The half-century long attack on education (especially in the areas of American history and civics) permits AP and the rest of the media to get away with fakery like this. It’s also evident that even their own reporters don’t fully understand the matters on which they report.

I have been racking my brains trying to figure out way PT didn’t manage DOJ and the FBI directly or at a minimum indirectly.
Document release…it might be safer for the President to have his own personal team go into each department and take the documents…maybe the President should go with them.
Your letter example 1 through 8… will frighten anyone to continue this criminal behavior of withholding evidence.
On Friday a released document was completely redacted except 3- words defying the President.
There was one document that came out not redacted that was requested 1-year ago; when you compare the two documents side by side it shows there was no reason to redact the document for an entire year. The president should “order” Barr immediately to investigate this one document for obstruction of justice. Use the President’s power and duty to implement justice.
Release documents will capture some percentage of millions of voters that would have been won over if there were indictments.

David, how should have P/T interview Barr for the position to insure justice happens? I believe you are referring to the executive employment agreement for high powerful positions in corporations that is signed by the hired officer and monitored periodically, to ensure the goals will be fully completed and on-time.
Exactly! PDJT 100% knows this and could have legally checkmated Barr in accepting the A/G position; he must follow normal Investigative/Prosecutorial policies/procedures and Barr would not accept the position if he was working indirectly with the coup. (Legally signed agreement with Barr).

Setting up controls (weekly progress reports) to be review weekly, just in case Barr decided after being hired that he is scared and not brave enough; did not know how broad/deep/wide this corruption is. PDJT AND the committee would have noticed this long ago and remedied the situation.

Then he told us in 2019 that he expected Durham to be complete in Spring, then by the end of Summer and then by Fall and now not til after the election.
If Trump acted before this he would have likely been impeached by the House for Obstruction of Justice AND ROMNEY, GRAHAM, BURR, MURKOWSKI, MCCONNELL, COLLINS, RUBIO, SASSE and probably a host of other GOP Senators would have voted him out.
My wife is a lawyer and often says you need to seperate out rights and interests. Whilst Trump has always had the right to order declassification, is it in his interest? I have laid out the impeachment reason why it is not. Even more disastrously, what if he did that and an agency, say the CIA refused? That also would create a perception of weakness that other agencies might well follow. Leading to a split in the Executive Branch.
Unfortunately because Trump is fighting the uniparty his power, even within the executive, is checked by the Dems and the uncertainty about the locality of RINO GOP senators. Trump, and we, cannot risk Trump losing a decisive strategic battle in the Senatevia any impeachment opportunity. And the Ukraine phone call idiocy shows how tenuous Trump’s grip on power is.
Hopefully Trump releases more information in the lead up to the election. But the one thing that will strengthen his position is a decisive election victory. Trump knows this, the Dems know this, the GOP knows this, the agencies and department’s know this and the media knows this. That is why they are terrified of a strong Trump victory. On he upside, this is where the interests of Trump and the GOP align and the only leverage Trump has.
My solution now, base on where we are – which is not where I would have preferred to be, is that something along the following lines occur:
1. Trump wins the election decisively – must be popular vote and EC and be beyond the margin of cheating and include retaining the Senate and winning the House. If this does not occur Trump will be impeached in the next Term (remember at the moment they only Collins, Murkowski, Romney and one other to oust Trump).
2. Trump immediately appoint a number of Special Counsel to investigate firstly Russia Hoax but also seperate special counsel to investigate the conduct of the DOJ, the Intelligence Community and an overarching Special Counsel to oversee the Special Counsel.
3. Trump offer a one time amnesty to any public servant in any Department who spills the beans on malfeasance in their Department combined with some kind of executive order that no public servant who hides the truth will ever be allowed to work in any public service capacity ever again (by a permanent removal of the security clearance and a ban on ever re-issuing a clearance again to the individual involved) and if possible waiving all pension and other accrued benefits. Prosecute all those who do not take advantage of the amnesty. To have the most effect Trump should announce this immediately after winning and even before the ballot harvesting period has expired. Let the election officials also know they are on the hook.
4. Write to every GOP member of the House and Senate asking for their support in writing To drain the swamp. Do so immediately after inauguration. Include in the letter some KPI by which to measure that support. And advise every GOP member of the house and senate that they will be primaried if they do not meet the KPI. This is aimed at the real and subtle resistors like Graham, Rubio and Sasse.
5. Push some early tests of the KPI that Murkowski, Collins, Graham, Sasse and Rubio will struggle with and immediately start getting candidates to run against them in primaries so that their is a minimum 6 month period to select a good candidate and up to one year to run against the RINO senator or member.
I hope America does the right thing and vote Trump with a decisive victory that will give Trump the power to use his rights to pursue the interests of the American people by draining the vile DC Swamp.

MY REPLY: You are pointing out chronology of events that are already considered in by writing. The implementation is after the Mueller Investigation. In fact, the Mueller investigation was a benefit to PDJT because it added to the Mountains of paper/digital trails of evidence and perjury charges.
You do not understand Legally Binding Employment agreements AND, they could have run parallel to the Mueller investigation. And the employment agreements are flexible when justified strategically.

MY REPLY; Read my above explanation and impeachment obstruction is not the degree of obstruction of Justice as the Mueller investigation and parallel investigation; ways of not obstructing Mueller could have easily been done, and after the Mueller investigation is completed the lead sheet work papers for the prosecution could have been finalized.

MY REPLY: Yes, I hear and read excuses every day of the uniparty. My writings of Justice here since March 2015 has always considered the Uniparty. I also considered many nonsensical excuses of why Justice can’t be done; it has always been this way, we must move on, you don’t understand the system, including PDJT must concentrate on MAGA only and not worry about Justice. Oh yes, Barr is the only way to Justice. Understand PDJT “EXACT POWERS” of implementing Justice and PDJT could have implemented Justice while MAGA; the President surely knows how to multi-task.

Your steam-lined (minimum) employment agreement would have either stop Barr from accepting the position or after being hired, if Barr became aware and scared of how far and wide the corruption is.

We need to prepare the American people for how does the left explain when Biden gets 80-85% of all MAIL in votes cast but only around 46% of all in person votes cast.
Do the math and you’ll see if the ground swell for PT is true (which I think it is) then the percentage split for normal IN PERSON voting could be around a 54%-46% split
So in 2016 WITHOUT mail in voting, other than normal absentee, there were around 140M votes cast. If the same voter turn happened this year with the additional ground swell for PT, the vote count ON THE NIGHT of the election would be around 75.6m for PT and 64.4M for JB
This means the DS is going to have to manufacture around 14-15M mail in votes for JB to win and let’s assume PT gets around 3M mail in legitimate votes, meaning there is a total of around 18M mail in votes for both parties.
And when someone does the math JB will somehow, miraculously secured 83% of ALL mail in votes? (15M out of a total of 18M) when he only secured around 44% of the IN PERSON voting percentage?

I don’t doubt these exaggerated poll numbers are by design. I have trouble with the idea out is being done to suppress the Trump vote. If you saw these numbers and really believed them to be true, would you honestly decide to stay home? I would be that much more determined to show up, and get others to do so as well.
If the polling indicates a wide lead for a candidate, if there were suppression, why wouldn’t it be on both sides? After all, neither side would think there vote would make a difference. In fact, it seems reasonable to me that the 2016 polls suppressed the Clinton vote turnout.
Could out be that maybe the reason for these polls is not to suppress the Trump turnout but to give either (1) give plausibility to a Biden victory resulting from voter fraud, or (2) justification for Democrats contesting a Trump victory because it didn’t line up with prior poll numbers?
Or could it all just be a selfish play to cast this presidency as one that isn’t as popular as it is, in effect convincing America that even though Trump won in 2016, he for all intents lost because the numbers show the public rejects him?

Sadly, we learned that another series of protests in Denver turned violent again yesterday with one protester being fatally shot. The unique twist here is that the shooter in police custody is confirmed to be a armed guard hired by a local news outlet, 9News. Most media outlets are covering that aspect but a few are quite intentionally omitting that fact from their reporting.
At this point in time, we don’t know all the facts of what precipitated this shooting, but we do know that the shooting victim discharged what appeared to be a chemical defense spray prior to being shot. Between witness accounts and police surveillance video of the area, police will likely have a good picture of what occurred relatively soon. We can expect that the shooter will claim self-defense.
However, this does bring up some interesting points. In my personal experience as a sheriff, media outlets and most reporters have been critical of private citizens possessing firearms for self-defense. We now have confirmation from at least one local media outlet that it is common practice for their station to covertly employ private citizens as armed guards during events like the protests in downtown Denver.
Is this an acknowledgement that they believe these rallies are dangerous or potentially violent and / or that carrying concealed firearms by private citizens for self-defense is a legitimate right?
I suspect that the family of the shooting victim will not only advocate for criminal charges against the 9News contracted employee, but will also name the station in a lawsuit for wrongful death. At some point, the television station will have to take both a public position on the shooting and also a legal position on the situation through their legal counsel. How transparent will 9News be about their practices of employing armed guards? How transparent will they be about what transpired in this situation? Will they release any video and / or records that pertain to this incident or their overall practice of employing armed guards? Will they allow their employees to be interviewed by other journalists?
Other media outlets and reporters will be challenged by this situation as well. Will they question the practice of inserting covert armed guard into these protests? Will they question the backgrounds, tactics and de-escalation training of the contracted armed guards employed by 9News and other media outlets? I pose the questions, because those are nearly identical to the questions that media outlets pose to police agencies when they are involved in deadly force encounters today.
I won’t make predictions here. I will, however, remind the media that the eyes of the citizens are on them and I challenge them to treat this fatal encounter with the same scrutiny they treat encounters involving police officers and other private citizens. ~ Sheriff Justin Smith, Larimer County, Colorado
