Interesting article about the Scheme Team by William Reed in The Washington Informer.   Two aspects of note within the article:

[…]  The Parks & Crump camp helped to create a “Justice for Trayvon” industry consisting of protest paraphernalia that includes hoodies, sweatshirts and bumper stickers. The law firm proved to be instrumental in establishing the Trayvon Martin Foundation, with donations totaling an estimated $5 million dollars.

[…]  Crump is a principal with the Tallahassee-based firm. He was initially contacted by Tracy Martin’s cousin. His cousin, a Miami attorney, happened to be familiar with Crump’s civil rights work in Florida. The firm is headquartered in the state capital, and Crump is well connected and has been recognized by the NAACP Legal Defense Fund for his “enduring pursuit of justice.” The firm’s receipts from both city and state wrongful death lawsuits exceed $10 million.  (link)

That’s the first time I have seen such a report the lawfirm of Parks and Crump have taken in $10 million from their wrongful death exploits in Florida.  
The total payout in the Martin Lee Anderson Case was $7.4 million, which, if generally applied margins were inferred, would have netted the Parks and Crump Firm around $2.5 million.
I wonder where they extorted the other $7.5 million?
