They need to have the overwhelming weight of the cases as an important part of the approach, but I think they need to get to the Daniel Petrocelli approach in the Simpson civil case that actually got a ruling against him. He had a laser focus on specific incontrovertible pieces of evidence that won the day

I lived in PA for 20 years and visited across the state to see relatives, especially in the Northern Counties. I love history and cemeteries is a great recorder of history. Most of the cemeteries [dating back to the town’s founding in the 1800’s] in the 100’s of small towns across PA are very well kept as and the records in the local municipal clerks office are equally well kept to match them.
This is why everyone had a cow when PT’s Postmaster General removed the overtime at the USPS distribution centers.

Agreed. I received ballots for people no longer living in the state. The Democrats had them mailed to everyone, legal or illegal, alive or dead. If not used, it is fine. But, I am sure many were used. If used, that would be fraud and people could (and should) be prosecuted.. But the ballot would still count because these are secret ballots and once counted, it cannot be identified and removed.

Yes, that’s what’s needed an AUDIT. Not a recount, and audit.
What is the difference exactly?
Basically a recount is just a recount of votes already recieved. A full audit attempts to reconstruct the timeline of the ballot itself (when it was recieved, did anyone use mail in ballot, and then turn around and vote in person, was ballot recieved after deadline, was ballot from a dead person, etc)
A recount will just go over all the vote totals and tabulate again. A recount may only eliminate ineligible ballots from the final count.
An audit will examine the whole process of how the votes were captured, processed and tabulated. An audit would also have randomized tests to authenticate machine counting and tabulation to verify all systems worked properly. As we saw in Michigan, if you audit the vote count and tabulation by the machine, you find discrepancies. If those discrepancies have a clear uniform pattern, then you have fraud.
This is why it’s important for us to build strong Patriotic State Legislators. Let’s get our houses in order. We now see our corrupt locals are working hand in hand with corrupt DC.
This State Representative is what we need. Like Sheriff’s, they can stand in the breach.

A very interesting article. As I’ve watched events unfold over the past 5 or 6 years I’ve noted that there are a huge number of malignant narcissists operating in plain sight.
Anyone who has had the misfortune to have a malignant narcissist in their life knows precisely what these people are capable of. When you know this, its easy to see it happening on a global scale. These are the people for whom the end justifies any and all means. They are tyrants. But often with a polite, sociable exterior. The proverbial ‘wolf in sheep’s clothing’. And they are everywhere.
What we’ve seen for the past 4 years is the unrelenting abuse of narcissists. Its at fever pitch right now. They will accuse you of what they are doing. They will employ their ‘flying monkeys’ (useful idiots) to discredit you and make YOU appear to be the one who is unhinged. You might start to believe them. They will confuse you with lies and half truths. They are manipulative and evil. And in their minds, absolutely superior to you. You are the one with the problem. This psychological and emotional abuse day after day after day wears people down. Causes you to doubt yourself and your own mind. The good ones can convince you that up is down, black is white, that yeah they did wrong but somehow you’re the one apologizing. They will try to convince you that you are alone….that “everyone” thinks you are wrong and agrees with them.
They know absolutely no shame. They will, however, shame you. And when you accept that shame (as most normal people would if they are made to believe they have harmed someone) they feel triumphant. Their feeling of superiority is enforced. And they view you with utter contempt.
When you’re victimized by a narcissist its exhausting and utterly soul-destroying. It has a name….narcissistic abuse syndrome. And there’s a lot of it going around right now. People are starting to show signs of giving up and giving in. The psychological warfare is just too draining.
Part of the problem is that non-narcissists believe that the narcissist thinks like they do. i.e that they have empathy. They do not. They are incapable of empathy and in order to overcome the narcissist its critical to understand this. You simply cannot deal with them as you would with a normal person. You can’t allow your own empathy to cloud your vision. Empathy becomes just another weapon they’ll use against you.
Conventional wisdom says that the best way to deal with a narcissist is to not deal with them. On a personal level that’s good advice. But when the narcissists are in public positions of power that’s not so easy.
I certainly don’t have any answers. I understand the danger of these people through lived experience. I also know that we cannot EVER give up fighting them in the public sphere. See them for who and what they really are. Give them no quarter. Identify the flying monkeys and quit paying them any attention. Use their own tactics against them. Be relentless in calling them out. Stand strong in the face of the inevitable attacks on your character. Believe in yourself.
Audit the vote.
Haven’t seen the actual % of Trumps African American vote (saw something like 12-14%), but just imagine how much higher that would/is going to be when they find all the illegal votes in all these urban precincts.

777 not counted. Why? Are they provisional? Meaning voter still has to go to clerk’s office & update something. If not provisional, why the hell haven’t they been counted?

When someone comes in to vote, & they’re not in our books. We find out why. Married & name change? Just moved? Instead of the rediculous provisional ballot, we always send them to clerk to fix the issue & they get to vote right then & there.

In my County in Texas (one of the Large Populace), 2 people(Dem & GOP) opened Absentee Ballots together and had to BOTH agree on signature before it was counted.

Those requirements include congresses allocated responsibility to set election requirements for Federal Office. The Presidential Voting Act of 1845 (as modified by congress in 1872 and 1912 to align Congressional Election date with presidential Date) is still in effect to be enforced. The courts can rule based on that Act as well.

You are of a lesser standing. The laws are in place to demonstrate that fact. You are subject to them, they are not. They will NEVER admit they are wrong nor give up their quest for their ‘rightful’ position of rulership. Elections are metaphorical to them, an illusion for the little people that they actually have a say, matter. You cannot compromise with them nor tolerate their behaviors. They will destroy your very soul. And alas, it is not just a R vs D thing, it is the self anointed elites with their dupes vs the chumps, the deplorables, the decent individuals of society.
Salute the President whose coattails made this possible.

I hate to sound negative, but I’m starting to see why they call the GOP the stupid party. If the Democrats were in our position, they would have lawsuits ready to go before the election even happened. They’d also have some activist judge in their pocket ready to stop the counts. Now we’re scrambling to find concrete evidence, and it looks like our best work will come from independent sleuths. I’ve been following one of President Trump’s past data analysts on Twitter (@MattBraynard). He’s going to scrub the absentee/vote by mail lists against the death index and change of address database. President Trump’s campaign should have already had this done. Who knows if they’re actually undertaking this effort. As far as I can see, this will be the only way to invalidate a large swath of votes. I assume litigation for late ballot arrivals would also be helpful.
Twitter is censoring most of Pres Trump’s tweets so you cannot read the thread properly. I wish he would release a statement. Also, I watch GMA to see what they would and would not report. No mention of the 6000 ballots in MI and no mention of Judge Alito’s ruling. They had the LT Gov of PA on and he blamed Pres Trump for all this and Cecilia Vega reported “source” close to the President says he is planning his concession. LOL Not only are these people corrupt they are delusional. There is a big news conference Pres Trump tweeted about in Philly at 1130, I think. I am off to a conference for the day so I am taking a break but remember we are Wolverines and we do not going down without a fight!!
