How does recount make difference for same ballots? This is a number of fake ballot issue. I do not know how to review ballot validation and throw out bad ballots.
In a recount, the President will have boots on the ground looking for fraudulent votes
I hope it’s verify dead/illegal people ballot, post date ballot, fraud extra ballot.

PDJT should have “Managed” the DOJ/FBI and Implement Justice before the Election that would have Guarantee a Landslide. There were/is many Paths to Justice and it should have been implemented by Feb. 2020.
The Rule of Law (Justice) is the Shield that Protects the Constitution and the American People.

I’m not so sure that it was the President’s job to watch over the election mechanics. What has bothered me for some time is that Ronna Romney, head of the RNC, seems to do very little. When Priebus held that job, you could send him an email and actually get a response if one was needed. Ronna took that away and from the get go closed herself and the RNC down from public access.
It would seem that that is where the efforts should have been made up front to make sure that elections were carried out according to Hoyle. It should happen before every election because it’s clear and has been for years that the other party breaks all of the rules they can find. How many decades have we heard of dead people voting?
Now it’s sadly left to the President to do a great deal of heavy lifting that just isn’t his to do.
I sit here and ask myself over and over is it possible that half of this nation’s voters opted to vote for a man who obviously has some form of dementia? And if I was a Democrat I would then possibly have voted for a third party candidate but certainly couldn’t have justified voting for a man whose brain seems shattered and who is running with a not well versed Vice Presidential candidate who would have us end up as a Marxist state.
It is the President duty to protect the constitution from direct voter fraud. Ronna Romney doesn’t have the power to implement federal laws that apply to voting and PT saw this coming and now has the power because the constitution is at risk creating a duty for the president.
I agree something should have been done after the 2016 and/or after the 2018 election.

It was not implied during the impeachment hearings and there can be parallel investigations that don’t interfere with other investigations that PT was involved with.
There was plenty of time and opportunities to prosecute way before this election.

Where State legislatures made rules recently, the SC has very little to rule on that would help us. The constitution says the states can run the elections by their rules, and if any of those were unconstitutional, they should have been challenged at the time.
The SC may have a role in some state elections, but not many. The dems did their homework ahead of time. Now where states violated their own rules, or judges over-ruled them, the SC thankfully will have grounds to help us.

Why not redo the election with Paper Ballots only, voter ID required to vote, finger-printing required & have CPA’s (both Democrats & Republicans) count the votes under video supervision by Law Enforcement.

I hear that the United States is one of the few Countries in the World that allows Mail-In Voting.
As of 3:15 PST 11-4-2020 my ballot cast in CA has been accepted, but not counted yet.
I don’t know if that is normal or not. CA gives itself 17 days after the election to count ballots.
It seems to me that back in the 90’s CA was able to have pretty much all the ballots counted by the morning of 11/4.
