Generally, I retain a common sense approach at reviewing Media Bias.   Either it is, or, it is not evident.   Sometimes the accusations by conservatives about bias are reactionary;  other times they are solidly founded.    However recently, the overwhelming evidence of CNN bias and their specific agenda is becoming far less than subtle.

Subtle would be:   The CNN Candy Crowley manipulative control of the Presidential debate #2.

Subtle would also be:  The CNN removal of Intelligence/Security analyst “Fran Townsend” from the airwaves when the leaked state dept Benghazi e-mails hit the sunlight.   They replaced her with a white house spokesperson.

Subtle would be:  The CNN removal of Erin Burnett for the focus group lead on the last presidential debate.  They inserted a more partisan Soledad O’Brien to help steer a more friendly White House narrative.

Subtle would be:  CNN Hiding the Nick Robertson report in front of the Cairo Embassy on 9/11 that showed the reason for the protest was not a Muhammed Movie.

Subtle would be all of these recent things.  Subtle in that the average viewer/watcher might not catch on to the scripted narrative.   The average person would not note such subtleties.

But this one, this latest one isn’t even remotely subtle.

CNN Poll: Obama 50%  –  Romney 46% in Ohio

(CNN) – With a week and a half to go until Election Day, a new poll indicates the race for arguably the most important battleground state remains very close.

According to a CNN/ORC International survey released Friday, President Barack Obama holds a four point advantage over Republican nominee Mitt Romney in the contest for Ohio’s much fought over 18 electoral votes.

Fifty-percent of likely voters questioned in the poll say they are backing the president, with 46% supporting the former Massachusetts governor. Obama’s four point advantage is within the survey’s sampling error. The survey was conducted Tuesday through Thursday, entirely after Monday’s final presidential debate.

“The race in the Buckeye State is essentially unchanged since early October, when a CNN/ORC poll taken just after the first presidential debate also showed President Obama with a four-point margin over Governor Romney,” says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland.

Surveys by other organizations conducted last month, before the first debate, had Obama ahead of Romney by seven to 10 points.

The new poll indicates that Obama has a double-digit lead among those who have already voted absentee or early ballot or plan to do so before Election Day, with Romney holding the edge among people who plan to cast their ballot on November 6.  (read more)

Why is this so brutally obvious and not subtle?

Look at the “independents”.   Look at how they “present” the polling of the Independents contrasted against seven, YES, SEVEN other recent polling organizations:

What are the odds that CNN could find the only group of independents in Ohio that would swing in favor of Obama.?

Seriously.   What are the odds?

Any Questions?
