[…]  You see, for a MalNar (Malignant Narcissist) they have no idea how to engage other people (and they certainly have no interest in doing so) when it can’t be turned around into something about them. Obama has nothing to give anyone, his primary concern is himself. Bush, on the other hand, well, he appreciates and understands that young woman and her sacrifice.
