I am astonished at how many people are willing to dismiss the obvious, widespread, and massive ballot fraud that has been underway since 0400 Wednesday morning. The issue is not about which candidate wins or loses. It’s about the integrity of the entire process. Once that has been compromised, the people have lost the country and are left with no recourse to redress the outrages of unaccountable government. EVERY good citizen should therefore embrace transparency, integrity, and verifiability in the electoral process. Failure to do so aligns one squarely with those forces seeking to undermine and destroy democratic process and the rule of law.
The mechanical act of voting is nothing unique to the USA. In just about every country on Earth people vote – even in the DPRK – and in the vast majority of cases they vote in much higher percentages than citizens here. It should also be pointed out, however, that in the vast majority of foreign countries, the people’s votes don’t matter. The casting of meaningless ballots is but a “democratic” fig leaf covering the flagrant abuses of socialist tyranny. Is this what we want? Do we want our votes to no longer matter so that we can be ruled over in perpetuity by a self-anointed caste of political “Brahmins”? Will we accept this? If so, then we are unfit to enjoy the freedom bequeathed to us by the Founders and the Framers, a birthright bought and paid for in BLOOD,
In conclusion, I invite everyone to consider the words of Joseph Stalin, one of the giant figures in the history of world socialism – “He who votes decides nothing. He who COUNTS the votes decides EVERTHING!” That neatly encapsulates the basic, existential threat to democratic process. Once that is lost, we’re left, helpless, to suffer the consequences, again neatly summarized by Stalin – “A single death is a tragedy. A million deaths is a statistic.” Everyone should understand this. If anyone does not, he is in dire need of remedial education.

Confronting the fraud is, initially, the responsibility of the Trump Campaign, the National Republican Party, and the State Republican Parties in those States where the fraud has occurred. They have the standing to contest the “results” in court. Beyond that, the election is a political process, ultimately under the control the various State legislatures. The individual citizens can participate by contacting their respective State legislatures in Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Georgia, etc. and demand that they stand up for ballot integrity and the rule of law. If a State Presidential election is invalid, then the only recourse is political, and that recourse lies with the State’s legislature. That’s were the power is, and that is where the people have political leverage to induce that power to be properly employed to ensure ballot integrity.
I said it the other day. We have been losing this war for a long time, we got lucky with Trump. They (Establishment) controls eduction, communications, culture, etc. I am impressed our side did as well as we did. But we owe it to Trump. He was the megaphone able to cut through the BS.
Once they silence him (Twitter is shutting him down), we are going to have a hard time pushing our side. They can shut down grass roots way easier without our greatest weapon. The consequences of a loss are catastrophic. Trump should not give in, but he is literally fighting everyone. They will never stop bringing ballots, impeachments, etc. Never. Anyone who does not see it now is clearly blind. Hopefully enough of the country actually understand this.

When we [the BBC] contacted Michigan’s Bureau of Elections, they said they didn’t have a comment on the data discrepancy, but said the results were at this stage “unofficial” and not the final count.

The press does not get to declare the winner. That happens via the electoral college voting, based on the finalized results from the state. Press declarations are worth precisely what you paid for them.
There are laws, courts, and judges. Appeals and rulings go through them, not through the press. Trump may or may not prevail, but the bloviations of an egomaniacal press corp is irrelevant.
There is nothing for any of us to do except pray and whatever PDJT asks us to do.

I’m curious if anyone had a vote count capture at around midnight for PT and JB and then where the count is today.
My point for asking is we know PT was ahead in WI, MI, PA, GA, NC, AZ and NV at midnight Tues night so what percentage of votes did BIDEN get vs PT get of the votes counted from midnight to today?
My bet it is a staggering percentage possibly 75%-85% of all votes that came in during this time period ended up for Biden? Clearly with PT ahead in PA by 800,000 at midnight and to lose the state today can only suggest that an unbelievable percent of the votes awarded in PA post midnight Tues went to Biden.
It is absolutely impossible in a fair election.
So I’m looking for our math major to post these 7 swing states and their vote totals at midnight on Tues and where the votes count in now, subtract the current from midnight count and insert the % captured of just the votes that came in post midnight.
I think when the American people see the hard numbers and percentages they will be shocked and the only logical explanation is voter fraud.
I think PT’s should show this as well. Real evidence, real data is what the American people need to see IMO because there is plenty out there just organize it and present it.

Do the counties caught cheating like Clark Country in NV (Las Vegas), Wayne County in MI (Detroit), and whatever county Philadelphia is in PA get disqualified and those fraudulent ballots are invalid? Do only half of their votes get counted? I’m not as big of a Constitutional expert as most of the people who visit this site. Whatever happens, Sleepy Joe and Kamala must be disqualified for their cheating and Trump must be declared the true winner of this election. But again, I don’t trust the Supreme Court despite its 5-4 (not 6-3) conservative majority. Will Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Comey-Barrett do the right thing and save the Constitution or will they commit the biggest betray since Brutus stabbed Caesar (or if we just mean American history, Benedict Arnold)?
I’m an unaffiliated/independent voter anyway as much of the GOP mean nothing to me. If they let Sleepy Joe & Kamala steal this election and rob President Trump of his 2nd term, I’m not voting GOP ever again! Regarding the Supreme Court, I don’t know how they approach this. The Constitution just requires the states to provide the electors, it doesn’t say how. There is 14th Amendment protection but does that only become relevant when the electors are actually chosen based on fraudulent popular elections?

I had this thread pulled up in a tab. When I went to make a comment, I noticed the address in my address bar was blank so I didn’t hit send. I always keep my emails from this site in my email box the entire day in case I need to open them in a new tab if I close a tab but want to read again. When I went to my inbox, the thread was gone and moved to the trash. I was just about to post that I’m getting a little rattled by the media censorship. I’m beginning to worry that our voices are being erased and they are trying to cut off our ability to communicate with each other. We think we can go to Parler and other “safe” conservative sites but I have a bad feeling legislation will be passed that will take them down too as “disrupptive” and “dangerous.” The only allowable speech in this country will be what the government says is allowable.

To me this type of cyber attack is an act of war. It is very new and I have not seen a lot of research on defensing this type of attack. It would seem to me that public knowledge is the order of the day. Of course approximately 50% of Americans are not able to process this type of information. I really do not think that it is there fault. It is a very nebulous concept, and difficult to get your mind around.

Which is another reason why the popular vote is illegitimate in a state like this. The result was… produced in contempt of court.
Hence, the Supreme Court has to force a repeat eelction in that state, or the state legislature has to appoint the electors. As the Founders wanted it. They gave us all the means to save the Republic in a peaceful and legal way. They did so for a reason.

The stock market is trending down today because the balance of the Senate is in question for the first time since Election Night. If the DEMs steal the Senate, the tax cuts go away and we’ll be in a Depression by January. That is the honest truth.
Wake up, the stock market is the bankers and they were doing great post 2009 after our tax dollars (bailouts) were used to clean up the balance sheets so they could move off-shore to invest. There will be NO crash. The stocks that get hurt are domestic economy oriented stocks (SP500 types). A large part of the DJI and NASDAQ are big tech stocks and owned by the puppet masters. It is the reason they went all-in for the democrats to get the financial clock rolled back to 2015, NFTA and TPP.

The stock market would absolutely not react positively to a Biden Presidency paired with a Dem Senate and House. The airline and oil/gas industry would be looking for a new home.

It’s Nov. 3, Joe Biden is outperforming all polls and expectations with voters. He is leading in many swing states with huge margins and there is a clear blue wave happening. Everyone is just waiting for states to be called for him, but wait, counting has halted, water pipes breaking, and AZ is called for Trump with only 20% of votes in and everyone is scratching their head. Next thing you know early morning on the 4th his huge leads in MI, WI and GA have evaporated with chunks that were 100% Trump votes in the hundreds of thousands. 3) Same as above, but per Constitution and 12th amendment, State legislatures choose the electors which give President Trump the needed votes in the December meeting of the Electoral College.
4) If the State legislatures don’t deliver up the Electors, The State Delegations vote to select the President, One State, One Vote. Here’s the current situation: Republicans 26, Democrats 22, we win.

This is because each state would get one vote. That vote would depend on which party has more representatives in that state. Torn is saying that Iowa has more D reps than R reps, so it would go to Biden in that eventuality.

They aren’t talked about much because I don’t know what else they are used for other than to represent the States in a contested unresolved election.
