Only the DOJ can get hard evidence through Subpoenas. We have whistleblowers that can talk about who designed the software and what it was designed to do, steal elections. We have the data from the news outlets and can show statistical irregularities that show millions of votes tampered with electronically. Now they have already hard back filled that cheat so recounts aren’t going to find it except at the margin. The DOJ can get phone and email records, they can work with the state department to get the code, and servers. The issue, whether this is what Tucker was looking for or not, is that it is not adequate to have courts start tossing out large chunks of ballots at a time. NO COURT is going to do that based on what is there now, and unless we are actually betting on yet another trusty planny grand reveal of epic proportions at the last minute (the last dozen of which over the last 4 years all being total duds – Horowitz, Durham, Barr, et al), the fine tuning of suspect but anecdotal tweets will not even come close to what is needed.
I sure wish we would realize that there isn’t a faceless hero coming to save the day. There are some soldiers fighting with us in the public arena, but they won’t be the determining factor.

It does not take exceptional math skill to notice that as the votes tailed off on election night in WI, MI, PA, GA and it was clear these states were about to be called for Trump, there was a pause in reporting, and (simply doing some math on the vote reported afterwards) that there were several massive data drops in the dead of night.
These data drops happened nowhere else, and they happened in borderline hilariously sloppy manner. My nephew, the day after the election, posted a meme about Joe Biden’s new campaign logo (a blue curve trailing a red curve, then the blue curve spikes straight up into the lead).
Here we are 15 days later, and that meme has turned out to be a 100% accurate portrayal of the data.
There is nothing stopping Tucker Carlson from figuring that out. Nothing. On top of that he has the affidavits (we all do) which correlate eyewitness accounts of ballot drops to the specific data spikes both in time and space.
Instead of getting into a pissing contest with Sydney Powell, maybe he should just import the Edison json data into Excel, so some 4th grade math, and point out exactly what time the fraud occurred.
That would be something useful Tucker could do without dragging lawyers away from their work to tell him stuff he can figure out all by himself.

1. The counting of ballots on election night was STOPPED in all the democrat battleground cities. Stopped! During the election! Unprecedented. No one asks WHY counting stopped in just those cities that Biden needed. There are no coincidences!
2. Trump beat Biden in all the CITIES across the country EXCEPT in the battleground Democrat cities. Statistically impossible.
3. Affidavits of witnesses saying that they witnessed hundreds of thousands of ballots arriving in trucks at 4 am. Again, how is this legal in state election law. Why doesn’t anyone ask about the custody of those ballots, the process?
The above 3 points alone are enough to cast a “hopelessly fraudulent” stamp on the elections in these states. But again, just like with the Russia hoax, just like with impeachment, just like with Kavanaugh, Patriots have to prove their case with overwhelming evidence and even when they DO provide it, justice stands down or flagrantly ignores the law. At least we know where we stand as the corruption is exposed for all to see.
Also, when friends are stupefied when the election rightfully goes to Trump you can simply say, if Biden voters wanted to win the should not have cheated. They should not have kept watchers from watching the vote count. They BROKE THE LAW any not allowing watchers to watch. Oopsie

We are now almost through 11 months of 2020. When will Pence’s team show Americans the YTD comparisons of total deaths 2020 vs 2019 vs 2018.
With 250,000 supposedly COVID deaths the total death count for 2020 should be up substantially, right?
For example, on average before CV was around 7,400 people died every day in the US. Over 365 days that equals around 2,700,000 deaths annually in the US.
So clearly with 250,000 CV deaths in 2020 our total death count should be close to 2,950,000 totals deaths or an increase of approximately 9.2% over non Covid years in 2019 and 2018 right?
The bottom line is if the total deaths are anywhere near the 2,700,000 annual average here in 2020 then IMO the American people have been totally snookered.
Yes we have a virus, yes it can affect the elderly with underlying conditions more severely than younger people but in reality the flu and pneumonia affect the elderly with underlying conditions more as well.
So we have a virus where 99.8% of the people without underlying conditions, recover and recover fairly easily and if there is no spike in total deaths then millions upon millions of Americans have been lied to and may possibly lose many of their civil liberties and even their Republic as we know it over a lie, a fraud.

In WNY Cuomo put us under the orange zone designation. That means closures incuding schools. In order to reopen schools, every student, faculty and staff have to be tested before they come back. Every single one. The cost is on the districts/private schools, at least in Erie County, to do the tests and find qualified people to do the tests who are in short supply. Counties near Erie, like Monroe, are funding the tests and providing the personnel and are ready to go. Erie cannot afford it and therefore as of Mon. schools will be closed, even if the orange changes to a better zone color, until all can be tested as they return. This is the state of Cuomo’s NY. It is absolutely nuts.
Yet I still here people around me saying well if Cuomo says this, we must do it because it’s best to stop the spread and it’s the people who are not following his rules who are causing the problems. I am sick to my stomach at the harm being caused here to the kids and all of us.

When the votes suggested a landslide for President Trump, the preset computers kicked out a mayday and the criminals knew and did exactly what needed to be done. The folly is that the landslide was beyond what the computers could fix and the additional votes were carelessly tabulated.. “They” got caught. Biden was getting blown out in all the swing states.
According to some of the technical experts, the vote deficit was too large to be overcome by electronic means without attracting attention.
The shutdown was required to inject enough votes for Biden that the vote count would be close enough for Dominion (at the point of vote collection) and Hammer/Scorecard ( during the tallying process) to function as intended and push Biden over the top.

I have a couple of thoughts on it. First, PDT has been misled at every turn by people who misrepresented themselves to him. He’s not a politician, and certainly not part of the club. He doesn’t know the white hats from the black hats.
Second, he had to nominate folks that would be confirmed by the Senate. So, these guys were acceptable to them. I think he figured that game out though, as evidenced by his move with Grennel, which pave the way for Ratcliffe. So there’s that…
Third, there may be a bit of “keep your friends close, keep your enemies closer” at play as well. I suspect we will find out one way or another soon enough.

I KNOW the illegal flow has not been stemmed, as a matter of fact the numbers are up. My friends there are ranchers and I can attest on the infestation. So no, Potus isn’t telling us the truth there but let that rest a moment. I follow the US Border Patrol Laredo Sector on Facebook and can SEE the evidence DAILY. Continuing on that, Trump met with the wealthy border ranchers/gas and oilnaires from the Laredo area before one of his San Antonio fundraisers. One of them, Gene Powell organized the fundraiser. It wasn’t widely disclosed but the video was on youtube. They TOLD him what the problems were. I tell that to conservatives and they look at me like I am lying.
Second, he HAD to nominate folks that would be confirmed? So he didn’t vet ANYONE on HIS OWN? I find it hard to believe. Wray didn’t have a history? He said Sessions came begging for a job…so he hired him so he could be liked? And even if you don’t want to fire the Covid quacks what was to stop him from bringing and expanding on a team to bring us REAL data?
Third, I don’t subscribe to that at all…we don’t destroy a country over a cute maxim.
These are just things that niggle at my mind. I voted Trump and support his term but for sure the man isn’t perfect. I shudder to think of Democrats in office. WE will never recover.

President Trump was under a constant threat of impeachment. Firing Wray, Haspel or any of the others on our short list would have given the dems the excuse they were looking for to go after President Trump for obstruction of justice. They had him boxed in, was it part of their long plan to take the 2020 election?
What President should have done was to empower another avenue to cover the election, go around wray, barr and the other obstructionist. This “other” should have been proactive and had the authority to indite. It appears it was not done and that President Trump is relying on lawyers to work the system after the damage has been done. It’s an uphill fight for them, the more time that passes the steeper the hill seems to become.

Dominion Systems and Election Systems & Software Systems machines are COUNTING SYSTEMS. They were designed to COUNT, ADJUST COUNTS IN REAL TIME and NOT just support elections.
That is how they are marketed and that is why the Federal Government and INTEL Community bought them.
Between those two companies they cover 80% of the counties in the US and ALL 50 States. They have Federal Contracts, have been used by Federal Agencies besides the CIA. They are connected to data based using Micro-Soft Infrastructure and databases owned by Micro-Soft, Amazon and Google (all of who provide database services to the US Government).
Those database linkages include the Social Security Administration, State DMV’s, IRS et al.
Think, automatic citizenship, population distributions for use in gerrymandering as well as civil rights cases in the right Federal Court Rooms.
The DoJ under Obama and some Federal Courts have already established that “statistical discrimination” is enough evidence to rule against a defendant in civil rights cases or rule writing by the Government at ALL levels. That includes NO proof is needed that bias actually exists.

Getting tired of all the negativity on display here recently. Mostly from a small group of newcomers to CTH.
I used to read at Breitbart before I discovered CTH during the election season of 2016. In desperation of finding at least a glimmer of optimism I checked in there a few moments ago and every headline was given to Obama and other fraudsters including Romney. Very depressing.

A 50,000 foot observation:
There is presently underway one of the most intense mass propaganda operations in human history. The entire corporate tech, social media and information media delivery structure is now aligned and engaged. All news, all media, all social media, all entertainment outlets and all tech will be pulling the directed narrative. And part of that will be to coerce, threaten, diminish and destroy any and all discordant voices and outlets that distort that messaging. We are all seeing it in real-time every day now. Even this site is under attack under that campaign.
Donald Trump is now Jeff Smith come to life. It appears to the casual bystander that he is the lonely rogue, desperate and mad, and that the entire world is rightfully against him.
But at least ninety million Americans know otherwise, and see the mass insanity descending all around them, sometimes right into their very neighborhoods and homes.
To turn an old maxim in a different direction: If an insane mass propaganda campaign falls on America, but no one is there to hear it, does it really happen? It will only capture those foolish enough to watch or listen to it. Many will, but will you?

That model in earlier years used to be more readily the norm, and it is true that there are fewer judges of this caliber today than in the past. And that the politicization of our entire society has indeed crept into the judiciary. We do have more corrupt judges today. We do have more political and compromised judges today. The PA Supreme Court are elected judges. Politicians. Their ‘rulings’ and judicial reasonings fit that distorted mode. A room 600 feet long is the same as a 12 foot one in their world. A judge who nearly quotes verbatim the lines from an MSNBC show is similarly a political judge. Yes, we have those amongst us, even at the lower federal levels.
But many of the older model still exist, particularly throughout the federal appellate system. These are neither elected judges, and to a lesser extent than the state variety, are not political judges. I am not saying they are apolitical. They watch TV, too. But the good ones check it at the courthouse door. And no, I am not talking about the corrupted DC Circuit.
These good ones are the judges that may shepherd this greatest of disputes upward. Hopefully with care and unbiased measure. But judicially, all know that they are merely speed bumps towards the final, dispositive, panel.
And then we have SCOTUS. That is where ultimately all of this will head. And then, we shall see whether these nine are of the traditional model, unaffected and impervious to the raving mobs outside, and to the raving mob inside the TVs, computers and radios. Or not. I am counting on a majority of them to remain insulated and impervious to the howling outside, like good judges do.
Trump’s champions will continue to fight tirelessly to not only win the legal and Constitutional struggle at hand, but to fight the message and information war. Like Jeff Smith’s Rangers, they will be attacked, demeaned, and threatened by the organized corporate thugs. Their small message will be ripped off the streets and drowned in a sea of manufactured lies blaring at deafening levels. The silver lining to that is that eventually it indeed becomes deafening.
But the ninety million who know otherwise will, and should, continue to support and listen to the Trump team. That is where our public case, and our sanity, rests. But not the legal, justiciable one. That must be reserved for those judges, at least initially.
Hopefully, the final deciding judges of this crisis will similarly ignore the public presentations of the President’s team. For the exact same reasons they are ignoring the baying corporate mob. That component is not strictly before them, but only in the chaotic court of public opinion. And hopefully they focus solely and exclusively on the internal, legal and jurisprudential arguments that they alone may see. That will be true judicial neutrality of the classical type.
And in that arena, the corporate propaganda machine has absolutely no evidence to present. They become a silent litigant. Shrieking media declarations are never true evidence in a genuine courtroom.
Meanwhile, the Trump team will be bringing in witnesses. Hundreds of them. That was the thrust of yesterday’s presser. Trump has potentially thousands of witnesses, eye and expert. Data. Facts.
And the media has nothing.
If the courts considering this behave traditionally, and consider only the justiciable evidence, divorced from the howling propaganda outside, the Republic will be saved. I am banking on it.
