Question about the Hong Kong police as Chi-Na invaded HK….
A Were they, the HK police, secretly pro-Chinese police

Well, from personal experience, I went to the central HK police station before the handover. Was chatting with some officers about my passport theft. They told me back then, before the
1997 handover, that selected HK police were sent to training on the mainland. They were worried, as many who worked in security would be targeted like the Gurkhas. There was a big controversy during the handover about getting these people out.
So, I surmise that the PRC has fully infiltrated and controlled the police. Recently, a new recruit was accused of being a anti PRC plant. Considering their actions I would say yes.
They also use like minded triad bullies, who I doubt are ideological but like the ?.
There is no way to explain there actions otherwise. many have analysed the language spouted by the police at these crackdowns, saying these are not HK people, but from Guangdong and the North, who do not speak Cantonese.
I think this is true.
Where I live there is rarely, and I mean maybe a few in many months any police, actually they are confused when they venture into the villages ( and no one helps them, they are afraid). I live in a Catholic/ Buddhist/ Taoist community. They are very resistant to the PRC/ Puppet HK government. Leave us alone, would be best to describe it.

— for the safety of other wall contractors and those involved in building the wall.
— that work would go smoothly with continual, innovative improvements in method/process/efficiency and quality of construction; and with transitioning as they scale up capacity(manpower, equipment, etc.) to be able to build 1+(to 2?) miles of wall per day, assuming they have enough work to justify the increase in capacity.
— that the DoD IG’s office audit of the $400 million border wall contract which the USACE awarded Fisher Sand & Gravel would show everything is fair and above board; that the swamp in DoD and USACE wouldn’t be able to corrupt the process; & that Fisher would be authorized to proceed with the project as planned. I have a lot of great videos I want to post from other wall contractors where they are blasting in the mountains so they can build the access roads. The footage is fantastic but the anti wall tweets they are part of can be annoying.
Imgur allows me to post up to a minute of footage but the resolution isn’t as good. I may just have to put a standard warning or caveat before posting the original videos. But I think it’s worth wading through the annoying tweets just to be able to watch the high res video showing wall progress.
From the articles I’ve read, the project contains “complex terrain, which includes rugged mountains and water crossings.”

Listen closely to the audio on this video. At 39 seconds you can hear the shooter rack the slide to chamber a round, right after that you can hear the victim start spraying the bear repellent. It appears that the victim was trying to defend himself against the shooter that was getting ready to kill him.
The shooter was not a security guard. He was working with the antifa agitator that was trying to start a fight, saying “mace me n—-r” over and over, so that the shooter could claim he was just defending himself and his accomplice.
