It was widely reported by media and independent observers that Fulton County, Georgia, election officials asked everyone to exit the State Farm Arena on election night at approximately 10:00pm; however, a selected group of election workers remained and conducted sketchy ballot tabulation after observers left. A complaint was filed with the Georgia Secretary of State.
In a short, albeit obtuse, affidavit filed today in advance of election litigation, Chief Investigator Frances Watson simultaneously highlights the evidence seems to support the claims of fraud and manipulation, but also says it doesn’t. [pdf link]
The widely reported “water main” break excuse was actually nothing to do with the widely reported late-evening request to exit the arena. In essence this part of the affidavit validates the water main lie was false. It was a lie told to media by someone for some unknown purpose. But this affidavit gets even more sketchy…
According to Frances Watson workers were “not asked to leave” yet simultaneously they thought “they were done for the night and were closing up and ready to leave.”
Where did the workers, poll watchers and media, get that idea to leave and they were finished if they were not “asked to leave”? Why did they clean up and prepare to exit along with media and poll watchers if they didn’t expect to leave. It doesn’t make sense.
If anything, the actual behavior of the workers outlined in the affidavit supports the claims within the complaint, and the CCTV video. However, the “chief investigator” simply ignores the key part of the behavior and instead says the investigation “remains open.”

“The video shows a four camera FOV of suite 604, the ballot processing room at the State Farm Arena. At 10:58:05 p.m., as the crew was finishing cleaning-up at the end of the day, one of the supervisors, Ralph Jones (a bald man in a red shirt) received several calls on his cell phone.
Shortly after his second call, the footage shows him and another woman with black hair and blond braids (Shaye Moss) removing 4 rolling transport ballot boxes from under a black cloth covered table at the center of the room. At 11:02:52 p.m., they distribute the ballot trays from the boxes between 4 work stations.
The ‘special’ count task force that consists of 5 individuals then starts feeding the ballots to the 4 scanners. The counting continued for close to two hours and ended at about 12:58 a.m.

I am an attorney and you can’t testify about what someone else “thought” in an Affidavit. An Affidavit has to be based on the personal knowledge of the affiant, not his belief or understanding of what someone else “thought.” I suppose desperate times for these people call for desperate measures.

If the leak was at a urinal it is probably reasonable that there may not be a photo. I doubt anyone at the time thought that it would be significant. That appears to have only come later.
As soon as the investigator stated that the select few remaining people in the building continued to count the votes it ended, period, as there was no oversight by any poll watchers as demanded by state law.
The rest does not matter and the vote needs to be null and void as it is corrupted by failing to follow the necessary steps for a legal vote count.

furthermore, there needs to be an investigation as to the coordination with other states or with a central authority/entity such as Lawfare, the DNC, or NASS (Sec of States) to see who gave the order to Fulton County to stop counting and kick everyone out before resuming counting—notably, to see if this was a multi-state conspiracy to commit election fraud.
If we can show coordination, plus fraud (or even just irregularity) in Georgia, then we have enough to infer that similar activity occurred in the other swing states, and then nullify all votes tabulated after the vote counting stoppage occurred in each of those states. We would not need video evidence in Penn, Michigan, Wisconsin, Nevada and Arizona as well.

Many here are ex military and will sadly know that that type of damage is only possible with an explosive. The problem is, they don’t believe they are voting for Russian, Chinese, or N Korean communism. They have vacationed in Europe, Canada, or the UK, and they see socialism that hasn’t morphed into communism after so many decades. They see nice cafes, quaint architecture, and lots of “free” benefits that we don’t have, like health care and college, and they say, “What’s not to like?” The trick is not to rub their noses in the plight of 3rd world countries they would never fantasize living in — but rather, taking the most attractive socialist countries and showing them the actual shortfalls of living there.
This affidavit reminds me of a humorous story from a satire magazine.
The story goes a public figure went on a drunken tirade spewing obscenities and shocking blasphemies. His publicist called a press conference where he explained the audio equipment malfunctioned which cause the speaker’s words to be jumbled and out of order: What you heard isn’t what he actually said. Disregard.
Yeah, it’s just like that.
As I have stated here since Day one, the vote counting stoppage in itself is the genesis of the fraud, and should be investigated thoroughly. And, perhaps, even more importantly, it should be the focus of the Trump Team P.R. strategy: the coordinated stoppage should ne hammered home, till every idiot out there realizes it is an anomaly in the history of modern elections, it is against statutory prohibitions, and it is indicative of conspiracy to commit election fraud.
The Georgia yutzes here are damned if they do, damned if they dont. Either they stopped counting which is against their election law, or they continued counting after lying to poll watchers etc, which is indicative of conspiracy to commit fraud, and at the very least constitutes irregularity which suffices to nullify all the results occurring after the workers were sent home.
The obvious potential culprits for coordinating the various swing states should have been interrogated on December 4th. Or their phones tapped. The culprits: our Lawfare friends, (the Georgia legerdemain seems like a classic Lawfare ploy, where they endeavor to follow the letter of the law, or at least have plausible deniability), the Obama War Room, and the Sec of State for New Mexico, who is the current President of the NASS, Maggie Toulouse Oliver.
All the other stuff, the servers in Germany, the shaving of vote totals etc, are nice if true, but if not true, not only divert attention from the obvious fraud but serve to taint the Trump Team effort if shown to be wrong.
As I said from the beginning of the Mueller probe, through the impeachment and till today, the Trump team errs by submerging themselves in the weeds. The strategy should be the simple and the obvious. There should be a consistent and central message and it should be hammered home over and over.
The true message is hidden in the weeds. No serious court can be interested by vast conspiracy theories without at least probable cause for specifics.
OF COURSE it would be simpler if someone at the top of the Bidet campaign or perhaps a ChiCom defector would come forward with recordings of a meeting at which everything was planned. That’s pretty unlikely to ever occur and certainly not before that individual knows he’s busted anyway by stuff found in the weeds.
This is not a strategic mistake, it’s the only way to tackle something like this when our side holds none of the high cards.

I have NOT seen any footage from the 4 cameras showing the moment (and time stamp) when the observers actually leave the room. I have seen some video of them standing behind the table at the far end of the room (opposite from the counting machines). But I would like to see footage (and time stamps) WHEN THEY ACTUALLY WALK OUT OF THE ROOM, as well as what happened right before that time. Did one of the election workers approach them, and then they all left at once? Or did they get tired and walk out one by one over a longer period of time WITHOUT any election worker approaching them? WHY ISN’T THIS BEING SHOWN? Rudy’s post helped, in that it pointed out with red circles where the table was that the observers stood behind (first time I understood that). Mollie H’s article explained some things. And there’s a video of an attorney testifying before some committee, where she shows clips from the videos, but this crucial piece of footage is missing from all of these. Instead, everyone simply states that the observers were forced out of the room BEFORE the suitcases were pulled out. Am I missing something?
I think I saw the observers admit they were notified it was done and left on their own. They were then told by some media an hour or more later that counting was still happening, then they went back to find it had just wrapped up.

I believe they got a call that the press was on to them and people were headed back over to the SFA to bust them, get out fast. The “challengers” said instead of going home they went to another polling place, election place or some such thing, and that’s when local Fox showed up and told them that the counters never left. I tho’t they said they made some quick calls, confirmed it, rushed back over there and just missed them. I imagine the machines were still HOT.
Another thing, the “observers” could not even observe/see the part of the room these people were in. It was hidden around a corner and they said that pole(s) had also been put up to block their view. to be fair, Maggie is saying she is stopping counting in New Mexico.
Assumedly, she was hinting at the other states doing the same and probably made specific orders to that effect by phone to the Sec of States or to election officials in the other swing states.
She could not state straight out that the other states should also stop the count and send people home bc at least 4 of the other states prohibit adjourning or postponing the vote count. Hence, the B.S. stories about burst pipes in Fulton County, and I assume similar B.S. stories in the other sites in question.

I’m not familiar with the law but is new evidence allowed in an appeal or does the appeal have to simply stand on what was available originally?
Is it possible for new evidence to be introduced for an appeal?
Isn’t SCOTUS only presented evidence? Can it be new evidence or does it have to be limited to what was known at the time of the lower courts ruling?
1. Why were uncounted ballots put under the table to begin with? Out of sight, out of mind.
2. Why would the media and the poll watchers go home? By the time they were about to leave, Georgia was uncomfortably close. The poll watchers wouldn’t just walk away.
3. If the ballots were “pre-processed” and just sitting under the table for several hours, why hadn’t they been ran through the tabulators?
4. Where is the media who were there? What statements have they given, if any?
There has been no “investigation”. It sounds like a phone call was made and the people who had been at the State Farm Arena gave them an answer and they said “Oh, all is OK”, just taking their word for it.

It’s been quite the rollercoaster ride in GA. Previously to Loeffler being selected by Kemp over Doug Collins I was feeling pretty good about our Governor. I wasn’t happy when he chose her but I got over it because she seemed to support President Trump.
When he reopened the state ahead of everyone else after the COVID lockdown and the media went nuts I was feeling pretty good about him once again.
Now the curtains have been pulled back and I’ll admit I didn’t see this coming. I was ignorant about the new voting machines and wish I was paying more attention.

Ruby Freeman isn’t “tentatively identified”. She confirmed it was her in the video herself on instagram and in a phone call. She was also waddling around wearing a T shirt with the name of her jewellery shop on it and sat next to a bag with the same shop name on it. She also identified herself and her unindicted co-conspirator, and daughter, Wandrea “Shaye Shaye” Moss. Moss was appoint a monitor for Election 2020 despite having no qualifications – or education.
They acted in concert with Dominion employee and “Quality Technician” Xavier Khouri, who deleted Trump votes illegally and was part of the chain of felony that smuggled USB drives out of the election center.
This isn’t the subject of genuine dispute, the people involved have self identified. In two of the three cases they boasted about it. In the case of Khouri his ID was caught on film. He was separately identifed on now-scrubbed websites. But copies were kept.
In a sane, honest world, the media would be outside the homes of those already identified in the video asking them for clarification.
Instead, Ruby and her daughter will probably get a time slot on CNN. That seems to be how the “pay-off” is done these days.

I thought it was strange that on election night all of the tv reporters began saying how tired they were about 830, and that they couldn’t wait to get some sleep. They were all in on it!!

I watched the video of the ballot counters. One version of the video highlighted Ruby feeding a stack of ballots through the machine three times. Don’t let them try to tell me that counting was on the up and up.
I am not licensed to practice law in Georgia and do not know their evidentiary requirements. However, if this affidavit were submitted in a court in the state that I was licensed in (retired now), it would be thrown out. It does not contain the necessary statement that the affiant has personal knowledge of the facts stated in the affidavit. It is chock full of hearsay and conclusory statements. What is needed is affidavits from the persons with actual knowledge of the facts – e.g., the person or persons who put the “opened but uncounted” ballots in the boxes and then stored them under the table at 10 pm. and affidavits from persons who can substantiate the claim that they were not told to leave but left voluntarily upon the belief that the poll workers were going home.
By the way, the affidavit seems some contradictory – on the one hand, it states that no one told the observers to leave. They voluntarily left because they mistakenly believed that the poll workers were going home. On the other hand, it states that poll workers stored “opened but uncounted” ballots under tables because they thought they were going home, which would support the observers’ contentions that they left because they were told to since the poll workers were gong home. Oh what a tangled web we weave!
And, even if all the facts in the affidavit are true and accurate, it does not avoid the issue of the violation of law (assuming that Georgia law so states) for continuing to count ballots after observers left.
