This maybe necessary. If the Constitution is followed it should 9-0 and it might not be even with the above evidence. The liberal Judges including NeverTrumper Roberts don’t follow the Constitution when writing their rulings! Past time to cull the Supreme Court of non believers in the Constitution as written!

So, now PT has an EO about election interference referenced and justified by using USC Title 50 regarding National Emergency, to conduct Foreign Intelligence Surveillance where he doesn’t need any court order, meaning no DOJ lawyers or FIB involved to possibly block or expose this covert mission.
Question: Now who has the authority to conduct foreign surveillance if you don’t trust the C_A?
Answer: USCYBERCOM.
Who is in charge of USCYBERCOM? General Paul Nakasone who served under Adm Rodgers at Ft. Meade and reports to Sec of Defense. (where a change was recently made as we know.)
In 2017 USCYBERCOM and the NSA were split with USCYBERCOM under Nakasone and NSA under John Ratcliffe.
But did you know that USCYBERCOM has a MOU with the NSA where they can use NSA people when necessary and no violation to US surveillance laws?
I have attached below the key section from the link from DOD Inspector General that confirms this MOU.
NSA signals intelligence activities are authorized under Executive Order 12333, as amended, commonly referred to as “Title 50” foreign intelligence authorities. NSA does not have Title 10 authorities for the conduct of military operations, specifically However, NSA does have Information Assurance Title 10 authorities (10 USC 2224) that apply to. its monitoring of DoD network traffic.
While NSA does not have Title 10 authority for the conduct of military operations authorities, USCYBERCOM does have that authority and was authorized to use NSA personnel to execute its mission. When NSA personnel are integrated into USCYBERCOM, they operate under the direction, supervision, and authorities of USCYBERCOM, subject to any special restrictions or agreement negotiated between NSA and USCYBERCOM.

So IMO, to put it all together in summary format……
1. PT knew there was and would be election interference.
2. PT knew he could no longer count on or trust the FIB and DOJ
3. So by creating and extending EO 13848 he actually authorized USCYBERCOM to surveil and gather the technical intelligence regarding election interference since Sept 12, 2018 and then with the recent 1 year extension.
4. And by using USCYBERCOM for foreign surveillance under US Title 50 National Emergency, no courts are required and they can work with the NSA due to the MOU.
So my possible conclusions are………
1. PT may have been surveilling many foreigners and foreign companies who have plotted to interfere with our elections since possibly Sept 2018 but I would think for sure since Sept 2020 and thus the extension of EO.
2. They may have captured not only communications but also technical intelligence such as real time vote tallies.
3. Thus why securing the actual servers were important to go along with the comms and technical intelligence evidence that may have been captured.
4. And finally USCYBERCOM may have worked closely with the NSA under John Ratcliffe in this sting, to by-pass, C_A, FIB and everyone in DOJ except Barr. Another reason why we have not heard anything from Ratcliffe since the election.
Bottom line – PT seems too calm, collected and confident to be gambling everything on the whims of state election officials, governors, SOS, district courts and even the SC.
PT is a chess player where moves are planned out well in advance. So, I now think he has an Ace in his pocket and IMO that is months of surveillance and evidence that could very well lead to massive crimes, arrests and the take down of a huge part of the DS.

“What I would be concerned with… is that if you look at the level of evidence that has been provided by these affidavits — hundreds of affidavits that corroborate events that have happened on the ground — in a summary judgment phase of these cases, you have to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true,” Trainor told “Just the News AM” television show Friday morning.
“The court has to take the evidence of the plaintiff as being true and see whether or not the other side can make a case against it,” added Trainor. “So, the massive amounts of affidavits that we see in these cases show that there was in fact fraud that took place…”

The Judges keep finding a lack of standing that prevents the case from moving forward into discovery. The Judges in question are bound by the standing rules that have been established by higher courts. Only the higher courts can change them. That’s why you appeal.
