Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid exhibited shameless self-serving grandstanding in a speech fraught with heavy handed hyperbole on the floor of an empty Congress September 12th, declaring that “Anarchists” had taken over the House because of the refusal of some conservative leaning Republican members of Congress to go along with the Prog agenda.
Reid further tips his hand and acknowledges that the recent uptick in citizen pushback is of concern to the Fabians, stating “people who don’t believe in the government, and that’s what the Tea Party is all about, are winning …. and that’s a shame”.

Rather than acknowledging the widespread dissatisfaction with the Obama administration’s trend towards imperalistic style governance, Reid and other like-minded liberals now blame the growing grassroots opposition to the multi-pronged progressive agenda as “anarchy”.  I guess “anarchy” and political opposition is only acceptable when it is well-funded, professionally managed and presents the optics that the Fabians find helpful.
