal in most states creates a way to get the ballots. Then they have to be completed.
I think they also had a way to manipulate the voting machines. A programmer that creates algorithms to keep the vote close no matter which way it goes but eventually gives more to Biden than Trump. That code was not keeping up with the sheer magnitude of Trump votes, so they had to update it with a more aggressive algorithm. Then they went to their extra ballots marked all for Biden to get over the top and the algorithm could complete the task..
If so, a real hand count should show the hand ballots don’t match the machine count. We really haven’t been able to do that yet.

I always thought poll counters worked through the night until the votes were counted. They have people come in in shifts just for that reason. I don’t think they ever just stop at 10pm so everyone gets a good nights sleep.
The poll watchers claimed they were TOLD to go home at 10:30pm. If I recall both Dem and R watchers said that. Did they all lie? It strains credulity to think they saw a few envelope openers leave and just decided it was over for the night and they left on their own.
If I were an observer, I would observe until the last person left with me. I would not leave while 7 people were still there. That’s the whole point of observing.

My understanding is 3 steps.
1. Get the actual legal votes counted and the illegal ones thrown out in the contested states. PA, GA, AZ, NV, MI, and WI. Trump wins.
2. Get the State legislatures to throw out their states election results and have the legislature choose the electors. R’s control PA, GA, and AZ. Trump only needs those 3 states. NV is controlled by Dems. MI is R’s. WI is R’s.
3. Get to the SCOTUS to do either 1 or 2 above, or declare the entire election so fraudulent it is invalid, so it goes to the House of Representatives per the Constitution. One vote per state. R’s in the House control 26 states while D’s control only 24. So Trump wins
The states are corrupt. But if they vote against PDJT, they doom their political careers (unless they switch to running ad dems, but there are dems who would not want the competition…)

The purple shirt poll worker in Atlanta ran the same batch of ballots THREE times; they were the ballots from under the table. The yellow shirt lady at the scanner beside her did the same. You can see it in the background of the video from the State Farm Arena. Has anyone else seen this?

I did and I wondered if the machine rejected a ballot in the batch and so they reject the entire batch and rerun it.
Otherwise, they clearly ran the same batch through multiple times. That would account for the seemingly small number of ballots that could be in those suitcases, making any real impact. 6,000 votes put through 3 times is 18,000 in al election where the difference is 12,000 votes.
It doesn’t make any sense. Every ballot should have an identifier (bar code) that doesn’t allow it to be counted more than once no matter how many times it is run through a tabulator.
Here’s a link to a snip of the video of the mom/daughter suitcase video .Gateway Pundit put it up a few days ago. The daughter, the blonde with the long braids, removes a suitcase from underneath the table and takes it to her mom’s desk in the far left corner of the room.
The daughter opens it and takes out a stack of ballots and places it on the mom’s desk. The mom, the one wearing the purple shirt, puts the stack in a ballot tabulator and the ballots quickly go through the machine and come out on the top tray. Then mom stacks the same ballots again and runs them through the tabulator again. And again.
The video is blurry, so it’s not easy to see. Watch the top tray of the machine and see it fill again with the ballots. The same ballots three times.
Well, there we have it: they simply continued counting…as usual.

The liberal media told us in advance exactly what was going to happen. Trump would appear to have won on election night, but that counting of late ballots would reverse the result. Advance knowledge of an event is usually evidence of participation. That is why firefighters walk the ashes with homeowners to review if any items were moved in advance of the fire.
They had no way of knowing the late ballots would favor Biden, except their knowledge of the Dominion voting software flips and also entry of fake ballots.
One explanation could be that it takes longer to collect and count the ballots from the big urban population centers. Places that would probably be heavily Biden.
Yet, if we have statistics on that, I have read that those districts were voting like 95% of registered voters and it was 99% Biden. I made those %’s up but you get the gist. In urban areas, everyone voted and they all voted for Biden so he came from behind to win.
Yet, those %’s did not seem to be the case in other big urban population centers where Trump received a good share of votes, making in roads with black, Hispanic, female, gay, and even Democratic Party voters.
Why such a discrepancy in Madison, Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Phoenix, and Las Vegas? Did Trump not campaign well there? Did Biden campaign well? Did Biden have a huge ground game there for collecting ballots? Or did Biden have a criminal operation in places like GA with corrupt people like Stacey Abrams
And you know, the mostly real vote, tabulated on Election Day, favored Trump in each case. Even in states with big metropolitan areas. All Trump on election night. It was only the late voting, the uniformly late voting, by big metropolitan area voters. As a bigger group, they would naturally be expected to mail their votes in late, like two days before. All together, because, bigger.
A quick search of Richard Barron shows he is no stranger to poor performance in Georgia. They wanted him fired after the failed Primaries that they pushed further and further out twice and still blew it.
After that BIG FAIL, what on earth made them think they could do better 5 short months later in a Presidential General Election with even more ballot boxes and even more mail in ballots. CRIMEY what idiots!

Just heard on a local news station that governor Kemp has refused to call a special session of the legislature to reconsider electors. He says it is “unconstitutional”.
Another thing. The story I read says that the Fulton County investigator filed her report as a sworn affidavit to federal court. It was accepted as evidence. So why are other sworn affidavits alledging misconduct NOT accepted? Can’t understand this.

What I found most telling, in terms of the accusations that they were told to leave, is that Republican witnesses RETURNED to the arena around 1am because they had heard the counting had resumed. The witnesses arrive at the arena (the illegal counting had been finished and “cleaned up” by then) and start looking around. The one guy is clearly confused as to what just happened.
Also notice the behavior of the blond/braid lady as she does busy work (pretending to clean) while she waits for people to leave.
Several persons posting on the web have claimed they have receipts and other evidence alleging that GA top officials have been “bought”.
Those several persons had better put their evidence in front of a court and quickly …
