The Constitution is very clear: The state legislatures control the process of choosing the electors. In the past, they were appointed. Over time states moved to a popular vote, to the horror of the still living Framers. The sate representatives have the full authority to ignore the (advisory) vote if it is in doubt. They can appoint whoever they want.
These political decisions do in no way mean that investigations and legal steps shouldn’t happen.

It’s over once the electors have voted. The best thing you can get is the Supreme Court banning the electors of the states with obvious issues from casting their votes until the situation is resolved or the legislatures have appointed electors.
Don’t tell people that there’s more time than there is. The President should go to the SCOTUS right now.
If the electors can’t meet and the vote can’t be certified, the election goes, I believe, to the House, with all state delegations casting one vote.

I have thought from the beginning that the plan was to use the software to “flip” a small percentage of votes in every state from Red to Blue – just enough to make sure that Biden won enough of the “toss-up” states to deny the President 270 votes in the EC AND to deny him the popular vote as well.
But the Red Wave was bigger than they expected and they started panicking when it was clear they were NOT going to have enough votes…so the networks refused to call certain states (and FOX was told to call Arizona because they desperately needed a diversion) while a handful of areas that had been told to be on standby went into action. Tabulating was suddenly halted in Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Nevada for a variety of completely unbelievable reasons and boxes of already prepared ballots were brought in under cover of darkness. And THAT is the difference in all of the disputed states. We probably can’t go back and reverse the early manipulations because the program probably wiped itself right after flipping the votes so as to be untraceable BUT if we can PROVE that the late ballots were fraudulent, then the courts will have no choice but to toss them all!!

DHS made a statement to a reporter that they only RECOMMENDED using watermarks and that ballot printing is a local responsibility.
Ballot printing. That says nothing of the paper the ballots are printed on. The paper weight and consistency have requirements limiting the manufacturers. It’s at least conceivable they have been watermarked. I’m not saying they are.

In tossing around these “glitches”, middle of the night dumps, and assorted anomalies, I started thinking about big picture fraud. The old method would be to simply create more ballots and get them hidden in the mass. With all the software and analysis tools out there the fraudsters couldn’t count on that alone.
My take is that the fraud is very simple. By using “glitches by bitches” they have an excuse if caught. Anyone who has access could just change the numbers and not have to worry about a ballot backup. Why? Because this plan was designed to get only enough numbers that Trump would concede, and no one would ever know. Every blue area was assigned a small amount of number changes thinking that authorities would be overwhelmed and never check them all. If caught, they would just say ” oh my, a glitch, or pushed the wrong button”, no criminal penalties and minimal effect on the whole plan. The mysterious BIG dumps were likely a last minute attempt to counter a big Trump win.
This won’t work because dumb democrats are incompetent and still don’t understand Trump and his voters. He would never concede until all legal recourse is resolved. Now that it looks like this numbers game may be exposed, there will be massive comparison of paper to actual counts and I would bet that there will be major discrepancies throughout the nation.
Just speculation and trying to think like the enemy.

On 4 November the ballot counting in key counties of NV, PA, GA, MI and AZ was STOPPED. Those counties ALL centered on major democrat owned cities.
