Ever since the name “Francine” came up during the George Zimmerman hearing(s) as the author of the DeeDee statement, and chaperone for the August 2012 visit to Jacksonville, many people have been puzzled by exactly who this person could be.
According to statements/testimony during the discovery hearings, during her deposition Witness #8 (aka Dee Dee) claimed the letter/statement with her signature was not authored by her, but by a person named “Francine” of unknown (to W8) last name. It was also stated during the more recent hearing that “Francine” accompanied Witness #8 to Jacksonville for a follow-up of some sort with the State’s attorney.
Many people have been chewing this revelation over and speculating about who “Francine” might be. It is an interesting consideration.
If it were a friend of W8 one would think Dee Dee would know the last name. So that begs a variety of questions.
Also, why would someone she does not know that well accompany her to Jacksonville? What’s “Francine’s” interest?
RdG and I have been chewing over the “Francine” ponderings. Even wondering if Francine might not be the “unknown black female” person who showed up at Sybrina Fulton’s house prior to the recorded 3/19/12 phone call with ABC and Benjamin Crump.

But, again, one would think if this were Francine, who accompanied Dee Dee – then Dee Dee would know her well enough to know her last name. In that case “Francine” would not be an unknown entity.
Setting aside the ‘why did W8 travel to Jacksonville’ question; Perhaps more importantly we should wonder ‘who would the Scheme Team trust to accompany Dee Dee’ to Jacksonville in August 2012?
Additionally, we previously took the Dee Dee statement of: ‘she lied about being in the hospital because Sybrina was present during “both” interviews’….:
[…] Two weeks ago during her deposition, she admitted the misstatements and told defense attorneys that Trayvon’s mother was present during both interviews and that’s the reason she said she had been in the hospital. (link)
…..to imply that Sybrina Fulton was present during the March 19th interview (ABC/Crump), and the April 2nd interview (BDLR/O’Steen).
This, despite the ABC report that both Sybrina and Tracy Martin were present in the room with Matt Gutman:
Trayvon’s phone logs, also obtained exclusively by ABC News, show the conversation occurred five minutes before police first arrived on the scene. Crump said the girl’s identity was being withheld because “her parents are gravely concerned about her health and her safety.” Her parents asked that only an attorney be allowed to ask her questions.
Martin’s father, Tracey Martin, and mother, Sybrina Fulton, listened to the call, along with ABC News, ashen-faced.

How could Sybrina Fulton be with “Dee Dee” (making her feel pressured to lie), and yet simultaneously be ashen-faced in the room with Matt Gutman listening to the call?
This doesn’t seem to make sense.
Then you have the Ben Crump factor.
[…] The girl was so distraught after the killing that she spent a night in the hospital, the lawyer said. (link)
Notice how Matt Gutman is not saying he heard Dee Dee say that, despite the fact Gutman was listening to the same call. He puts the “hospital narrative” on Ben Crump.
In Crumps affidavit to the court (attempting to avoid deposition) he claimed during the 3/19/12 phone call he never asked for the last name of “Dee Dee” – and further stated following the phone call he NEVER had any contact with her.
Yet the very next day (3/20/12) he introduced the written statement from Dee Dee (dated 3/19/12 which we now know was written by Francine) as a “statement/affidavit” from her, [Note the Schemer cohorts Natalie Jackson, and Daryl Parks, also called the 3/19 writing a “sworn statement”]
….AND having now seen it we know it contained Dee Dee’s last name at the very least as signatory.
So how did Crump get the statement from Dee Dee which he claimed to have ‘in his possession’ on 3/20?
If you accept the face value of Dee Dee saying Sybrina was “present” on 3/19/12, then you have to reconcile that Matt Gutman was talking about Sybrina and Tracy “listening” to a recording of the phone call being re-ran during his “ashen-faced” interview with them….
……Or the Dee Dee explanation story, to cover for the hospital issue, about being guilt ridden because Sybrina was in the room, is false.
